Went through the drive thru last night. Mind me there was only one car ahead of me. They took at least 4 mins to finally ask him what he wants. Then my turn they did the same. It's like they take one order then can't handle another order after that one. And it happened again with the car behind me. This night crew sucked. They had one person cooking one person taking slow orders. And three ladies smoking outside the front door instead of helping the long line of cars that was backed up. This place employs the most unprofessional and disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. They hired nothing but children so guess who is in charge? CHILDREN! These children will leave you standing at tge counter for 15 minutes before addressing you at all! If I could give ZERO STARS for this place, I would! I'm currently sitting in the drive thru at this location. I have been waiting 15 minutes to even get to the order box; mind you, there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I am now sitting at the order box where I have been for almost 5 minutes without anyone saying a word. The woman taking my order has now started to take my order not once, but twice. She has cut me off both times and told me to hold on. I am now just sitting in silence as I wait for her to finish whatever it is that's she's doing so she can take my order. I finally got a chance to give my order after 6 minutes, but had to repeat the first meal 4 times and the drink for it twice. I then went on to order my veggie burger, which she then informed me they were out of! I told the woman (who was very rude) to forget my whole order. I drove forward and was then trapped by the car at the window for an additional 4 minutes. I am typically a pretty patient person, and even kept my composure for the first part of my regrettable experience at this location. This is not the first time I have had an unpleasant experience here, either. If you want to wait around for 30 minutes for "fast food," and also receive terrible service, then this is the place to go! read more

This is probably one of the worst places to eat inside of constant loud noises from the kitchen, we went to eat with my family and they didn't except 50's or credit cards. Only one person is in the kitchen which explains why they take so dang long for us to get our food, a long line with only one cashier seen someone's food thrown into bowl and the food fell out and they put it back in which is very unsanitary. BEWARE! Terrible location. My girlfriend and I were passing through to get to the Bay Area around 2:20 on Jan. 22nd and stopped to grab something quick to get back on the road. I ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and a Spicy chicken sandwich with a drink for her and I to split. The lady working drive thru, instantly cut me off multiple times while I was trying to order my gf's food. She had told me MY order was $6ish and after I was given the opportunity to finally speak, I ordered another Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and a small fries for us to split and our order DOUBLED with only 2 items. I don't know how that happens, but someone obviously can't do math at that store. So we proceed to the window and as we get there all the people in the store are laughing and hollering at each other in a very unprofessional manner. I gave the woman my card and proceeded to wait for my food. She handed me our order within 2 minutes of getting to the window and closed it immediately. She NEVER GAVE ME MY CARD BACK. When we finally got it back and we looked at the receipt and she gave us the WRONG receipt. As it turns out, when we opened our burgers they didn't even give us bacon. The manager here is rude if she doesn't like you and you get cold food. If My son or I get sick from the food, I will be taking legal action. She didn't tell me my total or give me my receipt and then when I asked how much my total was because she just gave me some change back, no receipt or dollars, just change, she had an attitude and finally told me my total. OMG, the Manteca Main St. location manager sucks. Her name is Maria. I ordered over $50.00 of food for my family and was not given the receipt. I asked for it and she mentioned that the machine was not working. I told her I wanted to confirm I was charged correctly and she made a face like being irritated. I then told her, "you don't need to make a face at me, I just want my receipt". Then we had some exchange of words. The only thing I heard her say was that I am there at Burger King because I didn't know how to cook. The manager Maria has BAD customer service. Hi I recently ordered from this Burger King the service was very terrible I ordered impossible whopper meal with oreo shake. This restaurant notified me at last minute saying they no longer have shakes and my impossible whopper was literally burnt to crisp. So they gave me soda instead. How is fast food this difficult... You have one job. We are vegetarian... There very few places to get a veggie burger. Burger King has identified this and is one of few fast food places to serve them. For that I say great job to Burger King as a franchise. I don't what the hell is going on lately but the service here is going way down hill!!!!! My last two visits have been awful. One visit they completely forgot part of my order and when I went back to let them know about it uneaten food and receipt in tow they acted like I inconvenienced them for coming in and expecting them to give me food that I paid for. They hurriedly made the food and then that was it. They offered me no apology for the inconvenience or anything. It was downright rude and I don't care if this is a fast food place, I expect good customer service when I patronize an establishment. My most recent visit tonight was not as big of a disaster but still annoying nonetheless. My husband wanted a double whopper with extra onions and I wanted a whopper jr. with extra pickles. The guy taking my order at the drive thru repeated my order back to me correctly. I paid and checked the bag and this time the whole order was there and I went home. Opps my mistake, the extra pickles were on my husband's double whopper and the extra onions were ignored all together. On top of that between the two of us there was a pathetic amount of onions. It sucks because they are usually good about special orders. It is really annoying to have a bad experience two times in a row and on top of that know that they don't really care. This is the second time they dissapoint me so I'm writing review and will never be back. It is dissapointing to see workers at drive thru without people skills. If they so hate their job maybe they should go to school and have a degree doing what they really love. I did not get her name because it all happened quick but on this day Fri Aug +14-2020 at around 1-15 the girl apperently couldn't hear me and got part of my order and told me - I can't hear you come to the window. I get there and she has a bag and wants my card . I replied I wasn't done ordering, she asked okay what you want, my kids were with me, I replied you know what forget it, she grabbed the bag and said fine just go . With the rudest attitude. I don't think they realize we don't need them, they need us. We all have bad days but in customer service it's very important to be polite and respectful . Man where do I Start ... ordered 1 chicken sandwich and it took them 40 mins to get me my food. Soda machine was out of ice and some of the soda's were out which they didn't think it was important to fill for the 30 mins I was there, ketchup, Napkins were all out in the lobby and nobody filled it up. They only had a 1 guy making the food just 1 person and 4/5 people running around doing nothing. Service is so very very slow and ridiculous. Terrible Burger King experience, Went to the North Main location in Manteca, Ca last night for the first and last time! One thing that I can't stand and won't tolerate is re warmed or extremely heat lamp food. The food looked and tasted like it was cooked hours earlier. This is the potential BS one may encounter when visiting a non busy drive thru (only 2 cars) at night. Actually there was 2 customers inside. Wonder why? Was so disappointed after reaching my home, and opening my Burger King bag in a proper light so that I could actually see what I had. Question to Burger King Corporate, 1. Is this kind of service ok with you? 2. Is this the kind of product you want representing your brand? 3. Do you think your stock holders/ board members would be please with this information? This place is a complete joke. As a Doordash customer I will never order from them again! As I was dining inside (very rare, because it's dirty and the employees hygiene is disgusting) however I saw a Doordash driver come in for an order. The restaurant MANAGER looked at him and said "I don't have this order, go away..." and she proceeded to "shoo" this person away from her, as if he were an animal. This is absurd! The driver tried to flag her down and show her his order, she proceeded to shoo him away: this bothers me because of this was MY DOORDASH ORDER AS A CUSTOMER that means my food would be delayed and the MANAGER wouldn't even care to "try" to figure out the problem with the driver, instead she disrespectfully told him to leave basically. Which he did.. so I'm assuming that customers food never arrived. Doordash customers are CUSTOMERS. We already paid! We are priority after we order! The woman in the drive through with the glasses with the mask on looks to be Hispanic is so rude and has an ugly attitude. From the second we started ordering she had an attitude. when i ordered 2 -10pc chicken nuggets she gave me 2 sauces. when i asked for more she said we needed to pay for them. mind you, you get two sauces with every 10pc she told me herself.. also i know the cook is someone different but the food needed to be checked and if she is the manager (and i hope she is not because that means they are just throwing out that title to anyone these days) my sandwich was not plain so i went in and she looked at me and then she literally kept helping 3 cars in the drive through ignoring me . that's when i interrupted her talking and asked her what was her problem, she ignored the questions knew why i was in there obviously, handed me my sandwich 2 sauces and walked away and was sweet as can be to the car in the drive through.. if she doesn't like her job she needs to find a new one.. the nuggets were cold, stiff and hard, the hamburger was not fully cooked and the fries were dry inside and cold. she did not give me my receipt and when i called for the coorperat number and her name none of the phone numbers work. i left my food in the trash. she needs to find a new job probably something that doesn't deal with people because she is a mess and all bad for business. read more
