Ordered the Blue Sky Burger as it was recommended by the server. I thought it was a really great burger, with lots of flavor - especially for the price. The fries were good, but I should have upgraded to the tots. They looked amazing. We went during lunch in the middle of the week, so it wasn't very busy and service was very attentive. I liked how much indoor and outdoor seating was available. With the construction on 7th the parking lot is still open, but might take a little bit of avoiding cones to get to. Everything actually! The outdoor patio is so adorable with string lights and fire pits and very relaxed atmosphere. Music playing at a nice volume and lots of fun tracks. The staff is very kind and efficient and the food came out so quickly! I was at first skeptical, as when I looked at Yelp this place only got 3.3 stars, but the burgers were actually seasoned really well, cooked to order, the fries, cheese, curds, sweet potato fries, and all the condiments were exceptional. This was my second time at Burger Moe's and decided to try the wings! I got the honey garlic boneless wings, these were pretty good, and the waffle fries with seasoned sour cream, can't go wrong. This place has a lot of menu options and is a great spot if you are in town for something at the Xcel, you can easily park and walk here before a game or concert. Late afternoon weekday lunch with my sis. It was pretty dead, so the service was fast. It was seat yourself. Only 2 booths in the whole place. (Sis and I prefer booths.) I couldn't taste the Chipotle. Fried onion straws I ate on the side because the burger was just too massive. They were okay. Just crunchy enough vs soft/soggy. I thought the fries were overcooked. Too much crunch, not enough soft potatoes on the inside. And it needed more seasoning. For a $16 burger, I expected more. Sis and I are burger/wrap people and were left underwhelmed for a $40 lunch! Let me tell you, it is so far above the Steak'n'Shake melt that it's hard to believe they share a name! I have been coming to Burger Moes for years and have always had a great experience. It's surprising to me that they only have 3 stars! There is a ton of indoor and outdoor seating! I love the patio area and on nice days, they open up large windows and it has plenty of fresh air! There is lighting outdoors that adds to a fun ambiance. The food here is tasty! The burgers are decent sized patty and are not greasy like other burger joints. I really recommend the sweet potato fries! They are thin and delicious! This place also passes the ranch and blu cheese test! I've had the chicken wings in the past and those are also good! The service here has always been very quick and the servers have always been good. The server I had today was very nice and was being so sweet to my 3 year old! Had a family meal here. Reasonable sized parking lot just outside, shared with Domino's Pizza. Inside, there is a ton of seating, either high top near the bar or low top down the steps. The bar area has fun lighting to add some sparkle. They have a nice outdoor area (it's January so didn't give that a whirl). Everyone ordered burgers although they have some other options too. Service was perfectly attentive. The burgers were mediocre, mostly cooked beyond their very own recommended medium making some a bit tough. I first started coming here with my folks whenever I'd come to visit, they were always known for having a great burger and beer special. Since I've been living in the twin cities and now live just a walk away, I've tried so many more things on the menu than just their burgers and I've never had anything I didn't like, and that's really saying something! This is a neat burger joint that has a full bar with seating, a huge dining area, and outdoor patio seating. There are televisions at the bar and around the dining area that was playing sports. They also have a digital juke box and an ATM available. I ended up eating in the dining area. The staff there is very friendly and the place was pretty clean. They have metered street parking out front and a free small private parking lot for their patrons. I did not see the parking lot until when I was leaving, so I ended up feeding the meter. As I mentioned, they have a full bar with a wide selection of draft beer. The bar is very trendy and looks nice. They have a lot more than burgers on their menu including sandwiches, hot dogs, wings, soups and salad. They do have a decent sized selection of exotic burgers. They also offer lunch specials so be on the look out. I ordered the Lamb Kofta Burger, with fries. It only took about 5 minutes for me to get my food and it was hot and fresh. It was not the best burger I have had, but it was pretty good. This is a nice bar/restaurant located right on the outskirts of downtown St. Paul. Decided to give Burger Moe's a try as I was in the area and the menu looked decent. We took a seat on the patio, which was large with plenty of space to sit. Staff was friendly and service was good. We got the tater kegs as an appetizer. They were good enough, though I was hoping for a bit more flavor with all the yummy ingredients in it. I would have loved if there was a bit more cheese inside. For an entree, I got the turkey club panini. I ended up asking for a side of mayo because either it wasn't on the sandwich at all, or there was so little I just didn't notice it. The turkey could have used a bit more seasoning - the flavor really just wasn't there. My boyfriend ordered the Juicy Moe and he was disappointed to see it just wasn't juicy. He had to search for the cheese and it certainly didn't ooze out as is typical for this kind of burger. Overall it wasn't bad per se, but there was nothing outstanding that would warrant a second trip for me. The food was fine, just very average and a little short on flavor. I did enjoy the patio, and it was a quieter time so it wasn't crowded and we could enjoy conversation and the atmosphere. The waitress had our ID's double checked and then came to the table and attempted to defend her actions which was not necessary. The waitress then began to racially profile me. It got to the point where she became argumentative and attempted to insist we created the situation. Not even able to enjoy my meal. We did an online order while we were by Cathedral of St. Paul, and the food was ready until we drove up to the place. The sides were french fries and 3 pieces of pickle. Every box had their own condiments (ketchup, mustard, and salt packages). I liked how they packed it. The french fries were so crispy so good. However, the burgers were so-so. They just put the sauteed mushroom for the fun-guy burger. Didn't have any seasoning. Didn't impress at all. So, not so fun. Due to COVID and my lack of trust in society, I ordered a juicy moe burger, salmon burger, traditional Buffalo wings and the cheesecake for pick up, no thank you to dining in for me. Then she told me the order would take 15 minutes, although I only live 10 minutes away, my laziness got me to be there after 25 minutes and my order was ready to go right by the entrance/on the bar top. When I got home, I realized my juicy moe was actually the original moe- a little disappointing and not what I ordered but it was still good...after having to take off the pound of mushrooms on top- I hate mushrooms but this might be the burger for you if you like fungus. The fries were perfect and they even packed a small sauce container of ketchup on the side. Is this the best burger? No but it was better than a burger from McDonalds or Applebee's....I guess it better be because of the price too. The wings are alright, not special or unique, no surprises just like how I like it. I think there was a total of 12 words exchanged between the server and I the entire time. I ordered the Breakfast Burger. I think it was called the Denny Burger. It was just ok. While I was eating it, I was thinking to myself that Culver's is a lot better than this. Also the fries were over-cooked. But you get what you pay for.
