The way there is no customer service almost always park me no sauces not in the bag is beyond to me how they stay in business

As one of your typical Burger Kings fast food joint with their regular brand menu and special offerings and as an occasional junk food-eater I've over the years unquestioningly and sometimes embarrassingly tried most of what they have on their menu at least once. This particular unit (as they call them) stands out on the better end of the spectrum - in general, inspite it having such a bad rating on Yelp. So as to make it easy to gauge each of these places visited, when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast food joint can be! I gauge: cleanliness; service; product quality and consistency; convenience; accessibility; taste and the personnel's attitude and customer service level. This place scores 3.5 of 5. Oh my gracious. I honestly am torn on this review. They are getting three stars because the service was friendly and efficient and our order was received quickly and it was correct. Unfortunately the restaurant itself needed some attention. The drink station was filthy and part of the floor was sticky from where something spilled and hadn't bothered to be cleaned up. It's obvious that Burger King corporate and Burger King management at this location just doesn't care. At all. This is a beautiful store on the outside. Inside, it's filled with ambivalent employees who go through the motions. A spilled drink by the exit door remained there for at least the entire 20 minutes we were there. Someone put out a 'slippery when wet' plastic yellow sign but that was it. Both bathrooms had paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. Clean the freaking place up and be proud of what you do regardless of what you do. Lazy employees who whine and moan about their pay and yet do nothing to justify a better wage. read more

Very disappointed with the BK app service and BK customer service. I placed an order for delivery through the BK app on a Friday night around 10:30pm. The app said my order had been confirmed and being prepared. About an hour later I get a call from the delivery person, who was a Dasher, and the BK was closed. I felt bad that they made them waste an hour of their time to also not get paid because the BK app lied to both of us. They were obviously not open. After all that wasted time and money I got told I'll get a refund in 3-5 business, so now I'm out of that money for almost a week and wasted an hour when I could have and should have just took my business else where. Seems really slimy and like a scam for a place to take your money when they're not even open just to say you'll get a refund in about a week. read more

The hours say open at 6am and on 4 different occasions I have been in the drive through around 6:20am to get breakfast on my way to work. This is the only burger king on my way and to my surprise all 4 times they have not been open. One time an employee was coming out the back door taking out trash and told me they were running behind and not open yet. Not sure if management knows that they are opening late and losing morning business or if it is the manager who is always running late. Horrible experience!!! Waited in the drive through for over 10 minutes. I couldn't move forward or back up to leave because of cars blocking me in. I finally place my order for 1 cheeseburger with some rude guy and pull up to the window. The same jerk guy that took the order is at the window and I ask to speak with his manager. He begins arguing with me telling me he is the manager and he doesn't care how long I had to wait because its not his fault they don't have enough people working. First let's talk about the lady taking the order. She's either extremely high or just plain stupid. It's was at 9:26pm on 8/28. Now on to everyone else, you got a line and there wasn't one when I got here. It's now been more than 20 minutes and there was only three people in front of me. Not even worth a star. Staff is really unprofessional. It took them ages before they can even acknowledge me. Manager had to let the girl next to her know that she has a customer at the register. The girl that took my order was chatting over the mic with another worker and used some foul language and laughing in front of me. Burgers were sloppy and tossed in buns as if they were in a hurry to make them. Manager was leaning over the counter talking with a customer looked unprofessional. Anything that didn't have to do with working behind the counter was unprofessional. When that customer left, one of the girls in the back yelled out his name across the lobby and said bye to them. My girlfriend and I went in here and received some of the worst service I've ever seen. We came in roughly 25 minutes until the dining room closed and the bitch of a manager with the blonde braided hair and no name tag (gee, how convenient) told us that we only had 5 minutes left and so the order needed to be to go. After she blatantly lied to our faces and with about 15 minutes left, she tells us we have 10 minutes (too stupid to keep her lies straight) and proceeds to lock the doors. Worst Customer Service Ever!! Do Not Recommend This Place!! My husband and I were at the window when we gave the cashier our debit card to pay for our order. When returning our card, she asked me if I had a brother by the name of Gilbert. I found it a little strange because I have never seen this cashier before, but I responded by saying "yes, why?". She responded rudely and with a mean tone of voice said "He's the one that kidnapped my niece" and at this moment she turned around and closed the drive-thru window. We asked ourselves, were we really at Burger King. When the same cashier opened the window with our food we asked to speak to the manager. We then explain the situation to the manager and asked for our money back because we did not want the order. We let her know that it was the worst customer service that we have ever received anywhere. The manager apologized and let us know that she was going to take corrective action on the situation. We will not be visiting this Burger King again, we will not be recomending this Burger King to anyone. The employees they hire, for example the cashier that helped us named Carmen, are very unprofessional and give Burger King a bad reputation and name. read more
