Today we went through the drive through and the worker was super helpful allowing us to use the app to ensure we get the reward points.

I then went in myself and showed my phone with the order number, yet I was repeatedly ignored. Employees continued handing orders to other customers while I stood there, feeling completely invisible. Eventually, they acknowledged my order, but while I was still waiting, another customer came in for an online order and experienced the exact same issue. He finally asked another employee, who discovered his order sitting on the bottom shelf. When I asked, my order was also found sitting there. Despite knowing we were waiting, no one called our names or announced that the orders were ready. To make matters worse, the employees stopped taking new orders altogether until another customer asked if they planned to continue. I did not receive my food until 7:31 PM. Additionally, the cleanliness of this establishment was unacceptable, spilled soda on the counter and floor, and garbage scattered around the dining area. This location is clearly being mismanaged, and someone from corporate should visit to see what is going on.
