Went to Mendocino farms in the Amazing Citi center and really liked the food . The chicken Tuscan salad was pretty good even though should have to stick to Baja green (with adobado chicken) ; the half turkey sandwich my wife ordered was the best and the chicken soup was decent. Food: Mama Chen's Chinese Chicken Salad (10/10) - The portion is big and there were so many layers of flavor to this salad. Normally, with a lot of salads, the different veggie flavors kind of all blend in but I can clearly taste the cilantro, bean sprouts, and more. I loved the flavor and crunch that the cashews and crispy wontons added as well. The miso mustard sesame dressing was a good combined with it as well and it wasn't too strong. The chicken wasn't dry, came in good portion, and tasted good. Kids Pizza (7/10) - Despite how it looks, it tasted pretty decent and it comes with apples too! Nice for a small meal. Service: Very straight to the point service. You order at register for to-go or dine-in and wait for your name to be called. Just visited Mendocino Farms and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While picking up my order, I asked for a second cup of water because the first one had already been given for my daughter. The cashier, Jennifer, made it feel like it was an issue even though I was simply trying to get water for my son who was waiting outside. As I was leaving, I overheard a comment suggesting I had already received a free drink, which wasn't accurate as I only got water earlier and not their fountain drink. As I was leaving, I had to walk back in to clarify the situation and explain that the second cup was for my son. Overall, it felt unnecessarily uncomfortable, especially considering I had just spent over $20 on my meal. A simple request for water shouldn't have turned into a back-and-forth like that. read more

First they have a great menu with seasonal items. I had a Sweet Peach & Goat Cheese Salad and a Hot Honey Peach & Prosciutto Sandwich. Now I can't tolerate too much heat so they were happy to put the hot honey on the side. My coworker had the Peruvian Steak sandwich and said it was terrific! Initially I felt a little overwhelmed with the crowd at the restaurant. It has indoor and outdoor seating and it was quite packed at lunch time.
