Came by for a snack the other day and it was a tasty experience. Ordered a child's size TCHO chocolate dipped organic soft serve ice cream cone and it was quite tasty. Compared to my last visit, I definitely saw shrinkflation. The TCHO chocolate was the highlight as it was quite rich without the cheap chocolate plastic aftertaste. Despite being organic soft serve, I still found the milk content on the lighter side as I was expecting a creamier rendition. Staff were wearing Super Duper attire along with tight blue nitrile gloves. Ordering was done at the kiosk with no paper receipt available with the option only being e-mail or text...yikes... Super Duper is the best burger hands down. Better than Shake Shack and far better than the Habit and the Counter, which are all good burger places. Let's not mention Five Guys in there as their burgers aren't that good, although their fresh cut, massive servings of fries are fun to get. Ambience is family friendly and open, with automated ordering. The garlic fries are a winner too. A lot of care is taken into selecting every ingredient and it shows. I'd prefer Super Duper over most restaurants as well. They focus on the burger and do it perfectly every time here. read more

WOW! Maybe I would say this was the best gourmet-fast food burger I have had. Some friends were raving about how this is their go-to burger place for a weekly indulgence. On a Wednesday evening, this place was popping off! Indoor seating was pretty packed but luckily we saw someone just finishing as we finished ordering at the cashiers in the front. I got the super burger, comes with two patties and a choice to add cheese for a dollar. (I was kind of caught off guard by that,, but its the world we live in now...) Besides that, I was looking forward to it because the whole restaurant smelled so good! We also got the garlic fries, and a kid's-size oreo milkshake. This is a nice little burger place. Came here on a Friday for lunch. The place is clean with lots of places to sit. Also they have REAL glasses for your soda. That's a rarity these days. I got the Super burger which is 2 - quarter pound patties. My wife got the mini burger- one quarter pound patty. Both were delicious. Got the garlic fries that have nice flavor as well. This is our favorite burger place and we've been coming here on a regular basis. Garlic fries and milkshakes are great! However, the service was awful the last time. The gentleman over the counter was rude to my husband. My husband ordered over the kiosk, I usually put in the order when we go here, so this is probably the first time he's done it. So he opted out of receipt through text/email, didn't realize that he has to put his name for the order, and did not get a buzzer. My husband asked the employee on how he would know when his order is ready, the employee said "we will call your name" my husband told him that he didn't see the option to put his name, the employee responded "well you have your receipt" again, my husband told him that he opted out for the receipt, the employee said "then I can't help you!" And walked away. The employee could have at least asked what the order was and cross check on their tags at the counter than being rude. No mater how good the food is, if service is bad, makes the experience bad also. read more

It gets pretty loud in there as they have a couple of broken foosball tables where the kids play. Full transparency I'm an In n Out enthusiast so you can take my review with a grain of salt depending on where you fall in the burger business. :) I got the mini burger with no cheese. You could taste the beef which was on the medium-side and seared. I would give this a 3.5/5. The price was 7.50 which I thought was insane for a mini burger. TBH all the other burgers that we got seemed just as "mini" in size haha. Grilled cheese burger was great for the kiddo and it was finished so to me that's a win. The cost was $5.25 and will give it a 3.5/5 Spicy chicken burger was $10.75 which we expected. But the burger itself fell short - it had too much sauce, no flavor, and was smaller than expected. We would give this 2/5. Fries were great! The right amount of crispiness and great in flavor. For $4 I wish they gave more quantity. I would give this a 4/5 (these fries were way way wayyyyy better than In n Out's) Ambiance was nice and they had a couple foosball tables. This was a short walk from home, there's plenty of parking in this lot if you plan on driving here as well. There were plenty of tables available and even fooseball. We played a game while waiting for our order. We picked a table that was directly in a sun beam and a table of employees on their break offered to close the shade for us. Excellent customer service! The blueberry milkshake was good, might have been a blueberry muffin milkshake? I forget the exact name. My picture is missing some shake because my boyfriend couldn't wait to sample it. The burger was delicious, bun was nice and pillowy. All the flavors were there. We really enjoyed it! Fries were also perfect, you'll see that my boyfriend is trying to sneak a fry in the picture. Super Duper is one of my fav places spots that serves high quality burgers. Yes, it's pretty expensive compared to most burgers out there, but it's totally worth the money. I knew that the beef burgers were good, but I wanted to try out their spicy fried chicken sandwich this time. That was not a good idea because the chicken had too much seasoning so it became overly salty. It's a shame because the sandwich does look good, but it doesn't taste as good as it looks. I'll just stick to my usual mini burger as if now. Their pickles are always good, and it's nice that they put it in a jar so everyone can get as much as they like. Sometimes, I just want to go eat here just for their pickles lol. Fries are also delicious. It's rare for a burger place that sells garlic fries. I was convinced after learning that this place serves delicious burgers and garlic fries while I was in the neighborhood. I tried the ciabatta bun, but I'd definitely go back and try their burgers with the normal buns next time. The house-made pickles are delicious, and you can serve yourself near the fountain drink area where they have additional condiments. However, the ciabatta bun was not as soft as a typical burger bun, which was to be expected. I found the garlic fries to be a little too greasy! In my opinion, it should have been crisper rather than soggy. It was not particularly crispy or heated, and it appeared to have been rushed to order. The dips, which are extra, went well with the fries, and the strawberry lemonade was delicious. I thought their ketchup was great; it wasn't your average Heinz ketchup; instead, it had a thick cocktail sauce/tomato paste consistency. You'll have to ask for their pasta, yes pasta straws for your drink upfront because they don't leave them out for customers to grab themselves, I thought that was neat instead of a plastic straw! read more

I haven't been to Super Duper in years maybe before 2020. Walked in and saw the foosball tables which were interesting to me. Music was kind of loud but given the customer atmosphere I can see why. Lots of families were in the place and some kids screaming. Ordered the super duper cheese burger with normal fries and a beer. Who knew they served beer. Using their touchscreen kiosk to order was simple. Massive screen for those that are far sighted. Even though I ordered a beer I didn't need to show any type of ID. Found a seat and waited maybe 10 minutes before my number was buzzing. Food was piping hot and tasted great. Burger was juicy and great! Fries could have used more salt and I didn't see any available at their condiment stand. They offer peppers and ketchup to grab on your own. I ordered via DoorDash, so I'm not going to complain about the temperature of the food, which is expected to be less than ideal given the ordering mechanism. I ordered a burger and fries. I was in the mood for fries, so I ordered a regular fries and a garlic fries. The burger - I have no idea how to describe it, other than to say that it tasted like rotten meat. Not even lettuce or a tomato on it to help it go down smoother. I think I paid for bacon, but it was not there. The regular fries: Cold and soggy. I can understand some sogginess given the Doordash order, but would it kill them to add a bit of salt to make it less plain? For the price, the portion was ridiculously small. The garlic fries came with a giant mount of cheese on top, and there was no garlic to be found within. Cold and soggy, underneath a mountain of shredded cheese. Again, expensive for what you get, and the quality makes it even worse. While I think Five Guys has gone downhill a bit, the way these guys do business should be a crime. read more

Amazing outdoor seating area with tables & shades. The indoor space is equally impressive - spacious, lively, and refreshingly uncrowded. Having only visited the more compact and confined city locations in the past, I found this setting to be especially charming and relaxed. We ordered the Super burger with cheese, "the Bird" spicy chicken sandwich and a side of Garlic fries. Asked if they have the fully loaded curly fries which I always get at the Bird SF, but was told they're not available and they only collab the burger. Pickles and ketchup are self served, and for those who enjoy a kick of heat, you can ask for jalapeno and chipotle sauce at the counter. Only one person working the register, but plenty of employees everywhere. One young "kid" was cleaning the ENTIRE time I was there! That kid needs a raise! Super Duper Burgers has always been a family favorite and last night did not disappoint! We went for a later dinner around 8 PM on a Friday night and the place was still hopping. Ordering - was easy. We used the self-service kiosk as the line for that was shorter. Might be tricky for a first-timer as you have to know how to navigate the screens so you can choose extras or remove any unwanted toppings, but it's pretty intuitive overall. Once you order, you grab the buzzer, enter the number on it, and bring it to your table where it will buzz when your order is ready, then you go up to the counter to pick up your food. Food - The four of us ordered 2 Mini cheeseburgers (Mini = one patty), 1 new Philly Jalapeno Burger, 1 chicken sandwich, 2 orders of garlic fries, 2 regular vanilla shakes, and 2 kids' shakes (1 chocolate, 1 fresh strawberry). The burgers were done well and very juicy. The new Philly Jalapeno burger was really exceptional. The chicken sandwich was also good but we ordered it plain and probably should have added cheese so it wouldn't be so dry. The garlic fries were yummy with a good amount of garlic, cheese and parsley. The shakes were super creamy and tasted authentic and natural - highly recommend the fresh strawberry! Pricing - a bit high ($80 for all of the above before tip!) but at least everything was tasty and high quality. They also added a "service fee" for cost-of-living expenses for their employees. Service - Was pretty quick. Everyone was hustling behind the counter and in the kitchen. Not exceptionally friendly, but we also didn't interact very much with workers, as it was a self-service order. Ambiance - The restaurant had a good vibe. My college kid commented that it checked off all the boxes in the "Expensive Burger Place Starter Pack", such as metal stools, long-wired lighting fixture, wall decor (this one was a big wooden cow), etc. There were also two fooz-ball tables that were in use. The tables and floors could have been cleaned better, though. We had to wipe off our own table and there was food and trash on the ground throughout. I have been to Super Duper Burgers a few times and really do love their burgers and fries. I got the sliders and garlic fries. The garlic Parmesan fries are the best I've had when they are eaten fresh. They come out super hot and crispy with lots of cheese, parsley, and garlic. I don't remember the fries I eat, but these ones are a clear memory of decadence. The burgers are good too but sometimes inconsistent. I get the slider burger and sometimes it's overdone and other times- medium. When it's overdone, it's dry and not as juicy. However, when it's done properly, it's tasty and well worth it. read more

I dined here on three separate occasions and I have to say that my experience at Super Duper Burgers is always a super duper 5/5 every time. The burger quality is just...impressive and memorable to say the least. The quality of the patty is superb, as you can taste the juiciness with every bite. The bun is whatever (LOL), but the patty pretty much seals the deal. The milkshakes are just okay - yummy, but nothing special. The garlic fries are also bomb so I recommend ordering those!
