Put a damn hours of operation on your sh!t. It's annoying not knowing when these fast food places are and aren't open. You guys take too long for just a simple whopper. I went through drive thru yesterday, I placed my order and drove up to the second window. I handed the lady at the window my debit card, she took one look at me, then the card and asked for my ID. I showed it her, got my food, and left. Then, I called my husband who was on his way home, and asked him to order from the drive thru as well. He did and he was not carded. Definitely shouldn't card people based off their skin color. This will be my first and last time visiting this location. Very disappointed. read more

just found out this place got shut down for rat infestation, there was old and new rat dropping all over amd under grill. now if old rat droppings were found by inspector the management and employees had known about this and continued to serve food to the public. they all should be fired!!! old rat poop found on grill come on now you 100% had to know. i feel so sick as i always bougth burger king 2 to 3 times per week after my boys practice. just disgusting. all should be fired for staying hush on it read more

When my buddy and I came here there was a list on the door of all the things they were out of. We didn't care because we were hungry. We ordered 2 orders of chicken fries (9 piece) and when we got them, we only counted 8 in each set...so we did what any good customer would do....we bought 4 more orders. And in all of them was once again, only 8 pieces. The consistency was nice, and they hooked us up with the last large drink cup, and extra fries. The customer service was pretty good, so I give them 4 stars because although they jipped us on chicken fries, they made up for it. read more

It took a substantial amount of time for my family to get our food. When we received our food my brother did not get his salad and then had to wait another 10ish minutes for it. There were only two other people in the restaurant . However they did serve us lunch food when it was still breakfast time, which made it better. read more

I'm not a very fast food person, but when I run out of breakfast sandwiches I find myself in burger kings drive thru. And my husband and I have been going to this Burger King for a year now and have been very pleased with the customer service there. They are very friendly and welcoming. I have had nothing but the best drive up service that anyone would expect from a drive thru. Hands down they deserve recognition. read more

This place is sick!!! They are always out of the zesty sauce for onion rings, the burgers are half the size of the bun, the fires are cold and soggy, bread is hard. The only thing that was good was the Dr. Pepper. Everything is so carelessly put together its just sad. Poor service!!!With what I spend I could have gone to Stater and purchased 3 Porter house steak. Don't waste your time or money. If you want a good burger go to Jack in the box or Carl's Jr. To top it all they forgot to give me my receipt. Gave me food poisoning. Yesterday I had very bad service. But once I got my food, I really didn't care. But after eating I instantly felt nauseous, and about three hours later I was throwing up non stop and really dizzy. It is now day 2 and I'm still very sick. Severe stomach pain and still vomiting. I had a whopper jr with onion rings. I will never eat here again!!! My mom called to warn the manager about what happened, but the woman said that this happens all the time and that it is not serious. This place should be shut down! The health department needs to be looking into this. This place is going to kill someone of it isn't taken care of. These workers need to step up and do their jobs!!! read more

Here I sit with a bucket in one hand a cold rag and ginger Ale, why you ask well I had their "BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich" onion rings and a coke, but I got more a wee gift? a case of severe food poisoning and it goes ONE step further, it seems that a person with the stomach flu can still go to work regardless of how contagious they are. I should have known better. There was a family with one child who threw up, that should have been a clue. I'm not sure if Burger King know what a BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich is supposed to be, it looked very different in the commercial a nice oblong roll lots of BBQ sauce and thick pieces of pork, what we got was a round roll, dried out pork, I'm talking pieces that looked like jerky 1/4-1/2 of an inch of the meat, we had to ask for BBQ sauce, it had 1 ring of onion, and this strange yellowish sauce when we asked what it was we were told it was "Cole Slaw" sauce. Have you ever had one of those moments of doubt, when your mind, being the logical says NO ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? so you try rationalizing your decision to eat it, I tell myself I'm just being picky and I was tired I just wanted to eat and go home. NEVER AGAIN! I just got out of the hospital and I KNOW without question it was the food and something else but until I have confirmation I BEG YOU STAY AWAY from the 29 Palms Burger King, were talking possible human contamination factor here and I'm appalled, and physically VERY VERY sick. read more

By far the worst BK EVER!!! Waited 35 minutes in the DRIVE THRU just to try to give my order. I would have turned around after a few minutes except the layout of the drive thru traps you in if another car comes behind you. FINALLY after the 4 cars behind me backed out I followed. Went in, watched the lady in back not wearing gloves putting together my hamburger. I asked if she should have gloves on. Was told she was the manager and had been for 19 years, so she knew how to clean her hands. But the other people in the back were wearing gloves. WTF? I took a picture and wrote to Burger King. If I could give no stars I would. While being at the window in evening I can hear the workers cussing using MF frequently. The food is never correct as ordered. They rarely even punch the order in for you to review on the screen. Things like (no ice) because I seriously never get ice I think it's dirty and it makes it too cold and hurts my teeth - and it come packed with ice ....I normally would forgive forgetting not to put tomato or whatever but if I pay for a bacon burger it'd be nice for it to have ANY bacon. I asked the manager at the window for a couple of ranch (considering they didn't even give me onion ring sauce) and she literally handed me ONE and closed the window directly in my face and turned around without hesitation. It wasn't like it was even remotely busy or close to closing time or anything either. I've worked fast food and many customer service jobs and I have to say it's literally a disgrace and if there were more convenient options around I swear I wouldn't ever go there, we rarely do anyway. read more
