WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I live in the area so have given them chance after chance, the food is horrible, burgers unappealing, lettuce limp, whopper flat. EVERY SINGLE TIME an item is missing from our order. Last time I was promised a meal to make up for my missing items and when trying to pick that up I was told they could not honor this promise and simply refused. They were rude and a manager refused to speak with me about it. Do yourself a favor and go to Chick Fila where the service is amazing. read more

Worst service ever they asked for my order but did not take it, instead you could hear over the speaker two employees having a conversation and laughing i pulled to the window under the impression they had taken my order thats when i discovered they did not and asked me to repeat my order. I was not happy that i had to repeat my self. I told the employee who i did not get his name but was a white male wearing glasses why did he ask for my order if he was not ready to take it. This Burger King drive through doesn't take your order till they are ready so that the drive through times to corporate don't show they are slower then dirt. By holding you at the order window till the car at the window gets their food the corporate office thinks that they are doing a good job. Two min at second pic I am waiting just to place an order. I really like this place. Everyone is so nice. For the most part my orders are correct. Now every so often in the off chance they mess up they always make up for it. I get breakfast often on the way to work and sometimes treat the kiddos on the weekend. read more

THIS WAS LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A BURGER KING! I ordered through the drive thru just so I could finally get my hands on the new Impossible burger. I place the order and the lady speaking seemed nice but this issue starts as soon as I pull up the first window. I'm speaking to a guy he looks young, white Male, about 5'10 in height that literally had the worst attitude in the world. I tried to ask the guy what juice options they offered and he literally shrugged and said "I don't know". The guys did not even try to figure out what drinks they offered or even cared too look for me at all. I pulled up to the second window where we had the manager and the other employees rushing me, and also continuing to give me attitude as well. It was not busy at all, I was the only car in line at the time, but it seems like they try to rush you out of there, without properly greeting you, and giving you tons of attitude. The staff you could see have not been trained well if two staff members could not tell me what drinks they offered. They did not have any spicy sauces in stock so management isn't doing they job as well. read more

Horrible experience. Restaurant is dirty and service was very slow. It took 11 minutes at the counter just to have my order taken and another 7 to get the food. The couple behind me was still waiting for their food when we had finished eating. We had been here two weeks before and had an equally bad experience and had hoped that was not the norm. read more

I am appalled by the service that I received from this location of Burger King. I actually enjoy the food at the Burger King franchise, but the service was horrible at this particular one. They were unfriendly, rude, and snotty. I went through the drive thru with my family when no one else was in line or in the building, and while we were there, we didn't know what we wanted so we asked for a few minutes. About twenty seconds later they asked if we were ready, which is fine, but then they continued to ask about twenty seconds after another, FOUR times. The woman over the speaker gave attitude and was very rude. She then started tapping on her microphone to get us going, making a noise that hurt our ears. We then exited the line (that was still empty I might add). Needless to say I will not be returning, ever. read more

The... worst... ever! Is there a .25 star? They messed up our order and we had to wait around the corner. After 10 minutes, I had to go inside and waste another 10 minutes. All for only 4 sodas. Disgusting Part- I was there at 8 am and the Manager had a tie around his neck. He looked at me and started trying the knot in front of me without even saying a Hello to me who was the only customer in the store at that time. How unprofessional is that? Terrible Part- I asked for a Croissandwich with Chicken and the cashier lady's response was "We don't have any chicken"...lol...Burger King telling me that they don't have any chicken ! Burger King can be either EXTREMELY slow on your order or EXTREMELY fast. No in between. I once waited around 25 minutes for 2 plain burgers and a medium onion rings. They ended up giving me the wrong order.. Their bacon burgers have some sad looking bacon. 2 small shriveled up pieces of bacon is what you get when you just order a bacon cheeseburger. Their fries are okay, can satisfy a craving but the onion rings are delicious! Would only go here if it was late and I have a craving for fast food. read more

3rd time they got our order wrong over the last few months. Today was me and my son after his first Tball game of the season. He did very well and we decided to stop by and grab some food in the drive through. We ordered a sourdough whopper meal, a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and a 6-piece chicken nuggets kids meal. I should have checked everything but my son and I were talking and I just trusted BK. HORRIBLE DECISION! I was charged for the regular spicy chicken sandwich but was given the dollar menu spicy chicken. My whopper was a double instead of a single AND MY SONS HAPPY MEAL HAD NO CHICKEN NUGGETS! Are you kidding me?! Not only that but they had no lemon for their frozen lemonade machine and no longer carried cherry icee's even though it was still clearly on the menu. Burger King Every single time I have been to this restaurant I have always had something wrong with my order. Even though it is always the same order taken by the same person at the same time of day every day Monday to Friday. I went through the drive-thru here on March 22, 2016 around 1:30pm. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a bottled water. I noticed that the cheese on the burger was stuck to the wrapper, but I was starving and ate it anyway. Around 7:00pm, I started vomiting and did not stop until the next morning. I was diagnosed by my doctor with food poisoning. Please do not eat at this restaurant!!! read more

One of the cashiers here was extremely rude to me and my uncle. My uncle doesn't speak English well and while she was waiting I saw her mouth "oh my fucking God" and rolling her eyes. Sometimes their staff is friendly, sometimes they are terribly grouchy. Sometimes the food is wonderful and couldnt ask for better, but often the food is horrible and couldn't ask for worse. The wait times are usually very long, but sometimes they surprise me and it is quick. They seem to frequently have problems, for example, randomly they cannot accept credit/debit cards at the drive thru... only cash. I recall this happened to me twice. Overall they are very inconsistent in their operation, and you never know what you're going to get. If you live in the area I recommend the Chick-Fil-A across the street. read more
