It is a small family owned restaurant where the owners actually cook your food. The menu is small but the variety is good. The food is really good. I had their smash burger with onion rings which I enjoyed. Wifie had a Mexican bowl with chicken which she loved. The owner waited on us and was very attentive. The interior is small but it is worth trying - i have to go back to try the Ruben because it comes highly recommended.

I then reached out privately because I wasn't looking for a refund, free food, or an argument. I simply wanted someone to acknowledge that we had a poor experience.
