Y'all don't eat here!! I found a piece of hair in my burrito after being halfway finished with it. That is so DISGUSTING and these people should be ashamed of themselves. On top of that, I ordered the chimichurri sauce and paid a whole dollar extra for them not to even give it to me. They are straight playing over here!!!! The lil dude at the window looked like he didn't even know WTF he was doing. I tried calling the store but couldn't get through. They lucky I wasn't able to reach the actual store over the phone because I had some STRONG words for them and they was in for a rude awaking. A couple of visits later and they seem to have worked out most of the kinks from their new opening. I arrived at 1 on a Saturday afternoon and there were eight in front of me and six more eating. The line moved faster than I expected though. Watching the experiences in front of me, some workers definitely filled up the burritos more than others. The worker in the middle station, who got the toppings loaded, struggled to get some of the burritos closed while other burritos were considerably smaller. Been giving an opportunity to this chipotle a multiple times since it opened and every time it's bad service and mediocre food. The girls working the line in the evenings always have an attitude. They never say "have a nice day," "thank you for coming," "you're welcome," or "thank you for waiting." Instead, they expect you to rush down the line and say everything you want in five seconds or less. Today, I experienced the same service. Three girls were trying to figure out something in the line, while the cashier stared at them and was on her phone. Despite the fact that there were four people in front of us and three behind, the line was getting busier. We ordered our bowls, and of course, they gave us easy rice and easy meat. One girl was not wearing her apron and was scratching her head under her hat with the same gloves she was using to help customers. As we reached the checkout counter, we received attitude from the girl who was on her phone. The receipt said "Mayrani," but I'm not sure if that was the name of the cashier. This attitude has been consistent since a few weeks after the restaurant opened. The lobby was also dirty, and there was a broom set by the pickup area where someone could easily trip and fall. Additionally, there were empty Tabasco sauces by the drink fountain. The only employees who seem to enjoy their jobs are the cooks. read more

I always go to chipotle in other areas and the quality of the food is always good, and taste the same. The chicken in my bowl was burnt and dry, the corn salsa was salty, and something tasted like way too much lime. I don't think they control the quality at this location or i don't know what it is. Service...i asked for a quesadilla with half chicken and half shredded beef. The server literally put 5 pieces of chicken on the tortilla and put a little bit of shredded beef. It didn't even make a full portion. I said that's not a lot and she says yes this is a full portion. I wish i would have taken a picture to show yall what i saw. Worst Chipotle location in the valley. Spend the gas to go to the 51st Ave or 20th St locations. Staff was considerably rude to my 78 year old mother. She had never been to Chipotle and I was excited to have her try it on Mother's Day, I usually love Chipotle but go to a different location. Big mistake stopping at this one! They rushed my mom through the line even though there was nobody behind us or in the drive thru. When I asked the staff member to please slow down because she had never been there, she actually rolled her eyes at me. At that point she gave my mom attitude when she asked her questions about the salsa. The next staff member running the register was in such a hurry she gave us a total before the other two people in my party were even done with their order. I asked for a large bag of chips. She came back with a small. When I said I had asked for a large she went to another staff member and said loudly, she wanted a large chips but she didn't say that. She then gave a total, said with attitude, three times before I finally said, I'm not the one paying, my husband is. She gave me a blank stare and said the total again. I then asked about drinks. She grunted at me. I'm not sure why they were in such a hurry, but as you can see from my photos, they disappeared from the floor for a long while until the drive thru bell rang. The ladies in my photo had been standing there waiting. In addition, the location is filthy. There were food scraps everywhere. The counters and cooking surfaces were a mess. Several dining tables had food all over them. For staff that had plenty of time to disappear they probably had enough time to clean the place. Staff continued to glare at us and whisper amongst themselves as we ate in the restaurant. My burrito wasn't folded and the veggies were undercooked. I go to this chipotle alot because its by my gym. You have to fight hard to get what you want while ordering. 50/50 chance the cashier will roll their eyes at you when you ask for anything, and not respond at all. They posted signs saying out of tortillas for burritos but then proceed to be making burritos for online orders. They said that's only for online orders and not for in-house. I posed the question as to why that was and not one single employee could provide me an answer. Staff was quiet and not helpful whatsoever. If I could do 0 stars I would. I began my bowl order with the rice and beans but was then told they were out of steak and to wait 10 minutes. I was made to proceed with the rest of my order and prepay for the steak bowl. I had to ask for the rice and beans to be remade so they didn't use what had been sitting waiting for the steak. I asked for a small cup of queso to be complimented simply bc of the wait AND I now have a second bowl that I had to prepay for that had been sitting and no longer was even warm. I asked the lady at the register (Mia-who has the worst attitude to be front line). Mia ignored me so I asked someone else who the manager was. Alyssa advised me it was my fault and that I should have asked for my food to be made when I returned. I explained to her that it was not offered and I was made to prepay for my food. I asked for the $1.60 queso as a customer service gesture for having to wait for them to refill the steak. Alyssa said they did nothing wrong and refused to remake my food although it is now cold due to having to wait for steak and being made to prepay. To make matters worse, when I got home, the steak was not even hot. I am highly disappointed in this location as it is my neighborhood location within 1 mile of my home.
