Went to this location on Aug 10 and dined in. The food was what is expected from a fast food chain. The restaurant was completely filthy. The floors had dirt piles and trash all over. The straws were falling on the floor by the soda fill area. A worker got a soda and must have seen the straws falling on the floor but did nothing. The trash cans were overflowing. The floors were sticky like they haven't been washed in a long time. If I was the manager of this location I would probably be having a talk with my team and put them on notice that their jobs were in jeopardy. With kiosk ordering, door dash and drive through service maybe the dining area is a low profile, but this location would most likely fail a State food safety inspection. read more

I went there yesterday got 3 meals through mobile order I pulled through the drive thru they then asked me to wait for the food I waited 10 minutes went in they said they were still working on a few thing so I waited another 10 minutes went back in again they said they told someone to walk it out apparently it was sitting there the whole time so I waited 20 minutes for food I paid for but never got they then proceeded to be very rude and make racist comments towards me. read more

Extremely rude worker. Made an order through uber eats to pick up. Could not hear the worker through the intercom sat for 5 mins at the pick up window and then she told me to go to the front window. When I picked up my order there was no honey mustard with my order. When I went back in the same worker took my order back saying I couldn't open my own food. When I told her it's for me and I just want honey mustard she tossed the honey mustard on the counter and told me don't open your food. All around bad experience. read more

I can now see why this place is rated 1.5 stars. The experience started out great with one of the employees cleaning off the table where I sat at, which made it a great spot for me to sit and wait for my food for the next 25-30 minutes. This made it so I couldn't even eat my food at the recently cleaned table because I had to get to an appointment by the time my food was ready. This is the slowest fast food i have literally ever had it would've taken me less time to drive there, make it through the drive through and come back to my hotel. Nobody picks up the phone. If you're hoping to use a coupon from the app, make sure you mention it during the order or expect a large attitude with your fries when you drive up to the window. There's a friendly reminder from the staff that it should be mentioned at that time, then there's the sulking, hissing and sarcasm that we recieved when we got to the window. Because my flight got in late and nothing is open in this tumbleweed-creating wasteland. So, I am as bored as a child on a 12 hour car ride through the Midwest. With that being said, I arrived to nowheresville Portland at about 9pm due to a delayed flight. I was hoping to grab food since dinner was not available as I sat for 2 hours on a tarmac in NYC. To my delightful surprise and despite the general area delivering an over abundance of restaurants, nothing was open or serving aside from 3 burger joints. One was owned by a sassy red head, the other was some sort of Scottish destination, and the third was the Lord of Feudal Meat-a-tude, King of Burgerville. The staff was welcoming, but everything about the place screamed 1980. I think I saw a guy with a boombox break dancing in the corner. It is what it is, grab your food and leave. read more

We went through the Burger King drive-thru and ordered our food. 2 deluxe burger meals both with onion rings,1 small drink, 1 medium drink. The order came to $20.50. When we got home(10 minutes away) and opened the bag to put food on plates, we discovered the 90% of the onion rings were over cooked and hard as a rock. I called to speak to the store manager and she told me to bring the food back with the receipt and they would replace it. That means I drive 10 minutes back to the store and then wait to deal with her. Then I drive another 10 minutes back home to have my burger sitting cold. I like this Burger King because they are one of the few places that has the Italian Chicken sandwich. As for the cleanliness, thats another story.
