Did not care for the new pretzel bacon Smasher, considering thst they forgot to put bacon on my food

I was there on 1/11/26 at 10:10. The lady who spoke to me in the drive through was rude and spoke with a frigid, unfeeling, hateful tone and seemed to take joy in the fact that I couldn't get what I wanted. Her tone and demeanor were HORRIBLE. Then she insisted that they only ever put sprite and cranberry juice in the cranberry limeade. I have tasted an ABUNDANCE of fresh lime juice in those IF the person making it will choose to use it. She told me I was wrong. How does a fast food place run out of anything? They didn't have any onion rings. Phoenix is the 5th largest city in the country yet these people can't get their hands on onion rings at a restaurant that's famous for onion rings. read more

I ordered through the app and it was fast and very easy. The gave a 4 because you had to park in a stall to get your order. Some of the stalls weren't working so I had to back up and move to another one a couple of times. read more

Went to Sonics the other day and the quality and taste of their burgers were so so. Ordered the burger with green chili and hardly got any chili on it. Kind of skimpy! They don't even deserve one star. I went today & ordered a Oreo cheesecake milkshake & I was a couple drinks in when it started to taste weird. I had to spit it out, it was straight rotten milk. I got home & poured it out & seen that the bottom had clumped up Oreos that smelled putrid, just like the rotten taste. I've had some reasonable experiences at this location, but my latest visit was terrible. Ordered ahead on the app. Checked in. Ten minutes pass and we're past the estimated time in the app too so we use the call button. We're told "they are really busy" but they "are working on our order". More people come, order, pay get their food and leave and we still have nothing. I go in. I'm told they are working on it, but are very busy. I wait some more time, go in and ask for my money to be refunded. The manager says she cant. I insist. Then she admits she doesn't even know which order is mine. They have NOT been "working on it". In the end it was sitting there the whole time, presumably marked off as delivered so they could hit their speed numbers, but never brought out and I still had to ask *three times* before they would even do anything. I can deal with my food being late when I'm not lied to about its status. If the manager had looked into it the first time she said she was we would've gotten our order before it was cold and soggy, and before we were very angry. We were so mad we just left without trying to get fresh food. I had no hope of any resolution. We got no apology, no discount or coupons. Nothing. Not only that they messed all of our orders up multiple times. they gave me the wrong drink and when i told them they took it back and brought me the"right" one when it was the same exact thing. i asked for it to have red bull there wasn't any. my friends ordered a number 9 which is the chili dog and they gave him a regular hot dog. they also messed up my friends drink twice. i kid you not the service was terrible and they didn't even know what they were doing. i don't recommend coming here if you want your food done right and a timely manner. read more

OMG! I got a drinks, fries and a cup of ice. Holy Moly it looks like someone intentionally put dirt in my cup it was so much. There was hair, dirt, some kind of sand and some paper. It was so disgusting and called the manager just offered to replace the ice cup. Really that's all? So horrible I didn't even allow my kids to drink the drinks or eat the fries because if that was in the ice... what the hell is being hidden in everything else. The employees are friendly and the food always comes out quickly and at the correct temperature. Came to the restaurant tonight to simply order a drink. This particular Sonic said it closes at 11pm was at the drive up at 10:45pm No one answered for over 7 mins. We saw an employee come out the side and hand an order to a car waiting parked he looked at us and just continued on into the restaurant. We then drove around to a stall and pressed the call button while 4 employees watched my husband and I from the window and laughed all the while not answering our call. I did call the so called manager on duty named Raina and she acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. Mind you we had just drove out the parking lot and was the only car there. To say this was bad customer service is an understatement. If you closed early at least give us the courtesy of saying "We are closed" don't just sit there and look at us like you have no idea what we are doing there.
