We had a $50 order, none of the sandwiches were correct. Tried to go in the building to get the correct order doors were locked at 5:45pm. We sat in the parking lot to eat after getting our corrected food(No free drink or food coupons offered). My sandwich was poorly prepared, small chunks of lettuce all over when I opened it. Some of the pieces were turning brown. on 12/28/2024 we went to your restaurant in Marquette, MI, some people that were in our group were waited on the other half of our group was told they had to wait 15 minutes before they could place an order so the 1st half of our group was done eating by the time we 2nd half received our meal was to hold the pickles she didn't even know how to do the order with no pickles. they seemed short staffed or no one had any idea what they were doing for months now they've been short on help and even had a sign on the door either management needs to be replaced or something business is not like it used to be. I hope corporate reads these reviews because after today we won't be doing business their any longer and I hope others will follow our lead I feel sorry for those who work their and need their jobs but this is not a way for a big corporation to run a business read more

Here I am placing a review update. placed one back in 2019 and sadly, NOTHING has changed. If anything, they have gotten worse. ISSUES: #1. They are never consistent on their open and closing times. In fact, a few months ago I placed an app order for breakfast at 7am, drove there to pick it up and they were closed. I had not been to them in over 2 months, but we drove up to the window and seen the times were now 11am to 6pm. WHY was their app order system operating if they were NOT going to be open? #2. No matter if you are the first car or the 10th car in line... minimum wait time is 15 mins to as long as 45 mins. Yes, I am not kidding. So, do not expect to be in and out very quickly at all. #3. The last three visits which we all pre-orders and inside pick-ups, every order not only has a missing item, but some of the items were not prepared correctly. I paid extra onion and did not get that extra onion. I ordered a burger for my guy with nothing, but ketchup and he ended up with mayo and mustard. The most recent visit today, missing a fry and a missing med Coke. My guy asked the staff person for the medium Coke, the staff guy told him there was no medium coke with that order. He told the guy there should be. Again the person told him no coke. So, my guy paid the nearly $3 for a large coke which ended up having no carbonation. When my guy got home, I checked the order and YES, his meal has a MEDIUM COKE that should have gone with his meal. It even said so on the sticker of the order on the outside of the bag. I can understand wait times and tiny mistakes that can happen when they are plastered with customers, but not when they have 30 mins to fulfill and order and NOT repeated missing items when they have the order right in front of their eyes. I am not sure if it is the employees or if it is the manager or the owner's fault, but this BK has hit rock bottom. I went to the Marquette location with my mom for lunch on 6-6-2025 and this was the worst experience I've had . Not only did it take about 5 or so minutes to just place our order but took about 15 or more in the drive through because they couldn't get the order right for my moms order. my mom ordered a king jr meal double cheeseburger with fries and a small coke. we get to the window and I pay for my first order then my moms order is second and it was wrong. the manager comes over and asks what's wrong and we explain we wanted just a king jr meal and I said double cheeseburger and some how a double cheeseburger turned into a bacon cheeseburger. then we let them know that it still was incorrect and the manager comes over and says what's wrong now? then proceeded to tell us in the future it's actually called this. then she says she needs to go remake it,and by the 3rd time it was still wrong and the young man at the window was kind. then we don't want to hold their drive through line up, so my mom and I pull around to the front and my mom goes in and she hears the manager say "what's their fucking problem now". my mom wanted to at least pay for her pop and let them know don't worry about it. the manager tells her "no here we don't want your money." I'm sorry but this was all handled poorly by a manager who should have been way more professional. I will not return to this location due to the fact of how my mother was talked to and treated, and not to mention other orders were messed up to when my mom went to go inside to speak with them. read more

Was at this location yesterday. (I am not from Marquette). Typically I would not write a review for fast food. BUT.... Nowadays most places you go to the service is just horrible and seems nobody cares. But, Autumn here was so very friendly, polite and helpful. Even offered more details without me having to ask as she sensed I was unsure of one of my options. I can barely get this kind of "help" in a family restaurant any more! And, the girl at the window for the money was also very nice. (didn't get her name). BK's hamburgers seem to be getting smaller but that's for a different yelp. Way to go Autumn! - you deserve a raise, the shift you prefer, a promotion if you want one, and should be the example of training personnel. :) You rock. read more

Waited 25 minutes for a whopper, fries, and a shake - I didn't make a single modification to any item - that's kinda the entire value proposition for Burger King: burger + fries = fast and cheap - when I asked 2X why it was taking so long, they said they were busy - only 4 other people came into the restaurant during my long wait (drive in might have been busy) - if they can't serve their basics fast, then I don't know why you would go here - really disappointing - try another fast food burger place instead of this one - boo! read more

This is the dirtiest restaurant Ive seen in a very long time. Ordered two whopper Jr meals stood there for 20 minutes watching additional customers coming in and waiting 15 minutes to just place an order. The manager took a "break" to sit down because she didn't feel well, the prep cooks were working hard but the training seems to have failed somewhere. The main restaurant was disgusting I decided to eat in my truck, the tables were filthy, the drink station was disgusting, I reached in to grab some to go ketchup and it was full of something sticky. My shoes were sticky on the floor. I'm sure the owner has not been to this particular site in some time and I would highly suggest if you're thinking of going here maybe go to a different establishment that knows how to clean and cook food. read more

Listen I like BK & the food here tastes like any other BK. But the Marquette location always forgets at least one item. I always order extra because they forget at least one of the sandwiches every time. One time I got door dash and they still forgot my nuggets. I have really started to like them quite well because when you order a whopper they automatically give you lettuce and tomato and onions but if you go to McDonald's and you order a quarter pounder they will nickel and dime you totally for the lettuce and the tomatoes and everything else and I do like Burger King fries better there are more normal read more

Never open on time! We like to go here a few times a month for breakfast. We even sit around and wait until they open at 6am because we prefer the sandwiches here. Here is the issue, over the past two months, the whole 7 times we went here, we were unable to get anything 3 out of the 7 times. Why? Because they are not opening at 6am. This last time (today) we witnessed a female giving the "manager" a hard time at 5:40am because she wanted food and he turned her away. Rightfully so because the open and close times are clearly on their door and website. 6am is 6am! However, we waited and finally left at 6:15am because they were not opening. Now, sometimes they are not open right at 6am and no biggy because usually within 5 mins they open. Sadly, over the past two months we have not even seen them turn on their lights by 6:30am. I do not know if the morning people do not care and maybe they like opening whenever they want because the owner will never know, or what... but if they cannot open at 6am then they should change their open hours to maybe 7am instead of 6am since it seems impossible for them to open on time. So before you head out to this BK, call ahead and make sure they are open first. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience today. I love the ranch from burger king so I asked for extra at the drive thru today, which they have ALWAYS done for me. They forgot the ranch so I called and when I spoke with Kimberly, I asked if they could run it out to me and they had me go back through the drive thru with a long long line and charged me $4 for RANCH.
