The assistant manager (Kate, I believe) was extremely rude. While another customer was complaining about the wait time (I had also been waiting over 20 minutes), she pointed at me and said, 'Well, it's because we were waiting on his fish sandwich.' Good service at the counter and the manager was doing a good job training the new employee. The spicy chicken was anything but spicy. There was barely any sauce on the chicken, but the actual chicken was a nice size white meat portion. The fries were nice and hot. I chose to go to this location because it was on my way to work. I was in a hurry and there were at least four cars in the drive-through so I chose to go inside. Bad decision. Sometimes it's nice to not see what goes on behind the scenes. The staff almost acted like they did not even know each other. They were not communicating with each other or talking at all. They all look miserable. After waiting foreight minutes I requested for fresh fries with my order. That was the only thing that was hot in my meal. My burger looked like it had been sitting for a couple of hours because it was so dried out. I recommend waiting to go to this location in hopes that they can find a better staff to get things organized. I wish I would have read the reviews before stopping at this location. Unfortunately the worst Burger King we've ever been to. Workers didn't seem to take their jobs seriously and the food looked terrible. It was my sons choice for his birthday dinner and his meal, shake and just everything was sad. I tried to speak to one of the workers and her remedies were less than acceptable. We came here after my daughter's soccer game. A little bummed that the lobby was closed, figured no big deal though, we will go through the drive-through and bring it home. We had a coupon for chicken fries and a large fry for $3.99, I asked if it was possible to do the spicy chicken fries, and they said no. Again no big deal, we are easy-going. Regular are fine. We get home and my daughter super excited because she opens the bag and sees that they did give her spicy chicken fries... here is the kicker- They are completely frozen!! How does that even happen? Horrible experience!!! Ordered a sourdough king no onions I ended up getting a whopper with everything on it. So I ask to get remade they then made me there new burger not the one i ordered one so I asked can I get the correct burger with no onions. At this point the cook named Dennis Champion three his gloves off and hat off cussed me out and then threatened me. All because I ordered a burger with no onions. Well I just wanted something quick and I ended up throwing 70% of my order away. The Whopper has hardly any cheese and the bun was stale (as if the package was left open and the bread began to get that "crunchy" feeling). But whatever, I can be patient if I don't have to cook dinner. Lady at window (a manager I think) was chewing gum. So gross as she chewed like an infirm old person: slow and with tongue showing ever chew. Yuck! But again, whatever. At least she wasn't preparing our food. Food. Awful. Snuck an onion ring on my way home. Tasted of rancid oil. Not old, not overused, that chemical nastiness only bad oil can give. Got a Parmesan chicken for my husband. No, as in not any sauce for over-reheatef chicken. So much so, that it took a huge gulp of water to get that bite down. I ended up putting pesto sauce on it from home to cover up the taste. Nasty. This is hands down the worst burger king ever. I dont ever post anything but i had to for this one. I didnt even order my food it was that bad. Worst customer service ever. Like non-existent. They had messed up on an older gentlmans order when he came from the drive through. He looked rather upset so i let him go first. He had gave them 2 coupon for specofic item and they only got half his order right. The first person he talked to told him he didnt take the order so he couldnt do anything. Then the shift lead who had taken his order came over and started arguing saying thats what you ordered blah blah blah. Waited for several minutes (underscored) to place my order at the drive thru, and couldn't rouse anyone. I decided to just pull through and go somewhere else, but when I rounded the corner I was stuck because there were two cars ahead of me. After I had pulled around, it took them 5-7 minutes for them to complete the order for the first car in line, I have no idea how long they had been working on that order before I got there. The car directly in front of me just pulled through without picking up anything, as did I, meaning there were two, willing, paying customers who had waited way too long and just gave up - two lost customers. As I drove up the street I noticed the car that had pulled in behind me was still waiting to place their order. Only giving one star because I have to. The cooks are extremely rude. The food is never cooked fresh (even when asked!!) My fiancé and I have tried coming here several times, day and night-the food is always a let down. They hardly get the order right and we usually end up having to go back to get our order fixed. This was the first time I have ordered a BIG KING. It was neither BIG nor was it King in taste. First of all, I got all the way home, and looked at the size of the burger. I thought, Oh darn(not the word I used), they gave me the wrong burger. The problem was also aggravated since the wrapper on the burger said Whopper Jr. and it was the size of a normal size slider I order from another restaurant. I immediately returned to the restaurant. This was a task, because it was 110deg outside, and really didn't want to go back. Upon showing the burgers to the window attendant, he informed me that it was indeed a so called "Big King". I couldn't believe it. The issue was exasperated when I finally bit into one, and it had NO TASTE at all, and it was lukewarm. I threw the other one in the garbage. I was looking forward to going to BK all day, and was extremely dissatisfied. I will not be returning anytime soon or in the foreseeable future. BK used to be my favorite burger joint, but you've gone by the wayside of McD's. Too bad. I keep going to this location and can't figure out why. Consistently the fries are cold and taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. Make sure you check every aspect of your order before you pull away from the drive through window. They will forget your sauce, (conveniently) give very poor service, and hand you over subpar food. It's unfortunate as this location is closest to my home, and I keep making the mistake of going back. After a phone call to inform the "manager" of the poor quality, I asked if I'd get a refund or new food. His response was "sure". I don't even know what that means. Once I ordered my food the employee just told me the total without reading back my order to ensure accuracy and was not displayed on the screen. There was ONE customer in front of me and NO ONE in the drive thru, yet it took FIFTEEN minutes to complete my order (note to management - please watch the security tape to verify I am not exaggerating on the time or customer count. Order #73 on July 8, 2019. Order placed at 2:21 and completed at 2:37). Upon finally receiving my order, I commented about the delay, and the server simply said, "The drive thru is faster," to which I replied, "NO ONE WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU FOR THE PAST 15 MINUTES!!" This location has been AWFUL for YEARS and yet I give it a try once or twice a year. NEVER AGAIN, as clearly management is to blame if they cannot properly train and retain staff.
