    "Double chicken bowl"

Order through chipotlane. I don't recommend chipotle in general but especially not through the lane. Order double chicken extra lettuce. Barely got either in my bowl. And barely any rice in the bowl. Never go back to chipotle especially this location. Went in for refund for the extra chicken. And forgot my drink. Supposed manager didn't not process my refund correctly.

"Steak Bowl" aka mistake bowl. Took off lid this was the portion. Pathetic

Don't ever order pick up. They skimp on portions, most pathetic bowl I have ever seen from any restaurant.

Im so sick of this location! Really? I pay a good penny for my food and you put my rice in this little cup!

Over this location! Every single time, they always forget an item and in this case they put my beans and rice in a small cup! Seriously! On top of that again, i had to turn around to get my chips they forgot to put in. Chipotle really need to get a trainer in there! Too many issues at hand! The young lady began to say - "oh well we make mistakes, get over it" my steak quesadilla i ordered has 3 pieces of steak in it!

While staff was gone, these customers had a long wait until the drive thru bell rang.

Worst Chipotle location in the valley. Spend the gas to go to the 51st Ave or 20th St locations. Staff was considerably rude to my 78 year old mother. She had never been to Chipotle and I was excited to have her try it on Mother's Day, I usually love Chipotle but go to a different location. Big mistake stopping at this one! They rushed my mom through the line even though there was nobody behind us or in the drive thru. When I asked the staff member to please slow down because she had never been there, she actually rolled her eyes at me. At that point she gave my mom attitude when she asked her questions about the salsa. The next staff member running the register was in such a hurry she gave us a total before the other two people in my party were even done with their order. I asked for a large bag of chips. She came back with a small. When I said I had asked for a large she went to another staff member and said loudly, she wanted a large chips but she didn't say that. She then gave a total, said with attitude, three times before I finally said, I'm not the one paying, my husband is. She gave me a blank stare and said the total again. I then asked about drinks. She grunted at me. I'm not sure why they were in such a hurry, but as you can see from my photos, they disappeared from the floor for a long while until the drive thru bell rang. The ladies in my photo had been standing there waiting. In addition, the location is filthy. There were food scraps everywhere. The counters and cooking surfaces were a mess. Several dining tables had food all over them. For staff that had plenty of time to disappear they probably had enough time to clean the place. Staff continued to glare at us and whisper amongst themselves as we ate in the restaurant. My burrito wasn't folded and the veggies were undercooked. Not such a happy mother's day for mom and me.

a plate of food on a table

The people here are terrible and they've literally crushed our food multiple times. This is the first time with a bowl. The worker there not only crushed the top of the bowl, but then threw it in the bottom of the bag, where they then actually threw the other bowl on top of it! It's very disappointing

Maybe it's because I'm from Arizona, but Mexican food is comfort food to me, and this was what I needed today. The tacos dorados were perfectly crunchy, and I am a s l u t for lettuce, so seeing it come out just fully topped was beyond ideal. The potato & chorizo filling was creamy, a little spicy, and well balanced with the toppings. Oh and that red sauce from the salsa bar? Yeah. You have to try it. It's not like other red salsas that are off just a bit (if you've been to the other run of the mill spots, you know what I mean). It's probably the best balanced red sauce I've had in a while. The green salsa was also good, but wasn't what I was expecting. It was more like a poblano, and less like a tomatillo (still really good though & definitely worth trying). The fish taco was tasty flavor wise, but the fish portion was on the lighter side. If you're looking for protein, I'd pick a different item. The fresas con crema was the star here for sure. I tried to take a better photo but I uhhh dropped the strawberry on myself, and resorted to just savoring the mental image. I am not a huge fan of coconut .. or walnuts/pecans.. but the lady I ordered with asked if I wanted everything on top & I just blindly said yes. Super happy I didn't ask for any changes because all the flavors were so good together.

Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size, and delivery was quick even on a busy Friday, which is always a win. I see the golden arches in the distance. Quickly slipping I say, "Um, do we have food at home for lunch?" Girlfriend says, "Not really, we need to go grocery shopping." I freaking kid you not, while we wait at the red light freaking church bells go off right behind us. Yes, automated, on the hour church bells. I couldn't make this stuff up. I say, "Um......" The light becomes green and girlfriend says, "Let's just get it. We'll go shopping later." I hadn't made the decision, so somehow that made it better. I dove in with both feet. Bring on the Big Mac!!! Coke has never tasted so cold or so good coming out of that giant straw. And finally, in an act that could almost be a sign from the big G, the McDonald's that has never ever gotten our order completely right - got the whole thing perfect. So if you ever go here, and don't hear the church bells, check your order before you pull away from the drive through as in the past this location actually gave us 2 double cheeseburgers with no meat.

Walked up again, same kid checked my receipt and asked his boss behind him. She looked at him and said "ugh why does this keep happening!" Very frustrated. She doesn't say much else and walks away. Teen worker comes back up to me and says it's being remade. I asked for a refund bc I was already waiting close to an hour! Manager comes around silently and I get told by the worker to go to her. I do. The manager stays silent, has no apology or explanation for making me needlessly wait for nearly an hour. I got a refund receipt quickly though so at least there is SOMETHING these workers will do Fast! Terrible place. Everyone else waiting was annoyed too at the wait times! So maybe do better?? Jeez! I'd zero star it if I could!

I did get the spicy viva burger to try as well, and didn't like it as much. It lacked depth of flavor and kinda just tasted spicy. Still a solid burger of course, but I would go back to the classic ones next time. During lent, they had their fish sandwich, which was INSANE. The best one we have ever had. The fish was crispy on the outside, flakey and buttery on the inside. The tartar sauce was perfectly tart and balanced the whole thing. I AM PRAYINGG it comes back for times other than lent. Ruined every other fish sandwich for me. We tried their fries both times we went, and honestly not a fan. They're beef tallow fries so they're supposedly "better" but they were pretty hard and oily, and have the meat taste from the beef tallow that I don't like, I would skip these. People start lining up before the truck opens so I suggest getting there 20 minutes early for quick service, otherwise you'll be looking at an hourish wait. But trust me, it's worth it

My friends and I arrived about 20 minutes before the truck opened, and there were already a few people standing in line. The line moved pretty quickly, and the total time from ordering and receiving our food was only about 15 minutes. At this time, the line wrapped around the truck. The food came out hot and fresh. Filet-o-fish is one of my favorites of all time, and the filet de fish did not disappoint at all! The first bite had us levitating and seeing stars. The tartare sauce that the fried fish was smothered in was delicious and creamy, and the fish fillet itself was tender and flaky. The toasted and soft Japanese bun was the cherry on top. Simple and comforting and nostalgic, but elevated in the best way. We also tried their popular Viva Mexico, but we felt like it lacked in flavor and only tasted spicy, if that makes sense. Beef tallow fries were okay and not anything special. Great portions, however, it was still pretty expensive for a food truck burger. I'm glad I got to try this place out and will be back if the filet de fish hits the menu again, and would try their Signature next time.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly hostess, seated in a roomy booth, and had piping hot chips and fresh salsa dropped off at our table within moments of sitting down. Honestly, the fact that the chips were hot & fresh at the end of the evening was impressive to me! Our waitress was sweet, very friendly & took great care of our group. You never know what you're going to get when it's so close to closing time, but again, I was very pleased with our experience! Typically, even mid-day at other Mexican restaurants, I've gotten chips that are not even remotely warm. At this point, I already knew the dinner would be out of this world!!! Also... the salsa.... Absolutely PERFECT! Just the right amount of spice, the consistency was excellent. YUM! The menu had so many options, it was nearly impossible to choose... I went with the Tostada Verda & I also ordered a side of the Jalapeño Cream Cheese, as I figured it would compliment my Tostada. This addition should not be ignored, I recommend 100%!! It's also good with the chips and salsa ‍ I can't even begin to explain how delicious my tostada was.... Anyone who loves tostadas understands the disappointment that comes along with a SOGGY tostada.... I'm at the point where I expect slight sogginess when I order one of these at a restaurant, because that's the case 75% of the time... NOT THIS TIME THOUGH!! Wow! The tostada was perfectly crisp & didn't have any soggy spots at all.... It melted in my mouth. The fact that Ponchos has mastered the art of keeping that shell on point even when it's piled high with shredded beef, sauces, veggies, etc. is absolutely incredible! !! The meat was out of this world. So full of flavor! & I loved the green chile. Definitely on the Top 3 list of tostadas I've had in my life. After our meal, we were given a quick tour of the place, which was fun. We got to enjoy looking at the photos all over the walls, which really gave it that authentic family owned restaurant vibe. Between this and the wonderful service, it really felt like home. I could easily continue to rattle on about this place, but instead, I'll leave you all with a warning....
