Honey Mustard BK Royal Crispy Wrap
    Susie D.

This is the absolute LAST time I stop at this location. The food was COATED in honey mustard and thrown together. I also ordered a hamburger patty for my dog and the box that they put it in was covered in grease, and all thrown into the bag. Napkins were even greasy. Thankfully I keep some in my car. I also went to use the women's restroom. One stall was roped off with yellow police tape, and the other was not clean. Also, the overhead light was not working, so it was dark when the door closed. Not very safe at all. Last time I ever stop here. I don't recommend.

Managers stand with their backs to you as they watch employees go into freezer and grab frozen product with their hands, drop in grease. Grab a bun and make a chicken sandwich and grab the cooked chicken with their hands. Watched a woman wipe her face with her hands and then make a burger. Younger guy in the back with puffy hair. No hat or hair net, literally puts hands through hair and makes sandwiches. Teenage shift supervisor proceeds to have a farting contest with an employee making a drug deal with his friend that just walked in. Did I also mention the employee had his pants unbuttoned and fly unzipped. Nice red underwear, hope it's clean because no one there looks like they have showered in a month or so. Tiles on floor in the kitchen coming up that were the same loose tiles in 1991. Bathroom light has been out for several months , gross walls, sink broken and leaking for months. Wall paper ripped off walls in dining room, stains on floor for months, seats ripped and worn. Food under booths that literally stays there for weeks. Definitely not owned by the Janco corporation anymore and it shows!

If I wasn't in a rush tonight my meal would have been brought back. Crispy chicken, yes. Overcooked, dry rubbery chicken? No thanks. This location had issues with the dining room soda fountain a few months back that lasted for a few months. Ever since the cocoa cola tastes like a cheap replacement that I end up tossing out. The bathrooms have not seen a decent cleaning in I don't know when. As I'm sitting eating tonight I notice how outdated and old everything is inside the dining room and remember that it was either late 80's or early 90's that it was updated and what an awesome thing that was, because previously it was WICKED old too. Missing screws, broken woodwork, peeling wallpaper. Really BK, with your sales and this is what you give us to look at? Never-mind the FRONT door that's been closed off with a broken window for 5 months now.

20-25 minutes wait and no order. Paid extra for four marinara sauces, they provided two. Horrible.

I went with half of a Toasted Italiano Sandwich and it didn't disappoint. I kept all the stock fixing and I did a half sandwich as a combo with a Caesar salad. It was the best $11 I ever spent on a perfectly proportioned meal. None of that terrible feeling that you get after eating at other fast food restaurants. And another perk is that Panera has the $5 drink club. Refill your drink as much as you want all month long for $5. Enjoy the free high speed wifi. It's such a great homely atmosphere to just relax after you're done eating and maybe take care of some work; as well.

When I came here on mid-day Sunday, it was empty, no lines and the service was quick and accommodating. When ordering, I asked the cashier if certain foods had onion in it and he was a little hesitant and not very sure. I didn't like that. As for the food, overall it was good. My son had the Chipotle chicken avo melt and liked it. I had the Ciabatta Cheesesteak. To be honest, I expected more. The bread was too soft, and there wasn't alot of cheese and steak. But it was pretty good. I liked how we got a free side of chips or apple. Since we had a dog, we were able to sit at the outdoor dining area. It was pretty nice and quiet. For reference, they have space to dine inside as well. Overall, this is a great place to stop and grab food and I recommend it.

Corn bread ok , needs more flavor with real corn mixed in, lose the paper wrappers and bake in pans directly ... or change to a biscuit with honey butter . The owner was working the line first visit and things moving. Second visit : same points mentioned above, but this time smaller quantity of brisket and drier? The ribs smaller and drier ? 2 different food prep guys this time and noticed difference from visit day before? I did try one smoked wing this visit and wing wax excellent smoke tender wing. I think k things improved since the Worcester location closed? It still can be excellent food one time and an average or worse the next visit... inconsistent When the Brisket is on ... it is great stuff When it is off... dry underwhelming... They should make a brisket or burnt end hash as option ... Redbones bbq in Boston used to do a brisket hash that was excellent and unique .

"My grandma she can make a soup With a little a this 'n that…read moreBut with grandma cookin no need to worry! Just a little a this 'n that" (Pete Seeger) My final review of 2022 will describe the worst customer service we encountered all year. We had an errand to run in Sturbridge and figured we'd include a lunch stop in town. The Yelp app brought us to Soup to Nuts. #1) I love soup and #2) it's located inside the Sturbridge Marketplace, so we figured we'd do some shopping and browsing too. When we approached Soup to Nuts we saw a sign that said they opened at 11:00. The front door had another sign that said they opened at 12:00. Since the door was locked, and it was about 11:30, we figured we'd check out the Sturbridge Flea Market and come back. At 12:02 their front door was unlocked, and the sign announcing the 12:00 opening was gone. As we entered the restaurant, we were "greeted" by four words spoken (or more accurately snarled) in a very gruff and rude manner - "we're not open yet". Tone of voice matters, and I will look you straight in the eye and put my hand on a stack of bibles and tell you his tone was beligerant and angry (to the point of aggressive). It was beyond rude. It was shocking. So we turned around, left and never came back. Happy New Year ya filthy animal.

I will say that on our first visit we thought the owner was initially a bit gruff as others had mentioned but we quickly realized that's not the case and he is an incredibly gracious host. "Polk Salad Annie Gators got your granny"…read more(Elvis Presley) We found Annie's on Main Street in Sturbridge, just look for their big sign in the parking lot. Speaking of parking, there are plenty of spots in the parking lot where the restaurant is located. Annie's is a family-owned breakfast and lunch spot, opening at 7am and closing at 12 or 1 every day. You'll find just about any breakfast or lunch comfort food here, so even the pickiest eater in your party will find plenty of options. Their menu has a few interesting choices, like three different "Egg White Mixers" that combines vegetables or baked ham with scrambled egg whites and toast. We also were impressed with the Family Style Meals for four or six. We stopped for breakfast on Saturday and were seated right away by Paige. She was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. My wife's breakfast order was a 4-egg Cheese Omelet ($9.50) served with Annie's Home Fries and choice of toast. I went for one of those Egg White Mixers ($8.25) and chose the Veggie with onions, peppers, and tomatoes, It was also served with Annie's Home Fries and choice of toast. I couldn't resist when I saw the magic words "Corned Beef Hash" on their menu, so I also asked for a side of their Fresh Homemade Corned Beef Hash ($7.25). My breakfast was fantastic, and that corned beef hash was loaded with lean shredded corned beef. Two Negatives 1) Have you ever been charged extra for hot sauce? Well, sadly Annie's charges $1 for those tiny plastic containers of hot sauce. 2) Coffee is a pretty important breakfast component, right? When I spend $4 for a coffee, I expect the coffee to be very good. Truth be told, Annie's coffee was terrible; it was incredibly weak and flavorless.
