We will not return to this location. We went there on Feb -19-2025 at 6:30p and one of the five BK workers were extremely rude . There were 5 workers there and no one else in line (drive through). They all stood there talking for some time and not greet us or taking our payment . Finally one of the worker turns to us and says "what are you all staring at?" At 0930 AM this morning on 5 29 2025, I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and an order of hash browns, which after 1 bite of each (I tried more to make sure it was that bad) were the nastiest things I have every tried to eat, I was so disgusted by the meal due to it sitting under the warmer it was so dried out and the hash browns were cold and super oil I through the entire meal out and left in discuss. Service was wonderful. We were greeted with a welcoming smile. Employees were working hard to keep everything moving and push out orders in a timely manner. We love Burger King! Usually! So on a recent road trip we stopped in here!! Sad,sad place! So dirty! I have never been in a Burger King so dirty before!! All the tables were dirty!! I am not by any means a fan of burger king but this location one of the absolute worst I have been to. My children wanted fries and the lines everywhere else were extremely long so I proceeded to Burger King. I placed my order upon arriving and when I got to the window I was greeted with a poor attitude that was even worse upon them realizing they were trying to give me the wrong order. After they realized, they gave me the wrong drink that tasted like watered-down coca-cola, not Dr. Pepper. (They were out of sweet tea). I waited approximately twelve minutes only to receive my two kids meals and mine which were cold and then be dismissed and ignored. The drink was wrong, the employees were terribly rude, the kid's meals had no toy, and the food was cold. I would not ever recommend anyone ever stop here. Sad to say placed a pretty simple order from the menu asked for no lettuce or mayo on burgers. We were given lettuce and about a gallon of Mayo on the burgers. We checked the order at the window and asked they be remade, and you'd of thought we asked for the keys to their home. Were I the Franchisee I'd be having some training on customer service. I know this is an entry level position and people are learning to work, having said that eventually you have to take just a little bit of pride in what you do. Again it is fast food and not a 5 star gourmet dining experience but when you order 2 burgers with drinks and fries and it is $20 you need to step it up, especially when in this area there are a lot of other options. read more

I have always thought Burger King to be pretty good food and I would stop there if I was out and about, hungry, and saw one. I don't do that anymore. I have watched the one closest to me in Kingsland over the last 10 years as it has been in a slow but steady decline. I can not even go in there anymore. Going inside is not going to be very pleasant. To put it lightly, they most certainly are not maintaining the degree of cleanliness they held in the past. The evening manager is extremely rude if you happen to have a problem. The entire crew seemed to be somewhat gang-like, not there to serve you but rather to tolerate you. I believe the only reason they are still open is their proximity to a highway that is heavily packed with people passing by and from out of state. The best place to go if you want to get sick! The service stinks, the food is way too old to be served to customers and ran by a bunch of nasty people with no idea of what "Customer Service" means. This location is a perfect example of what happens when the "owner" of the franchise, leaves the business in the hands of extremely incompetent people. I have never seen a Burger King location so dirty and filthy. I saw the employees walking on pieces of food like it was normal. All they were doing was kicking the pieces of food under the stainless steel furniture. It is mainly the corporation's fault for not supervising and for letting the owners basically do whatever they please. I will never go back to this place and I recommend people to stay away from it. When you choose a breakfast fast food lock at the drive thru? No line looks like no busy... great deduction. No mask, masks not wearing, dirty plexiglass. The drive through was ridiculously slow. Several people got out of line and left. I almost did, but I had already gone to Krystal to find out they've apparently closed and I wanted some food. $13.46 for a Bacon King and a Whopper with cheese. I had to ask to verify that was just for the sandwiches, as I had not ordered the meals. Burger King has gotten too expensive, and they're not even making $15/hr. Extremely slow and expensive. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Walking in all I hear is a drive through worker yelling at the car that pulled away to wait they forgot something. The manager yells "stop yelling there customers they'll come back". Looking around this place is worn down and in desperate need of a remodel. Seats are torn and held together with duck tape. Behind the scene from what I could see looked pretty clean. I order a #9 new crispy chicken sandwich meal and 2 cheeseburger meal deal. Cool we wait. The family that I came with got there meals the cashier didn't upsize there meals like they asked. Still waiting for my food. Figure since it's a chicken sandwich they just dropped the chicken in the fryer and it takes time. I completely understand. Still waiting, still waiting. The 3 people behind us get there meals. Finally while standing at the counter waiting because it's a 2 go order, someone ask what are we waiting for. I looked at him and said my order #79. Looked at my ticket and he's confused brings a bag and says order #80. No guy I just showed you my ticket is #79. Finally the manager comes up and starts yelling them to make some original chicken sandwich. I can't read there codes on the receipt. I tell her that's not the meal I asked for. I ordered a #9 not a #8 I can't see what she rung me up for on the receipt it's in some Burger King code. By the time they made my meal right the family I was with had there meals the whole time and it was no longer hot. We waited 10 mins for my friends food, they ended up given it away so that's why we waited so long, then when they gave her the food it was the wrong one so we had to wait longer for them to give her the right food. Stopped at this Burger King on the way to Charleston. I don't eat meat and Burger King is one of the few fast food chains that serves veggie burgers. Obviously it always takes a little longer for the veggie burgers, because they probably don't make a lot of them. Other than that, the cashier was super nice and friendly, the women's restroom was clean and there was also a small grassy area where we were able to let our dogs out for a stretch. And they even had college football on inside. Great pit stop for anyone traveling. Also close to several gas stations. read more

Waited fifteen minutes for the one person in front of me to get their food and another ten to get my food , which was very cold and instead of a Wopper with no mayonnaise, I got a double Wopper with mayonnaise. It is a hit or miss. Half the time ice cream machine is not work. The burgers never are fresh.

It was clean and the manager was very helpful to the man in front of me. The food was quick from the kitchen. My only complaint is the two ladies working the cash register, the first messed up the man in front of me's order then only cared about clocking out and leaving. The one who took my order just stood there and watched the manager help the man for about three minutes instead of taking my order on the other register.
