Didn't know that they had this Hershey Sunday Pie, sometimes just craving for that one sweet thing that has everything without buying a whole container: sweet / creamy ice cream / cookie / chocolatey

I last visited Burger King on Sat, Dec 11 a little after 8 AM for a breakfast with my mom. We have been coming to this location throughout the decades since it's close to home. We always get coupons for BK in the mail so we will sometimes come by to order some whopper combos, chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, etc for a quick, easy, and cheap lunch. We ordered the following since we had breakfast coupons: 2 Ham Breakfast Sandwiches 2 Bacon Breakfast Sandwiches 2 Tater Tots and 2 Small Coffees All for $8 Since we came by so early, there was only one other patron. The staff who helped us was so nice - honestly one of the nicest staffers at BK ever lol. She had a positive attitude and patiently waited as I tried to get the exact change (been trying to get rid of my change haha)..oh and she let me stacked two coupons. The wait for the food wasn't long at all. Since the milk creamers weren't out yet, she asked how many we needed. There was plenty of indoor seating available and the food was decent. I always enjoy BK tater tots or fries since they are always nicely fried and have a crisp. I don't particularly like soggy fries and BK has been pretty consistent with their frying. The breakfast sandwiches were pretty tasty for what you get. I mean the food isn't the freshest (cus fast food lol) but it's good and gets the job done haha. Overall, we are repeat customers. Can't expect the best quality of food and customer service at all times, but this experience was actually surprisingly great.

COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has no outdoor seating available with limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: There are plenty of parking spots available. If their parking lot is full, don't worry. There are additional parking spaces surrounding the establishment because there are several other establishments near Burger King. Food: I got myself a whopper. I haven't had a whopper in ages, so I got myself one. Still tastes the same as it did when I got one three years ago. The buns were nice and toasty. The beef patty was perfect. Just the right amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Awesome burger. Staff: The staff here are very chill and laidback. I placed my order in person and within 5 minutes, I got my order. They take both cash and credit. There is no credit card minimum.

Excellent service!! The chicken sandwiches and their french fries are really good! I definitely will be coming back here again soon. Thank you all so much for everything!! Five stars!!!

Went late last night, ordered a whopper WITH CHEESE. The manager charged me EXTRA for the cheese, total of almost $20 (I have the receipt) . They didn't even end up giving me cheese on it. Straight up robbed us for our money. That employee working the window last night is horrible, he not only has an attitude, but can't get these orders right. If that's the manager they need new management smh

Burger king's big fish sandwich... thin, dry and tasteless. Can't believe I'm saying this but McDonald's is sooo much better!

I've been here a grand total of twice…read more My first experience was problem free. Kudos. The second visit "could've been better" (which Yelp suggests that a 2 star rating would be appropriate to indicate): we placed quite a simple order - 2x Strawberry Sundaes. We took our number placard (#52) and sat at a table to await our order. After patiently waiting what I would estimate to be approximately 15-20 minutes and seeing quite a few other people served their orders, I did find it odd that it was taking so long to prepare 2x sundaes, so I located the young man who took our order and politely inquired about it. He looked a bit confused, exchanged some unintelligible words one of the guys on the grill, and then looked back at me and said it was not our turn yet (or something to that effect). Okay, fair enough. Maybe there were many orders ahead of us. I took it in good stride and went back to my table. After waiting approximately another 15-20 minutes and seeing that *Order #70* was being given their food, I realized that there was a problem and went back up to the ordering counter. I ended up talking with an old man (who I presume is the owner/manager). I explained the situation, and he inquired who had taken our order. I looked around, and the young man appeared to be nowhere in sight, but I did mention it was he who had had taken our order. The old man apologized and assured us he would take care of our order right away. Sure enough, I saw him beeline to the ice cream machine to start our sundaes, and he delivered them to us within 2-3 minutes. He apologized a second time, stating that it was the young man's 2nd day on the job, and that he otherwise would not have forgiven the transgression. In my experience, the resolution to the absurd wait could have been handled worse (in theory, the old man could certainly have told us to pound sand rather than apologizing and immediately attempting to correct the problem and quickly getting our desserts after being made aware of his employee's failure), but also could have been handled better (comping us for the trivial cost of the sundaes as a remedy/cure would have more effectively salved our irritation from the unnecessary waste of 30+ minutes of our life, and would have been in-line with remedial efforts I have experienced at other eateries, including similar fast food/burger joints). All that said, the sundaes were quite good. They would undoubtedly have tasted better had they been served in a time frame reasonable enough to not spoil the mood. I get that this is not a fine dining restaurant of any sort, but I still expect staff competence to be no worse than that of a McDonald's baseline level. I also get that humans make mistakes, but ... how did a simple order of 2x sundaes get botched this badly, particularly after a good faith attempt to bring the matter to staff's attention??

One thing I love about In-N-Out is that the food always tastes fresh. You can really tell everything is made to order. Cheeseburger was delicious, and the Animal Style fries are always one of my favorites. The pink lemonade was refreshing and went well with the meal. The only downside is the wait. The food was delicious and exactly the fresh quality you expect from In-N-Out! However, be warned: this is a tiny, takeout/drive-thru only spot, and the logistics are tough. It might be because I parked and ordered at the window, but the wait time for the food was around 25 minutes. I recommend just sticking to the drive-thru. The food hits the spot, but unless you are walking or using the drive-thru, save yourself the hassle and hit up another In-N-Out a few miles away for faster service!

With that said, there are always room for improvement but tonight, I'm giving a 5 star rating specifically because the Food was perfectly prepared, and one employee in particular impressed me. When we arrived around 10pm Friday night, half the restaurant was full. The available tables were slightly dirty, so looks like staff hadn't gotten to cleaning the tables yet. Seats were a bit greasy but tolerable. This is the area of improvement I would love to see. If employees are not readily available to clean the tables, just leave the wipes around so we can wipe down the tables ourselves. I'd be totally fine cleaning my table myself. While we were eating, I got the opportunity to observe several employees in action. One employee stood out. While most employees just speedily wipe down the tables and sweep the debris onto the floors. Edgar not only cleaned the tops of the tables, but also the back rests and seats, and even the tops of the trashcans!!! That level of attention to detail I greatly appreciated. I thought he was the shift manager given how much he was doing!! Not only that, he was the only employee I heard acknowledging and greeting guests. Edgar deserves all the praise! Toasted bread was soft and tasty. Crinkle fries were good, but they could have been a bit crispier. My Mom ate the coleslaw as I'm not a big fan of their coleslaw because it's too watery IMHO. Coco raised the white flag after just one bite of the Reaper chicken burger…read more Coco is from a province in southwest China. Although her province is not as famous for spicy food as Sichuan, it is still a place where people truly love heat. She was the one who taught me how to use chili properly and how to cook in a Sichuan-style spicy way. But even she could not handle one bite of the Reaper flavor at Dave's Hot Chicken. She called it "chemical spicy", not the joyful, flavorful kind of spicy you get from serious Sichuan food. This was my first time visiting Dave's Hot Chicken. I am not really a fried chicken person, and I am definitely not a fast-food person. But I became curious after reading a Business Insider newsletter that ranked Dave's Hot Chicken as one of the most popular restaurant chains in America in 2025. With that kind of praise, how could I not try it? There is no Dave's Hot Chicken near my home, even though the company is headquartered in Pasadena, so I had to drive all the way to Rosemead. This location is inside a plaza with The Habit, IHOP, Chipotle, and other fast-food chains, right in the middle of a heavily Chinese residential area. The restaurant is easy to spot because of its funny screaming rubber chicken logo. I used to like that chicken a lot, especially the screaming sound, even though it is honestly very noisy. The interior has a modern industrial, almost nightclub-like style, with neon lights and graffiti-style murals. Everything is designed to feel wild, young, and HOT. When I walked in, every table was occupied by Latinos, and about half of them were teenagers, loud and clearly having a good time. What surprised me was that there was not a single Chinese staff member inside, even though the restaurant is right in the middle of a Chinese neighborhood. Since there were only two of us, and since I am not a big fan of fried chicken, we only ordered one combo with two sliders. One was Hot, the third heat level, and the other was Reaper, the extreme level. I had the Hot one. It was actually very good. The chicken was crispy outside and tender inside. Even though it was chicken breast, which is usually not my favorite part, it was still juicy. I would probably rank it as my second favorite fried chicken. Jollibee is still number one for me, but Dave's was better than I expected. The chicken itself was good, except for the Reaper one. My recommendation is simple: do not even try it. Coco was sweating and her face turned pale after one bite, and she is a well-known spicy lover. That should tell you everything. Another recommendation: eat the chicken with Dave's signature sauce. I do not know exactly what is inside, but it tasted like it had some honey mixed in, and it worked really well with the chicken. The waffle-cut fries were also good. They were crispy outside, soft inside, and not too dry. Again, the Hot level, which is the third level, is just right. Trust me. Do not go higher unless you are doing it purely as a challenge.
