The food was fantastic! Had a special request for no bun in my visit and did a great job handling this. The app doesn't have the capability to remove the bun, so I had to tell them at the speaker. They got the order correct and everything was delicious! Way back when, BK had a "low carb" burger which is a no bun burger. Got to window to pay and after they tried to charge me for the wrong order (that was ready for pickup), waited another 10 minutes before asking for refund, then another 5 while 'manager' tried to find the key to the register. Came here on a Saturday during the lunch hour rush hour. The line in the drive thru was long but moved with such speed. The workers are very polite, took the order and fulfilled it with no issues. The food tasted fresh and cooked great. There are some people who are Burger King people, and there are some people who are McDonald's people. I've always been a McDonald's person. Having said that, I had to try Burger King's new chicken sandwich called the Ch'King. It's funny I hate Burger King's burgers and chicken nuggets, but this chicken sandwich was actually pretty good. To magnify, the fast food chicken sandwich wars have been going on for some time now and now Burger King has thrown it's hat into the ring. I ordered the Ch'King and I was pleasantly surprised. The bun was flavorful and I really enjoyed the pickles. The pickles were light and crunchy. Furthermore, the chicken was juicy and breading had a nice crunch to it. It was a really solid chicken sandwich and I would put it third in the fast food chicken sandwich rankings behind Popeyes and the best, Chick-fil-A. After standing at the pickup end of the counter and telling them I was there to pick up a mobile order they took an attitude and insisted I check in at the other end of the counter. That's not how it worked the last time I did a mobile order. Why the hell should I have to check in with them after clicking "I'm Here" in the app? And this was by no means the first time I've taken offense at their demeanor and complete lack of real service. The BK Spicy Melt is by far the best thing BK has ever served, IMO. Soft toasted bread, tasty grilled onions and jalapeños. Sauce is just right with 2 smokey beef patties and melted cheese. If you have not tried it, you are missing out. Not healthy but very tasty. If you don't like those ingredients then you might not want one. I dare say it rivals an In n Out burger! Way to go BK. Came here on Thu June 29 around 830pm to see a huge long line wrapped around the building for the drive thru, thankfully I was here to pick up an online order as I work as a courier. The 4 staff members working the line are INCREDIBLE. All 4 members were amazing employees, working hard as F*CK as a team to get not just stock-piled drive thru orders but the handful of people in the restaurant had ordered AND they worked to complete courier orders as a team of 4. Well done I am truly amazed and I do hope those 4 crew members endured a much more pleasant rest of their shift. read more

This is the nicest Burger King at which I've eaten in a long time, and all the credit goes to the employees. They work hard here to make your experience as good as possible (well, for a Burger King anyway). The women who worked at the registers were friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. There were no problems keying in my free sandwich coupon (it's amazing how many places still screw this up or need a supervisor to okay entering the code). My meal came out quickly and correct (though, unfortunately, still just Burger King food). The other thing that impressed me here was just how clean the dining area was. That's because there was a young man working full time to keep it clean. The floor was spotless. After people left, he was at each table within 30 seconds. The men's room was also very clean. I assume this is a new thing for all their restaurants, but this was the first time I was offered bleu cheese as an option for a side salad. It's 30 cents more, but it was worth it for me. Their salads are getting skimpier - less carrots and cucumbers, if any, though the tomatoes were fresh - so anything they can add to reduce the blah is worth it. If you want a booth here, act fast. There's only 4. The backs are padded, but the seats are not. You have a lot of dining options in this part of Clifton Park. The fact that this Burger King (which for me, is near the bottom of my food chain) has a steady business reflects the better quality service you get here. read more

The place was very busy when my family and I walked in and ordered we were greeted by a young man than with a great attitude which is a great first impression when starting you lunch experience. When we got our food we had to go back up due to the fact that we were Missing some of our food and the person at the counter handing out the food questioned whether I was telling the truth, but looked back and saw that I was and quickly took care of it but it should never have been been a debate to begin with. I don't generally review well-known national chains like this. I figure they are so familiar people will have their general opinions of these places, and they don't vary much from location to location. However, I will take the opportunity to describe my first experience with a meatless burger, the BK Impossible Whopper. I came here with my daughter, and when she saw the patty she was sure they must have at least put some beef in it. Indeed it did look like beef, and also felt like it and smelled like it. Then I tasted it . . . It tasted like low-grade beef that had been heavily seasoned to mask the flavor. It is impressive how close they come to emulating actual meat using just plant products, but these burgers are not comparable to the beef burgers BK serves. Mine was OK, and the 3-star rating is reflective of that. But besides not tasting as good as actual beef burgers, the Impossible Whoppers are also more expensive. This won't necessarily continue to be the case, as the scale of production increases and costs come down for producing plant-based meatlike products. I support the effort in general, and I usually get chicken or fish sandwiches these days when I go to fast-food places anyway, for which there's no plant-based alternatives. However they don't take the same toll on the environment as beef production does. Until they can make more genuine tasting beef alternatives, those other selections are better tasting and more economical ways to help preserving the environment. I also have a story about how Taco Bell's commercials got me to buy tacos at Burger King, but that will have to be for another review. read more

I work at the Burger King off route 9 in halfmoon. Heres some things you don't know about what goes on behind the counter. multiple workers on numerous occasions fall sick while at work or at home and basically forced in or forced to stay. My experience is when I get sick at work (clearly throwing up) and ask to go home, I was told to stay and called a liar by my manager cicely after I have proof.Only reason was I able to leave when I raised my voice in front of customers. This has happened more than once to me. I've thrown up numerous times while working here and stayed. I feel disgusting for staying but I feel forced to stay. If I walk out I'll be fired or reprimanded. My friend had to come into work with a 102 Fever and serve food, take orders and Make drinks. Our store is the busiest in the district. We have hundreds of people come through daily and a good percentage are elderly and more susceptible to disease. We failed our season, our roof leaks when it rains, grease oozes from the frier leaving a huge fire hazard. Things need to be fixed and the only way to do that is exposure. Burger King just recently ran a promotion for the 64th birthday of the whopper and although this was a fabulous promotion at Burger King, our Burger King was turning away seniors who did not have mobile phones. So because they didn't have a mobile phone, they didn't have the Burger King app. But yet at other Burger Kings, they were very accommodating and they allowed seniors, people that were in their 70s, and 80s, at that Burger King, to take advantage of the .37 cent Whooper promotion. I had several friends and family members who were at other locations and they were not asked if they had the Burger King app. Let's face it, this brought a lot of revenue into the restaurant, because once people were in the restaurant they bought other items like french fries and beverages. I did reach out to Burger King corporate, and their reply was basically we're sorry, but that's what you needed. Although I understand that, then BURGER KINGS NEEDS TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL BURGER KINGS ARE ON THE SAME PAGE!! One or two Burger King's can't be doing it, while other Burger Kings are not. read more
