Yes I waited 20 minutes for my food. I tried to go up and talk to them. I tried to get sauce for my friend. They ignored me. The Hawaiian punch machine was broken and my fries were cold. And the workers here don't do their job correctly, and they clearly saw me and ignored me. read more

I understand why this location has 1.6 stars... went there with my girlfriend around 7:30 for a quick dinner. She ordered a large 10ct meal and I ordered a large 2 cheeseburger meal. Firstly we asked for ketchup, ranch and buffalo and got none. On top of that they gave us both medium drinks yet both orders were larges. We got cookies as well but they were cold and broken inside the bag. On top of that, it took about 10 minutes in the drive thru. No cars in front, no one in store. The young lady getting us our food had no sense of customer service or urgency. This entire place is a disaster. read more

Not sure why I keep going back to this location. The apple pie given to me was like a prop at ikea. It was not for human consumption. The apple in there had the consistency of dried rubber cement. It was past its expiration time by about two hours. I should of known something was up when the kids working there goofing off and laughing when giving me my order. read more

The website and google says the lobby is open till 12am yet my family and I got yelled at for letting someone in when it was only 9am. Very uninviting and would never consider coming back. read more

The ineptitude of this store is truly impressive. After placing my order at the drive through, the team member reviewing my order got it wrong not once, but twice, and then had to reenter it because she couldn't find it in the system. I then pull forward and the next team member reviews my order incorrectly again and I had to show her my receipt so she could look it up. After sitting at the window for over 4 minutes while they tried to organize themselves, I was finally asked to pull around front, where the order was incorrect a third time when the last team member brought it out. Finally, after over 10 minutes of waiting I finally received the correct order. I don't think a business could be this inefficient without a deliberate effort. Amazing. read more

I would have given it less if I could. I placed my order in the drive thru, I return and went inside when my order was wrong. After a long night of kids football, we stopped at this location on our way home for a quick easy dinner. We decided to go inside, since we were ready to sit down. When we walked in, I was super nervous because it was PACKED. But then we were greeted with a smiling, kind face. He was so patient and happy to take our order. Within less than 10 minutes we had all of our food, it was correct, and it was hot and fresh! Our kids played in the play place and we even had to get ice cream cones on the way out. I'm unsure why people could give fast food places one star, because it is NOT supposed to be fine dining . I've had many bad experiences at McDonald's but not at this location. They have really improved this McDonalds!! They're friendly service they're clean and they remodeled . The food is pretty good and fast . The only complaint I have is their new playground just needs padding around the word post before someone gets hurt and there some low area the kids hit their heads on all the time. read more

Terrible employees. Went late evening 11:45. February 9. Website says they close at 1:00 Sat in drive-through for about 8 minutes at the intercom was never greeted or told they were closed. Could see employees inside, pulled up to the window. No employees acknowledged me. They all pretended. I wasn't there as I knocked on the window. There were also other people waiting behind me and one guy who said he had been there longer waited until 12:01 pull back around through the drive-through back to the window and continue knocking until 12:05 finally an employee acknowledged me and mouth were closed freaking horrible experience, and customer service. read more

Always slow service, I'll pull up and wait 3-5 mins to order when there is nobody in line. Called to give feedback girl that answered phone sounded line someone was tickling her because she was just laughing for first 30 seconds of the call. Talked to the general manager Josh and he sounded like he was a kid himself. He offered a free meal however given how the kitchen / line crew operates would not eat here again. Awful, terrible, customer service is not there. We continue to go to this location because it's convenient with where we live - but it is always so frustrating when you pull up and there's no ice cream, there's no sweet tea, they may not have fries, or they let you order something and you pay for it and by the time you make it to the second when do they tell you that they're sorry they are out of it. Sometimes when I ask him for a receipt, they say sorry they can't print them. We are military and have lived in six different places and have never been to a worst McDonald's ever! read more

Placed my order, which was a bit confusing to start w bc as I was ordering w a female yet some male kept coming on telling me to hold on. Paid and then the wait commenced. Once at the window, I was handed my food and waited again for my drinks... at this point i was already at a standstill for 5mins or so. Then a young girl finally appears and says they are out of all tea so what else would I want. Disappointed I gave alternatives. Then waited again for like 10mins and flagged someone down to just get a refund for my drinks bc my baby wasn't having it anymore. Then that was taking forever so I left thinking it could just be done via phone. Come to find out they only do refunds IN PERSON. I don't live near that location so I'm out that money plus the gas I wasted being in their drive thru for 20mins. When the adults are working at this location it's fine! This McDonald's has been terrible for years. Always a long wait, always missing food. The final straw was the day I was the only car in drive thru and all I ordered was a large Sweet tea with lemon. I pull to the window and after paying I still end up waiting almost 10 minutes for 1 drink. As I pull off I take a sip of my drink and it taste very different. I pull the lid off and see 2 lime wedges in my tea. Why does McDonald's have limes? There is NOTHING on their menu that uses limes. Why not just apologize and say they are out of lemons?
