I can see how this spot may not be for everyone, but I like it. You have to be specific about what you want or they will do it up in the most basic ways. Know which hot sauce you want, know which toppings you want, tell them if you want lettuce INSIDE your quesadilla, etc etc etc. Knowing that, it's a good deal, filling tasty meal for decent price, at least as good as similar national chains if not better. Friday 853pm, trying to finish eating our $34.08 taco and burrito when we were told they were closed and we needed to leave. Literally with food in hand, not lingering at all. Never had someone this rude. Woman was not English speaker as a first language, younger. If this was my place, I'd consider my business over politics and let her go. read more

This two star review is generous, but it wasn't outwardly gross and no one was outwardly rude. The two stars are earned for edible food and ok service. The restaurant decor was like any unauthentic Mexican restaurant, with fake hanging peppers, what looked like mass produced prints and fake talavera tile prints. Let's start with the food. We all got different "grillers" which are a copycat of Taco Bell's Crunchwrap (you know it's not great if Taco Bell would have been better). We ordered at 8:30 and they close at 9:00...they reminded us more than once. They were clearly in a hurry and eager to leave; if employees need to leave at 9:00 then the restaurant should close at 8:30 instead of creating an awkward and uncomfortable experience for patrons. I think it was due to their being in a rush, but the inside of our wraps were not warm and the cheese wasn't even melted...but a couple of them were burnt on the outside. The inside ingredients lacked flavor aside from too much cilantro in their salsa (and we are cilantro lovers!) Their fountain drinks were not drinkable and tasted very much like chemicals and their chips were stale and crumbled. To top of the experience, after we rushed through a few bites, we left at ten of 9:00 and heard one girl yell "Chris lock the door!" I'm not sure who was happier to be leaving, them or us. Decent food. Friendly service. We had a burrito bowl, chicken quesadilla and ground beef tacos. All came with chips and salsa. The ingredients didn't seem super fresh but weren't "un fresh" either. Gave this place a try since it's right around the corner from my hotel. Had the house salad with the spicy chicken and cilantro cream dressing, which was good. This establishment and food kinda reminds of the Chipotle Mexican Grill chain like on the west coast. read more

Decent place not as bad as people say large burritos freshly made to your liking it has a Moe's Burrito look to it. Great for kids to eat. They have yogurt as a side for kids which I did like. I had the Pork Quesadilla, they have tons of fresh veggies a slaw and different Salsas ,picos, and all were fresh and made in house guy behind the counter was helpful . The different Harry's Hot sauces were a great compliment the meal. I say it is, good, affordable, and fresh street food. Quick meal, or just a good lunchtime grab. Salad was good, poppers were good, Steak burrito and chicken burrito were not appetizing. The wrap was soggy and chewy while the stuffing was compressed too tightly, dry and handled too much. Overstuffing is not what a good burrito is about. It would've been better to make four burritos out of the stuffing rather than one overstuffed unappetizing monster. Wraps are cheap. Hot Harry's was better a few years ago. It was simple, with a few staple ingredients. Now they have given up on the core products..... like their burritos, that I loved to go for, and have all sorts of trendy style foods..... and are allowing the core stuff to wane.. Nothing special about their burritos. Got a bean, cheese, rice and guacamole burrito. Beans were pretty flavorless.

I came here hoping I would be able to give them more stars. But... I can't. I ordered a steak burrito - and it was meh at best. Guy behind the line immediately put rice in without asking me. The steak didn't look great- it wasn't "carne asada" dark think steak like most burrito places have. Instead it seemed to be swimming in a yellowey-grey sauce, but frankly it could have just been 4 inches of liquid fat that the meat was in. The guy was so quick making the burrito that I literally blinked my eyes twice and the first question he asked me was "lettuce and cheese?" I skipped the guacamole and sour cream. Regretted it. Maybe guac would have saved me. They give you free chips in the To Go bag, but both the chips and the salsa they have there just aren't that great. I had a handful of chips and ended up throwing the rest away. Would have given two stars but for $8.85 I guess that's what you get nowadays. Happy it wasn't over $10, but prob would have been if I had added guac and sour cream. read more

We tried this place out due to a groupon. It was FANTASTIC!! We each had the "Super Veggie Buritto" and when they say super they aren't kidding! WOW!! It was huge! The ingredients were all fresh and from what I understand HOME MADE...not from a can! The prices looked reasonable and the dining area was comfortable. Good, simple, REAL food and the service was very fast and friendly. This is a great place to take the family or just grab some lunch with the hubs. We will definitely be back! (Oh and they do have parking - right out back...much better than trying to parallel, which I hate doing.) read more

Very nice staff, fresh salsa available for side garnish, but incredibly bland food. No seasoning in the beans or rice whatsoever. Without the salsa it was like eating cardboard. When I moved from California to the Berkshires I was really hoping to find a good burrito replacement for my beloved Chipotle. Well Hot Harry's failed to deliver. In my opinion, no matter how simple or fancy any kind of food is, the key component should be fresh, high quality ingredients. So, I got a veggie burrito and was so disappointed by how stale and lifeless the burrito was. It was just so bland and definitely had this fast-food chain store kind of taste, like something you would get at Subway or one of those type of places. A huge disappointment. read more

I go to HH for their fast food tacos... simple ground beef tacos with lettuce pico guac and harry's Hot Damn sauce. The Hot Harry's on North Street has always been extremely clean and the staff has gone out of their way to make my experience a great one. A great lunch, Really! My work associate brought me here saying that Hot Harry's was one of his favorite places to eat. Yea, we've all heard that before, right?! Well, I was pleasantly surprised. Their ingredients really are fresh and full of flavor. You can have them add whatever you'd like to your burrito or taco right there in front of you. The salsa can be found on the side if you'd like to try different heat amounts too. Loved it. Will be back soon! Not expensive either!!! Clean restrooms and seating area also. Bravo. Great food at moderate prices. The monthly loyalty rewards are great too. I am a big fan of the weekly specials, buy 1 get 1 on Thursdays is a great way to spend lunch with a friend. Order a burrito and you will never leave this place hungry. The hot sauce ranges they have are great, good flavor and the hottest sauces can make even the mightiest of hot sauce fans break out into sweat. Even their breakfast menu is delicious. It helps that they are within walking distance from my workplace, but even still i'd rather walk here, then to say drive to Burger King or McDonalds for almost the same price.
