The estimated delivery time showed 8:05 PM, but by 8:30 PM I still had not received anything or heard from the restaurant. When I called to check on it, I was told the delivery service they use had my order stolen. The frustrating part is that nobody contacted me to let me know. If I had not called, I would have just been waiting with no update. They offered to remake the order, but said it would take another hour. We've been fans of Wings Over for several years. While their menu keeps evolving, the quality of the boneless and bone in wings remains excellent. Their Garlic Parm and Hot Garlic are two of our standards while we routinely try their new flavors too. But when I got there, the service was so good and the wait was really not that long... didn't even matter that I had to go in. The website was very helpful, too. I could have placed the order there for pickup and it seemed it would have been very easy. I am pretty strict when it comes to orders from a wing place... so, of course, I got wings-- dry rub only. Lemon pepper and (I think) west Texas mesquite... absolutely on point. And the tots were good. These were easily some of the best wings I've had in a while. The seasoning was wonderful. I went to this place for the first time since the re-opening and I have to say I was really disappointed. The sauces and dry rubs we're weaker than they used to be. In short, this place is not the same as it was. Decided to give this place a try one weekend evening after we had a huge craving for wings. The restaurant itself was pretty dirty, a lot of tables were sticky and some were covered in dishes, meanwhile the server stood in the corner and was texting on her phone. There was no sign at the entrance that we could see explaining how the process worked, so after waiting in line and having several people order, we were just told to go sit down if we were eating in and we would have a server. I am not sure this place needs a server honestly, the fountain soda machine is in the dining area, we could easily serve ourselves if you just had a food runner. She wasn't the friendliest of people either... Regardless, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the wings. They are HUGE. The waffle fries were quite soggy and so that was a little disappointing, and the wings were sitting in a bucket of sauce (see photo), which was far from appealing. In general I prefer the sauces at BWW, the sauces here lack spice/heat. I also think the food here is quite over-priced and that they need a smaller combo meal option. Their smallest option could easily be shared by two people. In general not that impressed, probably won't be back, I'll return to BWW for my wing craving, even if it means eating smaller wings. read more

This is a favorite place for wings. However, we stopped by tonight and the place is closed. I can't tell if they are remodeling or have closed permanently. I'm guessing perm UPDATE!! They're not closed now! They have remodeled and are now back open. It pretty loud now since it's all hard surfaces with nothing to break up the sounds. They have also raised the prices on their wings. However, they still have the best wings around, so we still go at least every other week. I've stopped by this location twice now, with similar results for both visits. The first time, I ate in restaurant. It was about noon on a weekday, and the entire place was empty. It appears most people utilize this location for take out or delivery. My waitress was, to put it nicely, a bit unskilled. It took forever to get my food, and the wrong dipping sauce was brought. I had to wait to receive my check, and wait for my debit card to be returned to me. Then, I had to wait for my to- go box. The bone in wings that I ordered were well sauced, and the sauce was plenty spicy, but both the french fries in the wings were cold. The fries, in particular, were soggy and downright disgusting! Think Ore-Ida frozen fries, not quite baked all the way through. The second time, my fiancé and I stopped by to order takeout. He wanted boneless wings, which I personally never order. Our wait was just about the same as if we chose to dine in. The boneless wings are much larger than traditional boneless wings at other restaurants. Imagine fried chicken tenders tossed in buffalo sauce. Again we got the same level of heat, almost too spicy to eat with the boneless wings, as it was heavily saturated. The fries were minimally better this time, but still, the food was served cold. I like their variety of sauce flavors, and the level of heat their buffalo sauce holds. However I would recommend that they find a way to better regulate their temperature control. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's cold hot wings and soggy french fries. read more
