I don't know what the deal is with this location. it has permanently singlehandedly affected my opinion of Burger King as a whole. and the reopening of the location in the mall is not helping this location at all, when I have gone to the reopened mall location and had a far better meal than this location has served me since I was an actual child. somehow this location never fails to give me at least one cold or lukewarm item. last time, the fries weren't even cooked properly. They away from this place as they have no air-conditioning!! Employees are miserable do you like it on the stand due to the heat as my children tried to eat lunch there but it was about 78° and we had to leave and eat in the car. I've tried many times at this location. Orders mostly wrong, the morning drive thru worker is so harshly spoken and literally cannot be bothered. My aging dad loves the breakfast but I resorted to Wendy's across the road because the customer service is literally night and day. Very sad that workers are so roughly spoken to customers. I went to the Burger King at 2557 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island, NY through the drive through at 10:52am on Sunday, December 20th to order breakfast. The car in front of me was able to order breakfast, when it came to me at 10:52am, the person said they are no longer selling breakfast. I told them it was not 11:00 and should be able to still order breakfast. Again I was told we stopped serving breakfast. No reason for this. If this is racism it needs to be addressed. Went through the drive through and every time I was mid sentence explaining what I wanted I was interrupted with "do you want a drink." I have gone through the drive up window several times during the Covid-19 pandemic and have had the usual Whopper meal with no issues. Today, however, I felt like having chicken nuggets and seeing as how they had the new spicy variety I ordered one serving of each, spicy and classic. Now I understand that this is a low-cost item, but I firmly believe that Burger King should apply the same level of quality and service to every item on the menu. Both the classic and spicy versions of the chicken nuggets were just plain horrible. I have had BK nuggets on many occasions and always found them to be superior to their competitors. In this case, however, they were just so stale tasting and dry as to be nearly inedible. I also noticed a difference in the nuggets themselves. They seemed to be thin and have more breading than meat. Not sure if BK changed their recipe or just got a bad batch, but in either case, this left me wondering if I should go back to this BK location. read more

Just want to add to everyone else's miserable ness in here ! This place is absolutely disgusting from the workers to the inside environment. When we first got there we seen 6 cars lined up on the drive they line . So since there was not one other car in the parking lot we decided to go in . BIGGGGG MISTAKE! As we walk inside not one staff member is behind the counter, there is a line of people and the 2 employees seem to be looking at something on the floor not even acknowledging that customers are standing there . Not only the employees being rude as can be, To walk inside to no air condition on a 98 degree day . 15 minutes later we finally seen someone wearing a head seat, which we had to address her ! We said hi how r u ? And she rudely just ignored us. I then said "does anyone work here" she said "I work here" very nasty . BK might have remodeled, but they need to educate their staff that a bad attitude is not acceptable. To prep their supplies before serving customers and to add onto your staff for Sunday mornings.
