Not sure what's going on with this location, but I've been in the drive-through now for over 20 minutes. I've seen one car move. Absolutely the worst customer service at this location ever if you're coming here you better stop by another restaurant and pack a lunch absolutely abysmal. Cold food for which I had to drive around and wait. The "Bacon King" litterally had no bacon. They just left it off. They are always out of something: cups, sprite, unsweetened tea, lemonade. Since they brought out the food after waiting, I forgot to ask for the onion ring sauce which was also left out. No receipt, so you can't complain. No napkins, no ketchup, nothing. Place needs to be shut down for good, the workers are overly ghetto and act as if they're being forced to flip burgers. The orders are never organized or labeled correctly, if you're someone with 0 fast food experience and know human-decency, I would only recommend this place short term, because you will be blamed for any error that they've failed to manage. I was the scapegoat for any errors and had poor training outside of cashiering or janitorial task. Even when I was the cashier, I wasn't given the right tools to be an efficient one, whenever I needed to cancel out an order the supervisor would be elsewhere, talking on the phone probably. I'd rather save myself the mental strain from poor management and an understaffed business like this exploiting me, also I would rather support my college education with something like chic-fil a which has god-tier management I believe- ‍ Overall, I was committed to working here for a bit of experience, had a positive-attitude and didn't waste time making casual talk AT A FAST FOOD PLACE. I was met with an attitude asking simple questions like "is this the right order?" Or "Is number XYZ done yet??" OR "what did number XYZ's vehicle look like?" When serving? I did what I was told, asked what ticket number people had, what they ordered with every detail to avoid mistakes, and went back to cashier and serve more with an understaffed crew. The lack of formal communication, lack of staff and training a strict routine to follow, poor management and organization is the downfall of this place. I refuse to be used as some verbal garbage can for trying to do my job instead of running my mouth lmao read more

This place needs to be shut down. Just start over and rehire everyone from the general manager on down. I went because I saw the place was empty, but there were a few people inside and it was Sunday at 1 PM. Sat at the drive-through for two minutes with no help, went inside, and one employee sat with her kids just staring at me and a few employees just stood in the back of the restaurant. We waited 15 minutes out front and when we got our food, there was a cough drop wrapper in our bag. The man handing us our food came back out to hand us our straws, and when I asked him about it he said "it was probably in the ketchup" and walked away as I was asking "why was it in the ketchup?" After eating here several times a few months ago I decided I would not be back. The people sleeping on the tables was pretty unappetizing. Unfortunately, this location is near my work so I had to run in today to place a couple of orders. I was greeted by an employee being very rude to the person on the other end of the headset. Whatever, it's fast food. I don't really expect much. After a few minutes my order is finally taken and I wait several more minutes to receive my to-go order. While I wait I try to get my drink out of the Freestyle machine. They were out of everything except some fruit drinks. I guess they had more availability behind the counter because I was able to get a normal soda and not some gross fruit drink. I will drive 4 miles the other direction if I ever need a Whopper. read more

Came here for a snack, went to use the restroom prior to ordering. Did the do, went to wipe and NO TOILET PAPER!! Took the risk of checking to see if there were paper towels, and NO! Had my ass hanging out and everything. So logically I tried to call the location 4 times and got sent to voicemail every single time. I have this application closing at midnight. I get dressed and drive to show up at 10:21 PM on a Monday night and all the lights are on the last thing I'm expecting it to be told that the restaurant is closed. It's common courtesy to turn off you signs lights and a menu boards and should also have your hours posted correctly on websites like Google to a prevent customers making a blank trip to a restaurant. Came here to get the chicken nugget deal. The deal 10 for $1.49. We also got two frozen lemonades. They did not have spicy chicken nuggets that my husband and brother in law asked for. We've been waiting here for 20 minutes, in drive thru. When we got to the window, there was no apology for the wait. As of now, we have been waiting for our food, at the window for 6 minutes, with nothing being said to us, as to what is taking so long. Altogether, we waited a total 32 minutes for nuggets. We have another vehicle, my sister and her husband, in back of us, and they are currently waiting. Well, at least we got the $1.49 nugget deal. And the server did ask how many sauces we wanted. This location had the laziest staff on tonight at 11pm. Forgot our nuggets which caused us to reverse back to the window. Once we got them they were cold. They were straight cold. These things clearly had been left out for a long time without a heat lamp. On top of all that these clowns gave us mixing straws that you use for coffee because they were out of regular straws. I barely ever go to burger king but didn't feel like turning against the highway to go to McDonald's since I was getting on shortly so I figured it'll be cool to go here for breakfast. PROS: The person taking my order was very polite, the line wasn't long and my food was ready quickly. I ordered basically a muffin with egg. The egg was fluffy and real! Love that. Cons: I ordered a mocha ice coffee omg it is one of the most disgusting drinks ever it tasted so syrupy nothing like coffee it tasted so fake. I couldn't finish it and would advise anyone looking for real ice coffee don't try it from them...at least not mocha flavored. This is why I don't go to burger king they aren't consistent with their foods/ ingredients. I may go back to try a jr whopper but it's definitely not on the top of my list. read more

Several times I've been to this location since it is the closest location to Stn Mtn Park. I went there 11/02 and they did not have computers functioning. Drive-thru was down. I suggested to the manager, just take my order, I will give you exact change and ring it up later. With a terrible attitude, said, No we can't do that. So I left. Went back 11/9 after my workout, saw a long line in the store. Only one person working the register. The other register just sitting there, no one using it. Took over 20 mins just to place my order. Approx 3 clients ahead of my just walked out. What terrible service for such a great location. I will never go back to that location, instead I will go to Chick Fil A where I receive positive service over 95% of the time. read more

I have been coming here infrequently for 8 years. It has gone through several phases of good and bad service. Currently they are in a bad phase. I've been to this location multiple times. Tonight was the 4th and 2 out of 3 previous trips ended with the system being down and the line in the drive-thru sitting at a standstill for at least 15 mins. I don't know why I thought this time would be different. I pull up at the drive thru because it's pouring rain and the employee says "It's going to be a 5 minute wait or you can come in and order".
