I went to the window and blew my horn for another minute. I heard something inside the restaurant out of my line of sight so I drove to the front, got out of my car and looked inside "they couldn't be closed" I thought. To my surprise there were to workers just working away. So I knocked on the window and they pretended they couldn't hear me. A young man from the BACK heard me and came to see what I needed. I told him I had been out there for about 10 min, he said "I had my headset off, I couldn't hear you." Where are the rest of the headsets! This last visit is the last time I will go back to this burger king. I now drive 5 miles out of the way to go to a different burger king.. The food is always nasty here but this last time crossed the line. If I could rate this -5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate. I've gone to this location several times and IF there is a staff they all seem to be under the influence. The onion rings are hockey pucks and it takes more time to be handed the food than the commute to the restaurant. On a Friday night (9pm) they said over the hard to hear speaker that they aren't accepting orders, as I saw 4 employees standing out back smoking. It's such a shame that they invested so much into renovating the restaurant. I'm mind blown they are still open. read more

So I Called an Asked for a refund because line was long an was on 30 min lunch. Mind you never received a reciept. My chili dog was overcooked and chewy, my BK Big Fish tasted and chewed like it had been originally prepared days ago, my King Bacon was also chewy and tasted like it had been sitting under the lights for hours. We decided to stop at this Burger King .... big mistake we ordered our food as anyone would. We didn't have to wait long , however the order wasn't correct and my whopper JR bun was hard and burger was cold, we didn't get onion rings so we asked for a new burger and onion ring that we had ordered. They girl behind the counter was amazing but THE MANAGER was really shitty, my replacement burger was just as the first hard bun and cold meat, my husbands burger wasn't correct so again back to the counter. The manager proceeded to tell my husband that there is no way the bun was hard again and she guesses she make everyone's food when we were happy! This Burger King is awful and really should just be closed. Every time we have come, which isn't often, the order is always wrong and the food is cold. I have no doubt that every thing sits under those heat lamps for at least three hours. Our most recent visit was our last. This is the worst place to go for a bite to eat. I came in today for a quick bite to eat on my way home. While pulling into the ordering line I saw there was a 2 for $6 deal. I wanted to get two crispy chicken sandwiches. They said they were out and I answered to the people in my car "how in the hell are they out of food every time I'm here?" To which the guy working the ordering line went off. Started swearing, cussing and telling me to leave and that I can't order and that I need to "fuck off" to which another girl comes on and says that I can't be asking those questions and that they're not the ones to order.
