3.5 stars Out of the many many times that I've gone here, my order has only gotten messed up less than a handful of times. My food has always been fresh and tasty. Love love love when my sandwich melts in my mouth! That seems to be an almost guarantee whenever i order a whopper or whopper jr. YUMMY! I'm not too fond of the fries, but the onion rings (or should i say mini rings) are okay. Apple fries are also nice, since they actually do seem fresh. Not too fond of the grilled chicken. As for service, i've been lucky to have mostly pleasant experiences. I usually always go in, and try to avoid the drive-thru which is usually busy. read more

I'm surprised this location averages 2 stars, the food is cold, it tastes especially bad and the coffee is horrifically bad. Apparently it's possible for a business to survive just off wealthy teenagers with no where to go after school is out. About the only positive thing I can say about it is the 2 electrical outlets and WiFi or there's no parking difficulties. read more

Fries tasted stale , chicken nuggets tasted old and re-fried with layers of of outer crust , hamburger patty was dry bread bun was falling apart, bun was old and the window forgot to give me my drink so I went back and got my soda and asked for bbq sauce for nuggets. This is the absolute worst Drive Thru ever! I've been here a few times since it's right next to my work and each car takes at least 5 + minutes to get their food. One must wonder why the dining area remains closed when Contra Costa County now allows indoor dining. The manager advised me that the "owner" would not allow it. I called the 800 number provided to patrons and was advised that the owner would contact me within five days. Surprise! That didn't happen. I called again after two weeks and was again told that the owner would contact me. Instead, I received an email from the manager, who had no idea what the reported problem was. It's obvious that the ownership could not care less about their customers. The Carl's Jr fifty yards away has opened their dining room. I guess it's time to go there. read more

I don't know what's going on with Burger King lately. All the restaurants I've been to have been understaffed and wait times are terrible. This one in particular is one of the worse. I give credit to the people who are working, they do well under pressure and perform multiple jobs and aren't rude considering their circumstances. I don't know if I could do that. But the problem is being understaffed during peak hours. I waited 20 minutes for a burger and fries which ended up being cold once I got them. I could see that my burger was ready but was just sitting there for 10-15 minutes while one person was working the drive thru, the dine in register, AND filling orders. I keep trying to give this location second chances but I think this is the last. read more

I got as working in the area of San Ramon when I decided to go into this Burger King just looking for a bite to eat. From the beginning the service was horrible, i asked about a certain item of food on the menu and the cashier which happened to be 2 women gave me a spiteful attitude that seemed unnecessary for a simple question. The whole time during my order they seemed to be be annoyed and constantly make smerky faces towards me. But nevertheless I decided to go on with it as I was hungry. Shortly after I got my food I asked for some sauces. One do the ladies get the sauces for me and doesn't even hand them to me she just throws them into my bag and walks away. I don't recommend coming here, the whole time for any question or concern I had they would just roll their eyes and constantly give bad attitude. I have never written a Yelp review before. But I was treated so badly here I just felt I needed to. I have literally just left this Burger King 20 minutes ago and I am still very upset. The people that work at the Dan Ramon Burger King are all very rude. I walked in and tried to get their attentiin for an order and was cimpletely ignored even though they saw me. One person in particular, Clara was execptionally rude. She gave me attitude and raised her voice to me. Then spoke in spanish to her co worker and made rude cimments about me in public. Not really a fast food person but gotta love their tater tots on the breakfast menu. I like how they have different options for the size and I've never had an order where they were soggy and gross. If you are needing to get in and out in a hurry, or in a "fast food" manner, don't go here. Went through drive thru yesterday, and it took them 4 minutes to greet me to take my order. I was, at that point, already caged in because I had people in front of me and behind me. It took over 10 minutes to get my food from start to finish. I asked the lady at the drive thru window and she said she was the only one there running the front and the drive thru, and it was 11:40 am. And that no one else was coming in until after 1:00. Are u kidding me? It's lunch time, and u have one employee running the drive thru and the front lobby? Crazy. And then my food wasn't good. The French fries were hot but the whoppers were Luke warm. And my Diet Coke was the wrong mixture that I couldn't even drink it. I threw it away. Tried to go online and do the survey, but they don't put a survey code on their receipts which is required to fill out the survey online. I tried to call the corporate office for 2 days but no one ever answered. I guess we know why Chick-fil-a and In and Out, along with other restaurants are soaring when the customer service at Burger King is killing them. This franchise owner needs to sell before they run it into the ground. I shared my experience on our "NextDoor" app which reaches thousands of folks and I couldn't believe how many people responded with the same results. Grumpy and stingy manager, poor service, I go to other burger kings for these reasons. When I am suppose to receive more than one ranch sauce on any order, it is hard to get more than one ranch sauce without an additional charge. Ranch sauce does not even cost them much. Went through the drive through, watched the guy drop my soda on the ground, and refill the same cup and hand it to me. When I asked "is that the same cup I just watched you drop on the ground?" He didn't even respond, just picked up a new cup and filled that one. If I hadn't have said anything he would have gladly given me a dirty cup. bk is the place to get my fave fast food burger, the whopper. this location is fast and clean and very reliable when i need a great burger to aide my hangover before work. the right amount of condiments and pickles just blend together to make this a tender and fulfilling treat. now if they can only get back the old school king and dump the scary new one i would have no more nightmares! read more

ZERO STARS. This is the worst location. Not only are they always short staffed, but the front staff move like sloths! They are way less than friendly, and they rarely get my order correct. Its called FAST FOOD! if i wanted to spend a half hour getting breakfast i would've gone and sat in the restaurant. This is the 3rd time i have attempted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and as always-totally disappointed. Today i waited 15 minutes just to get to the speaker to order, then was told to hold again to give my order..I ended up backing out of the drive thru and left without breakfast and 15 minutes late to work for nothing!! And the car that was at the speaker when i pulled in, was still at the window when i left!! Good thing the manager was standing out front smoking and talking with the delivery guy to help out the line of cars!! I wish I could give zero stars l!! Just went in for a whopper /w cheese heavy mayo, onions and tomatoes. The man at the counter was so busy talking about his Allergies they he said heavy mayo and heavy onions no tomatoes. I am probably one of the only customers to ding this place for being TOO friendly. To elaborate, it's this one white guy that buses tables, and takes it upon himself to socialize with all the customers like they came there specifically to see him. Maybe it's just me, but I don't walk into a cheap fast food place to get chatted up. I want to eat and leave. I despise small talk, and even sit in the far corner of the restaurant facing away to try and make the message clear that I don't want to be "engaged". Doesn't always work. Now that that is covered, the best part about bk is the price. If you are all but broke this is a good option. But if I complained about one thing quality wise, it would be that their cheese refuses to melt! Who wants a cheeseburger with cold cheese? Not the fastest place to get your food but they make some very good onion rings.

It's well known that the employees here complain that the owner of this Franchise and other franchise restaurants in the area is cheap and refuse to hire more employees and paying them more. The worst worst worst Burger King in all of the Bay Area. Going through the drive-thru is the most painful. The jackass at the microphone mumbles really fast "can I help you?" But is more like "can hel u?" And god forbit you ask him to repeat what he asked. Very rudely yells it louder. Then I always get my drink with soda dripping all over the side of the cup. Went there the other day to pick up for doordash and I was appalled at what I saw. During COVID-19 its definitely different to get used to the new regulations, but what I was saw was plain common sense. I was waiting to place my doordash, and I saw either the manager or an employee go back and forth in the kitchen and in the front taking orders and touching food with the same gloves. Now Ive worked in the food industry for 6 years and I was always taught when you pass the line from the FOH to the BOH you have to wash your hands no matter what, now with the new laws in place you have to wear gloves, so that being said you have to also now change your gloves if your going back and forth to the kitchen. Also the same lady who was not washing her hands and changing gloves, was also the most disrespectful person Ive seen in the food industry. She was telling another employee (who I personally know, and used to served at the Habit in San Ramon) that she was messing everything up, and telling her "You better not mess up" and "Great, you cant do this and that"! And on top of that her customer service was so unpleaseant, she was yelling "what?!" at the customers when she asked them if they wanted any sauce on the side and then she just threw it in their bag. One guy said "wow, great customer service" sarcasticly. So, people just know if you go here, dont be flabbergasted by the service of this women, its obviously normal for her. read more
