Definitely 5 stars for our visit to Burger Lounge today. The food was excellent (I had a Son of a Butcher - real tasty with delicious buns, 1/2 and 1/2 onion rings and fries - with ranch on the side!!, and The Classic - with lettuce wrap). It all tasted fresh, and the portions were perfect. The dining experience was pleasant. It was very clean inside and the service when taking our orders and bringing food to the table was kind and quick. There is no shortage of good burger places in LA and Burger Lounge is a good burger place. A friend of mine told me I had to try Burger Lounge because she said it was the best burger around. I kept that in the back of my mind and found myself near a Burger Lounge. How could I resist giving it a try. First of all, you'll be greeted by a very friendly staff. They actually make you feel glad that you're there...like you're a guest in their home. I haven't had that great of customer service in a burger place ever. Not saying the other places aren't good, but these guys are super hospitable! I ordered a classic burger and the half onion rings and half french fries combo. The burgers are juicy and made from grass-fed beef. Mighty tasty and mighty filling. The half-and-half onion ring and fry combo was not really half-and-half. It was five onion rings and then the fries. The onion rings were pretty oily so five of them were plenty. The fries were much better. There's plenty of seating and they have a combo of both stool and booth seats. It's a comfortable place to have a nice conversation while enjoying a good burger. It's in the same parking lot with Gelson's so there's plenty of free and easy parking. A huge plus!! Oh...by the way, I checked in on Yelp and received $2.00 off my meal. You're welcome! read more

My wife and I have been to Burger Lounge a couple of times now. Sorry to say, but sometimes it's easy to forget this place when there's In-N-Out nearby. However, it really is a good (and healthier) alternative when you're in the mood for burgers. It's an order at the counter and seat yourself kind of place. We saw that all the employees were kind and attentive, frequently going around and making sure the customers had everything they need. Good customer service goes a long way so it's nice to see that they actually care. The restaurant is well-maintained and clean with plenty of seats available in the front leading all the way to the back where the restrooms are located. The burgers all have grass-fed beef with non-dairy cheese and can be made keto-friendly &/or with gluten-free buns. I'm not the smartest when it comes to grass-fed beef or not - all I know is that the burgers taste good here! They also have turkey burgers, chicken sandwiches and cod sandwiches along with salads if you're not feeling beef. Honestly, you'll find a lot of options here if you have any dietary restrictions. My better half had the Classic Burger while I had the Lounge Burger. Fyi the normal size fries are shareable between two people! We've also tried the Half & Half, which I'd recommend if you can't decide between the onion rings or fries as it comes with both. I would definitely recommend this burger lounge location. I think it is a newer location. I ordered their fries online with a bbq dipping sauce. I would've ordered one of their vegan burgers but I didn't notice they offered vegan options prior to placing my order. They make their own plant based Pattie's which I truly love! I'm not a huge fan of the beyond and impossible meat option's. Next time I order I will be sure to try one of the vegan burger options and update my review. I always order my fries with no salt, just plain. Usually restaurants never get my simple order right but this location did. The fries were fresh and tasty. I wasn't a fan of the bbq sauce. It had a weird taste that just didn't seem like a tangy or sweet bbq taste. I will try their other sauces next time. The customer service was good. When you walk into the restaurant they immediately acknowledge you. The ambiance was also great! I can definitely see myself sitting down in the restaurant and enjoying my meal. Went there for lunch today with 2 friends. They messed up all of our orders. I just ate mine as is because I didn't want to send it back (it was missing tomatoes and onions). My 2 friends sent theirs back. Guess what? Both came out wrong again. One is allergic to gluten and onions they put it on a normal bun and it had onions. One ordered some bbq burger and they gave her a whole other burger. 2 of us finished our meal before the 3rd persons order was finally corrected. The Husky (12.95$) - the little sister got this one. It looked huge ! She thought it was alright. 2. S.O.B (9.95$) - I ordered this one. It was smaller than I thought but it was pretty juicy! love that they have grass fed burgers & their BL 1000 island sauce is also delicious! 3. Grilled Chicken Club (12.95$) - got this one for my little guy. Chicken was juicy and bacon was cooked correctly. Put together well! 4. French fries (L) (4.95$) - can't not get fries when you're eating a burger. Love their fries, just wish they gave more dressing. A tiny container isn't enough for my large fries.
