I was very skeptical towards ordering an iced coffee because I'm usually given a very sweet watered down drink when I order one. However, they were so willing to make my coffee right. The worker was willing to add coffee to the pre-made iced coffee. It tasted perfectly, and yet they were still asking me if I was satisfied. Very happy with the friendly service! read more

I eat here not because I like Burger King. I eat here because I want my food fast. This is not fast food. The Hat next door serves up their food faster and their food actually tastes good. I don't know if they're understaffed or what but I'm never eating here again. I've never experienced a Burger King managed this bad before. Fairly clean place. Considering it's a fast food chain, things are probably standard all-round. It seems to have its own unique offerings of food that distinguishes it from other fast food restaurants so it's all good. I am very sorry to visit this dump. i got a tender chicken sandwitch was was horrible. the bread was haed, the chicken was tasteless, and lettuce and tomatoes were wilted. The ice tea sucked too. i had to use the restroom and the cashier gave me a dirt washer to put in the coin machine for the restroom. Before i could get to tje mens room a bum, e.i. a homeless person jumped in. i think he was taking a full bath in there, so i used the womens restroom. Now this location is in bad shape, and its the 2nd time I visit this year. Not any better than the last time I bought food...too bad. The customer service is borderline rude...Young kids/cashiers have no customer service training, borderline bored attitude but hey they do the job right? I actually like this Burger King. I mean, it's a fast food joint, so you won't get amazing service, but the cashiers have always been polite and my orders have always been fast. I prefer the Whoppers here to the Big Macs a few blocks away. read more

Im giving one star because i have no choise but to do so. This place is the worst burger king iv been to. For one the employee at the drive thru considered himself one of the managers? I ordered 6 chicken jr threw drive thru i asked for ketchup ranch and buffalo and this guy has the nerve to slam the deive thru window in my face.! I get home and take out one of the chicken jr and let me tell you the meat is still cold the bread is hard and the lattuce is steal. I swear the customer service at this place is terrible im only came here twice and i live down the street and out of the two times iv experienced coming here have been an absolute disappointment. Its a shame how low burger king has become. I would most definitely spend a lil more but atleast get my food hot at MC DONALDS! This Burger King has been a to go after school for me...sadly I can't seem to get over the fact that the service here is slow...just today me and my friends had our orders mixed up...we ordered three combos one of then an original chicken sandwich and they gave us something else...and we didn't get our combos aswell the cashier didn't write it dos as one...also we waited half and hour just to get two medium fries who waits that long...HOPEFULLY this was a one time thing in the end I would go again just be more specific to the cashier... read more

If I could give zero stars I would . I will never under any circumstance is patronize this Burger King location ever again. Today on my way to the grocery store I stopped in to get myself some breakfast of pancakes hashbrowns orange juice. The food was completely fine with you expect to any Burger King location but it was the experience I had with the staff after I completed my meal which makes me never want to visit this location again. As I was leaving there was a homeless man standing by the front door looking cold and scared. It had just started raining so I had asked him if he was waiting for someone he said no he was hoping he can get a dollar so he can get something to eat. Being a compassionate person I told him I would buy him some food and so led him back inside so he can get something to eat. He told me he didn't know if the employees would let him him inside. I assured him that they would. Since I didn't have any cash on me and was paying by card I told him to go ahead and order whatever he wanted. He didn't ask for much twi croissant sandwiches and hashbrowns and orange juice. As I was paying the manager told the cashier to make sure that the order was to go. I asked her why the order needed to be to go and why he couldn't eat inside the restaurant as it's raining outside. They said because customers in the past have complained about the smell from the homeless man and because he had been begging for money outside the restaurant. I said well I'm a paying customer and I'm now paying twice in one day and I would appreciate it if they would allow this man to eat the food that I am paying for inside the restaurant as it is raining outside. She told me to have to speak to the manager and as I relayed my request to the manager he completely shut me down saying that he wouldn't allow it. I again told him that I am the paying customer and that whatever problems he may have with the man in the past for at least the next 10 minutes can a man please sit inside the restaurant and eat the food that I am paying for? He again denied my request and I told him that he lost a customer and I would no longer be patronizing this restaurant and furthermore will be making a complaint to their corporate offices. Am I the only person in the world who has compassion for people who are in an unfortunate situation in life? Regardless of this man situation he still a human being and deserves to be treated with some sort of respect and dignity. And since the employees at this location refused to treat another human being as a human being I will never be eating at this location again. In fact I probably will never eat at any Burger King ever again. I am utterly livid at the lack of compassion for these employees have for another human being. We are all people living on this planet together. Instead of forcing people to stay down we should help each other rise up when we can and this one simple act of kindness could've help somebody out but instead this horrible manager decided to keep forcing this poor man down. So because of this incident I will never eat at a Burger King again until either the managers fired and their policy is changed and I get some sort of apology from this location. read more

Arrived at this location at 11:43pm. Yelp and Google both say it closes at 12:00am. I waited at the drive thru intercom for about 5 minutes. The lights were still on and I saw the employees inside. I even said hello a few times to the intercom and reversed and drove back thinking maybe they didn't notice me. I proceeded to drive up to the window to see if maybe the intercom wasn't working and there was someone at the window. I waited there for several minutes and no one came the window but you could hear the employees laughing. I felt like they were avoiding making anything for us. Once I left the drive through and drove around I saw an employee running to her car to avoid us. If this places isn't open till 12 I completely understand. The yelp and Google times should be changed immediately. Secondly, they knew we were there. They could have politely notified us they were closed instead of making us waiting there for 15 minutes like idiots. Very bad customer service and will never go back. read more

I come to this location because it's literally 5 minutes from my house and I hate myself for it every time. They've messed up my order multiple times. They've messed up my order more times than they've gotten it right! How could you forget to put cheese in my cheeseburger?! Either the staff at this location doesn't care or they're just plain incompetent of the easiest tasks. Forgetting once or twice is OK, but having this happen to me 5 times out of the 6 times I've gone this month is just wrong... I am giving this place the three starts because employees are nice and friendly also understanding. But the fries, they smelled and tasted like rotten, spoiled oil!!!!!!! It's not the first time this happens. Last time I came for a late night snack and the fries smelled and tasted the exact same. Oil or machine needs to be looked at. I've been to this Burger King on many occasions, If you go make sure you check your receipt after you have ordered your food. One time I went to order Chicken Tenders with fries and no soda. Total was $7 and something.. okay. When my food was ready the lady gave me what I ordered, but I noticed something on the reciept.. they had charged me for the whole meal (including the soda). I told the lady that I only wanted the chicken and fries, then she said something about how I can't order just the chicken and fries without the soda.. blah blah blah.. then she says " I can give you $0.50 if you want", me: WTF? (in my mind of course)... then I tell her you know what.. just give me a sprite then... ok, she gives me my soda, I go to sit down, and she gives me a fucking coca cola. *facepalm*, I hate this burger king, and be EXTRA cautious when going there.
