Decided to give it a try and not going to lie. Service at night has been way better, the quality of food is always fresh and hot, the restaurant is always clean and organized, the employees have good customer service but lack acknowledging someone at the counter waiting a long time. BK has "burgers for breakfast" on both its app for this location, and on the local door dash menu. So, I ordered a whopper and hash browns through door dash. BK confirmed my order, so the dasher went to pick it up. At that point, the staff told her that they don't have whoppers. Apparently, until 10:30am. That is NOT burgers for breakfast - that's standard burger ordering time. Of course, because the poor dasher was there, I added some things to the order so she could earn her part of this. The food was not good - stale. So what a total waste of money. BK should remove the burgers for breakfast from its breakfast menu from its app for this location and from the door dash menu. So lame. So disappointed by this brand new BK on West Adams. Horrible service! Made 3 cars line up front waiting on our orders. Our 3 JR burgers were made so poorly, just slopped together, then we get down the road and noticed our onion rings were not in the bag so we had to turn around and go pick them up! Two stars because it is below average. I've gone on occasion and had an all right experience but this last time was just ridiculous. Went through the drive through to get one meal. No cars in the drive through, barely anybody inside. Ordered the rodeo king. The sandwich didn't have most of the stuff that was supposed to be on it and that includes a burger patty. How do you miss a whole burger. And the one they did put on was maid much earlier that day and was in two pieces, I don't know if the pieces were actually from the same burger. Sat in the drive thru for five minutes with no service. I went inside, they were not busy. I was the only customer at the counter for several minutes while being completely ignored by all staff. This is beyond a doubt the worst Burger King I have been to. My order was messed up at the drive through and she blamed me. I said I wanted one each on the 2 for 4, one biscuit and one croissant. I just apologized and got my food. Ordered one sausage egg and cheese croissandwich and one biscuit of the same. When I got home the croissandwich had no egg just a sausage patty. The biscuit had the top of the biscuit shaved off and 95 per cent of the biscuit on the bottom. Then it looked like they picked up the rest of the crumbs and shoved them on top of the egg hoping they would stick. Attitude plus missing food, then extremely poorly prepared food equals zero stars but that isnt an option here. Won't be back. They will never compete with Whataburger across the street, they might as well close now or fire all the help and start over. Wake up management and get hold of your staff! read more

What happened to BK? Slow, rude service, sloppy made nasty burgers, cold janky onion rings and fries. Same thing at the new BK in Temple and Belton. How can a simple burger be screwed up so bad? My burger looked like Freddy Kreuger sliced the top of my Whopper or Shanaynay wasn't in the mood for burger assembly and demolished it with her nails. Also Slingblade and Forest Gump looking employees next to the fryer didn't know how to prepare onion rings. Fries were so ice cold I could have put them in my drink and it would have kept it cold. Also the drinks were watered down as if the owner was trying to pinch pennies. There was a simpler time when Burger King was the king but now they have lost their throne. Now they are just as nasty as Whataburger. The sad part is at the Temple location just opened and Belton was recently remodeled and they both suck so bad. We gave them a second chance but unfortunately for both recent visits the food went straight to the trash after only one bite. My family won't be back. read more

I don't typically leave reviews unless it's complimenting good service and food! However sadly this Burger King has declined majorly. This location has been open maybe a year. Brand new building located in West Temple. We went through the drive through earlier in the week for a quick breakfast and they were out of biscuits. No big deal it happens. Came back this morning and went inside for breakfast and they are still out biscuits and the inside is beyond disgusting and filthy. Floors are sticky and all the tables are dirty. They have mess up our order twice and even argued with my husband about what comes on the Egg-Normous burrito. The menu clearly states egg, sausage, bacon, ham, cheese, potatoes and salsa. Yet they told my husband it only comes with ham and egg. It's sad that the management and owner have allowed this place to decline and so rapidly. We will no longer give them our business. read more

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews. The people who work here are some of the friendliest fast-food employees I've ever encountered. Trust me, the teenagers at the McDonalds across the street are the kind of people that really deserve these bad reviews. This particular location is absolutely horrible. It doesn't matter what day or time I've been there, they've always screwed up simple orders. Today we went inside to order because the drive thru line was way too long. The lobby was crowded with people waiting for their orders. I had a coupon for 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for $4.99 and I ordered the sandwiches with just chicken and bun. I paid and moved to the side to wait. The receipt clearly said PLAIN. An elderly lady came in and was livid that her drive thru order was wrong and wanted to speak to the manager. The manager with the gold grill acted like she could care less. She didn't apologize and just had the lady's food remade. Right after that another guy came up saying his burger was made all wrong and he just wanted a refund. Manager complied as if it wasn't out of the ordinary. Our order came out and we checked it before walking away from the counter. Both sandwiches had gobs of mayonnaise on them. I asked the gal who took the order why these were screwed up and PLAIN on the order was pretty clear. She said they were busy. After two employees physically touched my food they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted it remade. I told them they're not reading the orders and they're wasting money throwing all of that food away. The employees and management are incompetent. Avoid this location at all cost. read more

I gave a 1 star cause the burger was ok, However, the rest of my order was not. This was the second attempt at eating Burger King in West Temple, the first time I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and never got acknowledged,even though other cars had their orders taken, so I went inside, 5 minutes later a kid came up and took my order. The last visit was the final straw, I ordered through the mobile app and got my order quickly, which should have been a red flag, I get home and the chicken looked and tasted as if it had been sitting for several hours and the fries were so inedible that not even my dog would eat them. I have attempted to contact Burger King several times and have yet to hear from anyone. That is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. WILL NOT GO BACK!! read more

I don't like Burger King in general, but occasionally they'll advertise a menu item that piques my interest. This time it was the chicken parm sandwich. I pull up to order in the drive thru to read a sign that says "broiler broken, not serving burgers at this time". No biggie, I didn't want one anyway. But still pretty sad for "Burger King" not to be able to serve burgers. The kid that took my order was nice enough. I pull up to the second window to await my food...and wait...and wait. Finally, a different kid pokes his head out and says, "um, sorry for the delay...we just started a fresh batch of fries". Ok, no problem. I wait another 8 minutes and he says again that he's sorry for the wait. Another 5 minutes go by and woohoo, my food arrives after a blazing 16 minutes! And guess what?! I have been a BK fan for years but this store needs better management. I tend to visit fast food joints after the lunch rush when traffic has died down a little. Time after the lunch rush should be spent preparing for the drive-home rush. People should be cleaning, refilling, tidying-up and I have not seen any of that when I visit. The food is okay (it's fast food!) but when a customer has to ask the folks behind the counter for ketchup or tea or ice or napkins because the self-serve dispenser is empty, you're not managing your store very well. read more

Ok I am really disappointed with BK ... It is not what it use to be. There is a new BK across from Buc'ees off of I-35 and loop 363 in Temple Tx and I have to say its crap ... We have order food from there 3 times and it was crap all of it!!!! ... Everytime our food is cold for one and not just because we picked it up and bring it home cold ... I mean it felt like it came straight out of a fridge cold .... No taste ... Looks like the food had been setting out for a few hours ... Not fresh at all .. And I have gotten sick from eating there all 3 times .. I thought that it was something else, like I was getting sick but no their food is bad .... I tried the 3rd time just to give them another chance, I thought maybe it was just me the last couple of times... I dont get to upset about food being messed up usually because I understand things can happen in the food industry but this broke the camels back... I bought a cheeseburger and a whooper jr with cheese. Whooper jr had no cheese on it for one and I was charged for it plus it was cold ... I ate it anyway .. Of course I was hungry ... Then I went to touch the cheeseburger and it felt like it had just come out of the fridge and it looked like plastic ... This same thing has happen all three times with my family's food and soon after me eating there ... Im in the bathroom throwing up violently .. So no more eating at BK every again ... And I hate when people come on yelp to complaint. I have been in food business for a long time as well and know these comments can suck!! Today I came to my local BK and ordered 3 whoppers no onion and one with not picks , chicken fries a drink and fries. As soon as I left the drive thru I realized my fries were missing so I went back to the drive thru and told them I was missing fries, they seemed to be bothered at the fact that I was asking for what I had paid for. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and needless to say now my whole order was cold. I asked if they could re make my order as I had to come back and wait. They got a manager and she seemed annoyed and said she would have to call a higher person as it was a big order. I asked, even if it was y'all fault we had to come back and she said the same thing. I said yes that's fine as I was not going to eat cold food due to a mistake on there part. They did remake the food. When I got home with warm food and ready to eat I noticed they overloaded my burgers with onion. Giving one star because I can't give less (but I would). This is my third try at this BK. The first time I was the only car in the drive-thru, but somehow I still had to sit and wait for them to be available to take my order, then spent 10min waiting. Second time no one inside answered me in the drive through. I pulled around and two female employees were chatting in the window. Waited by the window, even waving at them to get their attention and they completely ignored me. I ended up driving off. This time I figured I'd give it one more shot. Pulled to the drive thru, no greeting. Said HELLO several times. No response. Pulled around and the place looked empty almost closed down except I saw one employee behind the counter. I called the store and asked if they were answering their drive thru. The guy said he was listening to lane 2 and not 1, and then said his manager told him to send everyone on break at the same time and he was the only person working. ???? I end up ordering (drive through was accepting cash only btw), and it took about 12min to get my food. Fries were mildly warm and soggy and the burger was smashed until the bun was soggy. Will never be going here again. What a waste of time and money. read more
