Burger NV is a fantastic spot for a fresh, high-quality meal. We tried the jalapeño burger and the Philly, and both were standout items. The ingredients were clearly fresh, and the quality of the meat really shone through in every bite. Even the fries were perfectly executed, crispy and seasoned just right. To top it off, the variety of tasty sauces added a great extra layer of flavor to the whole experience. ​Beyond the food, the service was impressively quick. Despite the meals being made fresh to order, we didn't have to wait long at all to get our food. It's the kind of place where you can tell they take pride in what they serve while still maintaining an efficient pace. If I could rate 4.5 I would because they charge for the sauces, and $2.00 for a cup of water. Am I in Europe? Walked in on a Sunday with my family of 4, and planned to sit on the patio with our dog. It smelled great and the patio was nice. When we went to order, we were told we had to order to go because no dogs were allowed on the patio. This is a first for us, most restaurants allow dogs on their patios. Visiting from Cali and wanting a good burger, so we decided to stop by since we where staying at the Nugget casino and it was close to us. They were also open at 11 so a perk for us. I almost put 4 stars because we waited 40 min to get our order. I realized there was only one cook and maybe the owner/manger lady in blonde curly hair who was taking orders and serving as well. Maybe somebody called off? Lady was so nice she even unlocked the outside patio table for our lil family. Place was so kickback and chill by a theater and other businesses. Staying at the Golden Nugget for a conference and decided we needed to get dinner offsite when we stumbled on this amazing burger joint. The food was delicious and the onion rings, made from red onions and hand dipped were incredible. The March burger special was inspired- with micro greens, avocado and a lime cilantro sauce that was exceptional. Staff were friendly and it had all the vibes of a casual burger joint. Service was very slow as they were busy for a concert and not enough staff to met demand. We were told it would be 45-50 minutes to get food and we were ok with that, however when it became 1.5 hours and no updates it was a little frustrating. Once our food arrived it was good, but the fries were so salty we didn't eat many and we had to eat fast to make the concert we were attending. I had bbq bacon sliders and was asked if all the toppings were ok. I had asked for no onions, assured there were no onions on it, and was surprised when it had onion rings on them. I took them off and enjoyed the sliders. My husband has the chicken Philly sandwich and said it was good. A couple of my friends surprised me with a belated Birthday dinner and a movie. We went to Burger NV, it recently opened in Sparks right by the Victorian Galaxy theater. The pastrami burger was killer and so were the fries the portions are big. I tried one of my friend's onion rings, they were super crunchy, but a little too much grease for my liking. They have a bar there with coors lite beer special $10 for a pitcher. Also bucket beer specials. You can sit at the bar and watch TV. The place is fairly big with outdoor seating in the summer time. Too cold for that now, but it was nice and cozy in the restaurant while we ate our burgers. The staff are friendly and they brought out our drinks and burgers to us after ordering from counter. Stood in line on the 4th of July for them to just tell me they weren't selling food and only drinks... while they were still advertising their food menus, specifically for the children's options. After we went and saw a movie, we wanted to grab a quick beer. We popped by Burger NV around 330pm on Sunday. It was fairly dead and limited staff. We sat at the bar and we ordered a couple beers on tap. Their kegs were, empty or tapped out so we had to wait about 10-15 mins just for a beer. Again, very short staff. Me and family greatly enjoyed this place. We had ordered allot and were ready to accommodate us for a birthday party order. Instead of going to the now expensive out and in. When we walked in we could tell that it's a small family business. My family and I loved the fresh onion rings. Burger was cooked well done. I should have told them medium. Got good kick. Mushroom Swiss 7/10 simple and what was expected. Nothing crazy. Onion rings are normally my favorite but this type was not my cup of tea. 2/10 there was so much batter and it was massive for that reason.. And they used purple onions Garlic fries 7/10. Meh. The wait time seemed a little too long. Portions were big. Husband got a mushroom burger, kid got a bacon burger and they didn't ask how well done we wanted them cooked, the burgers came out very well done. Too much bun for the burgers. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was fried. Seemed to be fried in a beer batter which got soggy quite fast. I got the fried mushrooms which were good. The burgers were huge! I got the barbecue bacon burger, and while it made a huge mess, it was totally worth it. The deep fried pickles are hand battered, which makes them absolutely phenomenal with the homemade ranch. Great service, very friendly staff and very comforting atmosphere. read more

This restaurant moved in after a Mexican restaurant failed in this location. We gave it a try due to the convenient location in relation to where we were staying at the nugget. If you want a sit down restaurant where they seat you and come to your table and give good service this isn't the place for you. You order first and are expected to tip before knowing if the food is even good. My wife had the jalapeño burger and I had the bacon burger. As other reviews stated they both were dry with no option to ask for medium rare. I ordered onion rings and was charged a dollar and 25 cents for a small Dixie cup of ranch. The onion rings were large and properly fried. The garlic fries were good and properly cooked. Also the burgers are over 17 dollars each for something that tastes like they bbqd Walmart frozen burgers. The person taking our order was nice and did check on us during the meal. If this restaurant seeks to survive I would recommend the following: Seat customers and take their order at the table. Have an option for having some pink in the burger. Don't charge over a dollar for ranch that costs you ten cents at the most. Finally for the love of God, wipe down your tables better.
