Ordered the Maple Bourbon bbq they said they ran out of the bourbon sauce then they said they ran out of the candied bacon we said that's fine we will just take regular bacon on the sandwich. When we got our food after 20 minutes of waiting the food was cold and they changed my sandwich too a whopper Terrible service the lady at the counter was very rude and impatient. I ordered my food online, sent my aide to pick it up, she went thru the drive thru and also ordered a burger for herself. When she got to the window she was told she could only pick up ONE order at a time and now had to go BACK into line in the drive thru to pick up the second order (mine)!!! When she refused the so-called manager (he was a small young guy) started yelling at her he would call the police if she didnt either leave or go the end of the line in the drive thru. I am wondering if it had anything to do with the fact that she was a black woman? Just wondering because I have never heard of such a thing happening before. He did call the cops, but she was already in the process of leaving, but she stopped and asked the officer if he wanted her to wait, he told her no, go on it was ok. But as someone who used to love to eat Burger Kings food, I will never order from that location (the one on south washington, 1412 south wash) and may not order from any BK again. Just had the worst service in my life. I read on here that the Burger King up by williquors,l was closed on and off due to staff shortage, so I drove to Mandan Burger King instead. they had order board in lane 1 broken so I was in the 2nd lane to order. The order taker asked me to wait to order and I said sure. I turned my truck off and waited 20 minutes, understanding worker shortages but when 2 other vehicles in lane one (the broken board lane) got their orders taken I said "hello" to the board with no response. I drove around and saw the 2 vehicles get their food and leave. I got to the window and the girl who told me to wait asked me to drive around again to the ordering board. I said no that I had waited the 20 minutes for nothing and wasn't going to do that again. She said "oh dang" like she realized that she forgot about us. She got the manager to come to the window, where I proceeded to explain myself again and she was like "so what do you want me to do about it " I asked for a coupon and that I was going to go to the Bismarck one to buy my food. She said " I don't have coupons ", and said she would comp me a free meal. I explained I come from a family of fast food workers, during high school, and when you complain they will mess with your food. She jumped down my throat saying that they don't do that. I decided to leave but explain to her to make sure it didn't happen to another person as I was patient in waiting with the compassion of the shortage of staffing. She was rude and slammed the window and the original girl was behind her yelling something I couldn't hear. read more

Stopped on aMonday around 2 pm. Mandan nd location Every table was dirty. food was cold and staff seemed like I was bothering them. Washed hands before eating. Think I was dirtier when I left. Screwed up the order again. Ordered double cheese meal with a Pepsi, after 9mins, older guy at the window opened up and stated if I had the chicken sandwich meal. Told him no, it was the double cheese meal with a Pepsi. After stumbling and bumbling around, opened up and gave me a bag and drink stating "its not in the machine but whatever." I gave him a ten, and the obviously pissed off worker rang it up, then gave my ten back to me! Was going to give it back, but hey he was rude like it was my fault they can't handle the five o'clock shift. While driving away, when I looked in the building, only two people were sitting down inside. Oh, by the way, the meal he gave me was a small cold hamburger and small drink, soggy fries, no receipt. Got my moneys worth i guess. They remodeled the building, maybe they re-teach about customer service and communication between workers. Won't be back. read more

They have Friendly customer service the kids working are very polite. Eat there often . We have to remember these places hire our kids at 14 to give them job experience so they are learning and we need to be more patient. And the food is always good even if an order gets mixed up. read more

Can't really complain about this location other than your typical fast food gripes of sometimes slow service or cold food. They've never goofed an order of mine so that's good. The location itself is a bit run down but I almost always use the drive through. read more

So rude, my son went in to buy something to eat and he had that coupon code on his phone that you can get through the app. Well the cashier began to rudely yell at him and ask him why he was using fake codes for such a cheap item. My son then proceeded to try to tell her that it was not a fake code and that he was trying to show her the app, he tried showing her the countdown but she would not believe him and just kept harassing and embarrassing him instead of trying to take a more rational route to help him. Mind you that she turned out to be a MANAGER. My son had dialysis that morning, he's only 29 years old and has never once been rude to anyone because he knows more than anyone you never know what kind of day a person is having. I will NEVER bring my business here and I advise everyone else to do the same. read more

This restaurant is by far the worst place I have ever been to, in regards to customer service. My family has gone through their drive-thru 4 times in the last 6 months, and every single time our orders have been wrong. And every time we call them on it, we are promised some sort of coupons towards our next purchase, but to date we have received nothing. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

Stopped at 2 pm on a weekday which one shouldn't do as prepared food has been sitting in warmers since lunch time. Got order to go and when I got to a place to each my lunch, I discovered the buns on my whoopers were dried out and hard. Going back through town I returned the whoopers. Management wanted to give me two different ones but they did return my money. At first they said their toaster must have been set wrong then they said the buns came in that way (dried out and hard). We went inside and ordered and waited for 20 mins. My husband had to go to them to ask what the hold up was ... They gave us our food right then. While we were eating, my husband noticed a bug in his fries!!! We immediately dumped our food and he showed the bug to the manager. She said she would take it and turn it into insurance.
