It's always so busy at Burger Lounge, and for good reason because their burgers are so tasty! You can't go wrong with The Classic or the Lounge Burger (which reminds me of In N Out). I only recommend The Husky if you're feeling REALLY hungry because it's a monster of a burger. Very generous burger sizes in general. I've also tried their quinoa veggie burger and although it was seasoned nicely, I wasn't a fan of the texture. I also tried the Alaskan Cod Sandwich. I'm a little biased because I don't care for cooked fish much, but the burger was alright. For sides, I always have to get their onion rings. Sometimes I get the half and half - love that option. Why choose right? Lastly, their drinks are superb. Their lavender-mint lemonade and hibicus lemonade is sweet but tart and so full of flavor. Being a burger connoisseur, I was feeling a bit tired of existing selections. After a certain point, most places start to taste the same--with the choice of toppings being the main differentiator. Thus, I was just about ready to check out of Burger-town. Then comes along this place down in Campbell which switches things up. The burger here does taste pretty good; the grass-fed beef made a difference. Both the fries and the onion rings were crunchy and tasty, although I wish there were an option to get something besides ketchup as a dip (I myself prefer ranch). The strawberry shake was the highlight of the night--it is one of the few strawberry shakes I've tried where it actually tastes like strawberries! This place a order at the counter and pick up when number is called type of place.. but the burgers are really good. They keep the menu simple and have the original, the lounge or the husky if you're really really hungry. They also have vegetarian options, turkey, fish or chicken options. But really I've only tried the beef burgers which are juicy, and the buns accompany it just right. Don't forget to get the onion rings! The batter to onion ratio is just right and it's fried to perfection. I think one of the highlights here is also that they have hand crafted sodas. OMG. My current favorite burger + onion rings. The onion rings are a must. I came here before COVID and it's a nice place to grab a quick bite with plenty of seating. There are great options for sodas made with cane sugar and other non-soda drinks. My personal favorite is the lounge burger but I hear wonderful things about their turkey burger and their fried chicken sandwich. One of these days, I'll have to stray from my fave to try their other options. Burgers are available in different pound amounts for the meat, which really helps size your meal appropriately so that you can have even more onion rings. Their magic sauces help meld everything together (wheat bun and all) to a juicy bite every time. For take out, they have a really great ordering system that allows easy personalization of your burger. We were pleasantly surprised by their vegan options! Some really enticing items that lured us in were the nondairy milkshakes and the fact that nearly all of their sauces are vegan friendly. We came here on a weekend for lunch and it was DELICIOUS. Located in the Pruneyard, the parking can be a total nightmare. I'm just warning you guys right now. There are tons of shops in the area, so there's lots to do, but it does get pretty packed - even on the weekends. We ended up parking far, far away (like, Bank of America far away). The restaurant was packed when we arrived, but we were able to grab a table in the back. I want to start off by saying that the menu is great here. They've got loads of options for people who need something gluten free, vegetarian, etc. I decided to be boring and just get the Classic Burger, without cheese or pickles. It has grass-fed beef, organic ketchup, mustard, and chopped onion. I also got a side of fries. Yum. The rest of the family got variations of the burgers and either mixed it up with onion rings or a milkshake. The food was a little slow to come out (not too surprising I guess since it was pretty crowded when we went), but it was definitely delicious! To be honest I don't really see or understand the hype, but if you are gluten-free, vegetarian, etc. then you'll probably love this place. Came in on a Sunday around lunch time. The place was fairly busy but there were still tables available both inside and outside. We got the Lounge Burger combo a d decided to sit outside as the weather was really nice. We were handed this round shaped number that looked like a beeper. It turns out it wasn't, it was just a number and the people just bring the food to your table. The burger was really good, I opted without onions as I am not a huge fan and it was really good, juicy yet it maintained it's structure very well. My boyfriend really liked it with the fresh onions, he said it added a very nice crunch to it. The fries were also very tasty, and you can definitely tell they were fresh. It's nice having an inside of the building cool but there's a difference between cool and downright cold sitting there freezing food, cold away, got a Coke and it was watery absolutely more water than there was anything there's no flavor was all water and little coloring of Coke. I don't look like they've been out a while cause they just shrunk and shriveled and kind of cooled off kind of looks like I've kept heat lamp or something for a while, cause they were old. A new burger place in Campbell. Yep, gotta try it out! Plus they claim to use healthier meats, so that is always a plus. The Burger Lounge is in the Pruneyard, directly across from the relatively new Mendocino Farms and a bit down from the relatively new Peets coffee. Park on the Bascom side parking lot if you really want to be closer. Entering into the Burger Lounge is quite nice, as they have a new, fresh, trendy look to them. Ordering is simple and anyone who goes to any fast food restaurant can surely figure it out. The one thing they didn't mention after ordering is that they will bring the food to the table, so when they give you that buzzer thing, don't worry as I really have no idea why they really give it to you. Also, it appears that you don't clear your own table and they do that for you too. They probably should tell people that as it's not the same as other fast food type places! Now on to the burgers. I ordered one Classic and one Lounge Burger. Both are the same price, which is a bit odd as the Lounge Burger has more stuff on it. The big difference that I can see is that the Lounge Burger has lettuce, tomato and thousand island dressing. The Classic Burger doesn't. I also ordered the 1/2 and 1/2 fries and onion rings so I could sample both. And to top it off I got a milkshake. Burgers: I would say they are good, but not stellar. They definitely have more seasoning in the meat than other places (i.e. The Habit, In n Out), but otherwise it's pretty standard. Possibly a bit greasier than The Habit, but on par grease-wise with In n Out. The bun didn't do it for me, but I could tell it was some unique bun. I'll take sesame seeds over this one any day. Fries: My order had tons of small pieces. OK, maybe I'm being picky, but I felt like it was the bottom of the fry bin. They put herbs on their fries, which makes them have a bit more taste. Onion Rings: Fried well, and they also had similar herbs as the fries. Pretty tasty. Milk Shake: Excellent. No complaints here! Service: Excellent. Tables were all clean. Tables got cleared almost immediately when the customers left. The register people, in my opinion, should tell you that a) they bring your food to the table and b) they will clear your table when you're done. Overall it's a good new burger place, but I'm not sure I'd come here over other burger places. I would definitely return, but I don't know how often. It's a good new addition to the PruneYard though. Did not taste too bad but not good either. I checked the review photos to see if it was just me and they all looked much better. I can see where these would be a favorite but either doordash or later evening customers don't get the same experience. Sad for $57 bill for two burgers and rings. They use local produce and REAL cheese. Their house-made 1,000 island dressing really makes the burger. My favorite is the 1/4 pound* Lounge Burger with grilled onions. Get the meal and ask for 1/2 and 1/2 (French fries and onion rings). It is worth the extra charge and plenty to share with a friend. The burger is delicious, juicy and packed with amazing flavor. Once you have real cheese, you will never want to go back to that processed cheese-like food. The French fries are fresh cut with the skin on. They are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The breading on the onion rings is crispy and light. Both are seasoned to perfection. The sprinkling of fresh parsley makes a real difference. I don't drink sugary beverages, but the lavender lemonade is amazing. I put a splash in my iced tea. Their natural sodas are so good too if soda is your thing. Tonight I brought home a chocolate malt for my husband. I, of course, sampled it. These are hand-scooped, real ice cream shakes. The chocolate is VERY rich. This is a decadent treat. All the food is made fresh and to order. This is not fast food. When they are busy, you will wait a bit for your fresh, hot food, but, I promise, it is worth the wait. *I've ordered the 1/3 pound burger with 1/2 and 1/2 in the past and could not finish my meal. Beware that you will pay slightly more than other burger places, but you do get more - more burger (1/3 lb for a regular burger, twice that for a double!), grass-fed beef, more tender juiciness of meat, lettuce that is finely shredded, onions that are diced, real dill pickles (not sweet pickles), fresh ingredients, burgers that aren't smothered with sauces to cover up bland-tasting meat -this is truest burger heaven! But it doesn't stop there! Never have I had a friendly wait person check up on our party to ask how the meal went, if we had enough napkins, or ask to clear our empty plates! How do other burger joints get away with no wait service -- for shame! And the soft drinks are premium, too! Pure cane sugar Lime, Root Beer, Ginger Beer, Shirley Temple and Orange, in addition to regular Coke and Diet Coke! Definitely something for everyone! I would say we have mixed feelings about the place but we probably will not come back. Been here a couple times and the first was non Covid and we ate in, the group ordered a veggie burger, chicken strips for kiddo, and some regular bigger burgers and everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. However - during COVID time they said they didn't make any salad (didn't have any explanation so I'm not sure if this is a new COVID thing) and when we ordered a regular burger with grilled onions and fries, our meal came out completely wrong. We got a lettuce burger without the grilled onions we asked for and the fries were cold. You think maybe the fries were cold because we took a while to pick it up? No - we got there early and still had to wait another 10 minutes before our food was done. The burger was also very small and disappointing, my husband finished it in just a couple minutes. So for the cost, we didn't see it was worth it. The team was very nice and apologetic and gave us our money back when we didn't ask for that, so I appreciate the customer service. Really like this new spot. My new favorite kind of restaurant- fast casual which appeals the me since I have 2 kids. You order at the register and they bring the food out to you when done. We were lucky enough to come in for their soft open event and got a couple burgers and 2 kids meals. I got the husky while my SO got the lounge burger. Really great tasting beef since it is grass fed. Kids had the chicken bites and a grilled cheese. Be warned that if your kid is veggie opposed like mine, fires come tossed in parsley, I asked if they could do it without and they were able to accommodate which my kid approves.
