I was feeling a bit indecisive because the menu has so many options, but Diego, the manager, immediately stepped in to help and gave us clear, thoughtful recommendations. As much as we enjoyed the food, what truly made the experience memorable was Diego's outstanding customer service. He even came outside to our table to personally check on us and ask how everything was. He made us feel genuinely taken care of, and that level of attention is hard to find at a chain restaurant. Always great place to dine in before or after our workout time. No single time that disappointed us in terms of the service quality and the foods! I was craving some fish and spicy tua bowl usually comes as a Hawaiian poke style bowl but the staffs were very helpful in accommodating the taste of this pregnant lady and they fully cooked the spicy tuna for me. Always a good option for a quick healthy meal. The menu is quite varied and I love the option of either Bowl or Wrap (which are made in house btw). Service is relatively quick and friendly with ample seating. On a recent visit I got to try the loaded Fries which were tasty albeit I wish there was some Salt and Pepper on hand. Last night we went to World Wrapps with our pups and had a fantastic dinner. We were warmly greeted outside by one of the employees, which was really sweet. We ordered the steak gaucho quesadilla, the spicy tuna wrap and the tikka fries. The quesadilla had super tender steak and was perfectly seasoned with a crisp, buttery tortilla. The spicy tuna wrap was basically a sushi-rito with poke-sized chunks of tuna. I really loved dipping it in the tamari that the super friendly cashier/server offered. The tikka fries were so fresh and hot that even after we finished the rest of our dinner, we were still carefully finishing off our fries trying not to burn our mouths. That sauce, the pepitas on top...it was just the perfect mess of fries. We ate outside, so I can't say much about the dining experience inside but it was a perfect dinner with our little dogs. read more

With a positive ordering experience, menu options, and quality/fresh food taste, World Wrapps (Bishop Ranch, San Ramon) has got me as a returning customer! It was my first time there and I was definitely satisfied. They even have community water, iced or filtered, dine-in stainless steel cups alongside communal hot sauces. Although there's not a whole lot of indoor seating, we were lucky to grab a booth! The entire place was clean and organized. Their agua frescas have chopped up fruit -- my strawberry lemonade was so refreshing. I ordered a Thai chicken wrap and because I opted out of sushi rice, the staff took the time to ask me if it was ok to add lettuce, but they ended up honoring my request for brown rice instead. When you walk in there are two Kiosks to order from or you can always order with an associate at the front counter. I always tend to order the Argentinan Chimichurri Tofu Bowl! This thing is amazing! Comes loaded with brown rice/quinoa, red leaf lettuce, cherry tomato, pickled onion, crispy shallot, lemon squeeze, garlic aioli, herb Chimichurri. My Fiancée loves the wrap version of this. I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar wrap on the kiosk. It was easy and quick. The staff were friendly and even came outside twice to ask how everything was even though I technically ordered to go. The wrap was really good. The only thing was that some pieces of the chicken seemed to maybe have small pieces of bone, so just keep an eye out. read more

I love their surf and turf Argentina chimichurri wrap and my hubz always gets it with beyond beef. They are very attentive to dietary requirements and have something for everyone. I ordered catering for my son's bday and Ace was a gem in helping me place my big order and letting me know all of the dietary details for my guests. Fantastic customer service. My wife and I visited World of Wrapps for a quick lunch. It was very busy but the manager took the time to personally greet each guest in the dining room. My wife accidentally ordered the wrong entree on the touchscreen menu. When the order came to the table she was visibly disappointed. The manager promptly got her the correct item and even offered to box up the incorrect item for take out. This gesture of customer service and his attention to the experience will be the reason we will return. It would have been very easy for the restaurant manager to blame my wife for the mistake but he decided to go out of his way to ensure my wife was satisfied with her lunch. This sort of service has fallen to the way side in the food industry. This experience lets us all know that "caring" is still present in restaurants. I get the hype now! I was in the area shopping and wanted something quick and healthy to share before dinner. And I found out that they have world wraps in the area! I was so excited because I've seen this pop-up on TikTok and have always wanted to try it, I am a big fan of healthy salad/rice bowls. We got the chimichurri and salmon bowl and it was pretty good, I think that there could have been a little more flavor, but it was good for what it was. I was in need of lunch to grab and meet up with some folks in the courtyard area of City Center. I took a look at World Wrapps and the sushi rice is what got me. So I decided let's try them out. In short, it was pretty good though it did kind of fell apart as I ate the nori wrap and unfortunately stained my pants! L O C A T I O N World Wrapps is located on the outside of City Center Bishop Ranch on the side with Starbucks and Mixt. The parking situation can be a bit crazy on that side, I ended up turning the corner and about to park in the parking garage before I found some easy parking outside closer to Sprinkles. I N S I D E You have two kiosks to order at, one at the door and one closer to the kitchen area. There are plenty of tables inside as well as a few outside as an option. I noticed there was a water station which I helped myself top off my water bottle. What I didn't notice was if there were more napkins. I wish there were napkins to easily grab to get extra of as I didn't realize I'd need more than the one they put inside my bag. M E N U There are a variety of options from bowls, quesadillas, to wraps (nori as well as flatbread). They even have boba so that might be something to try next time. Seemed pretty straight forward, you get a protein, veggies, and a carb all in a bowl or a wrap. I again was very intrigued with the Nori wrap options as I saw that there was sushi rice in the the wrap. I'm all for a good sushi rice folks. When ordering on the kiosk it gave you suggestions on additions and well, the upsell was convincing as the pineapple mint agua fresca was calling my name. So I added it too. ~ Pineapple Mint Agua Fresca ~ The pineapple mint agua fresca had lot of mini chunks of pineapple and a sprig of mint. It was a little sweet for my taste, but it went well with my food. It's been a while since I've had pineapple so it was a nice change. ~ Furikake Salmon Nori Wrap ~ It has as described: Roasted Fresh Salmon, Sushi Rice, Avocado, Sesame-Furikake Seasoning, Cucumber, Marinated Bean Sprouts, Pickled Carrot, Sesame-Soy Vinaigrette, Garlic Aioli. It was like eating a gigantic sushi roll. They cut it in half and unfortunately as I took my first bite into it, chunks of rice fell onto my pants. Sad. So there wasn't much structural integrity when eating the wrap. It still tasted delicious. I just wish I had more than one napkin in the bag with me to help clean up or perhaps double nori wrap would help with structural integrity? Now was it sushi rice? Not sure, but it was cooked well and went well with the rest of the ingredients. S E R V I C E They were so friendly!!! Oh my goodness. My experience with folks just greeting me at the door, giving me my food...all very courteous and friendly. I'd come back just for the service. O V E R A L L I think there's work that needs to be done to help with making sure their nori wraps don't fall completely apart, but the flavors were a nice balance.
