    Kids classic burger and fries
    Megan K.

The service and food here is 5 stars, I'm totally shocked that Burger Theory only shows two on Yelp. The breakfast offered is top notch, the freshest I've had ordered out in quite awhile. The breakfast potatoes could possibly be the best I've ever had. At dinner, I ordered the classic burger, even though it had bad reviews and my goodness was I impressed! The pickles, grilled onions and "KGB" sauce, WOW! It's not freaking perfect here, it's not entirely beautiful inside but the location is superb, the food is delicious & the staff is genuine and caring. I highly recommend this restaurant!

There were two servers for the whole place which made the service slow. I know many places have been low on workers so won't knock them for that. The burger quality is terrible. Admittedly, I'm usually hesitant with restaurants attached to hotels to begin with but the quality was below my lowest expectation. They're frozen patties with an off taste. The KGB sauce is good, onion rings were delicious. Not sure this is rye bread. They originally messed up our orders so remade them and gave us fries on top of the original order of onion rings. The seasoned fries were decent too so you can't go wrong with the sides. The waitress was polite and understanding but I would never recommend this place.

Second time here. It was convenient since I was staying at the connected hotel. The chicken "burger" was ok. I topped it with Swiss, "thick cut bacon" and roasted garlic mayo. The "side" salad came on the same tray as the burger which was a bit unexpected. It was dressed well, but it had a fair amount of Romain stems, I would have enjoyed it more if it was more leafy. The chicken was cooked and seasoned well, but the bacon was NOT thick cut as advertised. The potato bun was a miss for me. The bottom was so soggy it was falling apart. The portion of chicken seamed small, even on the small bun. I might come back, but only if I wanted convenience, not for the food.

Good service and we sat by the pool. Food was made fresh and was pretty good but not knock your socks off delicious. We were staying at the hotel so we chose to eat here because it was getting late and other places close at 8pm. I can't see myself recommending Burger Theory in the future, but they did a nice job.

The theming is truly off the charts with so many cool things everywhere you look. I've been in both the lower and upper floors of the restaurant and the fun follows all throughout. The food was good and had good portion sizes. The menu has a lot of Hawaiian and Asian flavors represented. The drink menu is massive with a great section of NA mocktails that were really fairly priced. We got drinks and entrees and the entire process took around 45 minutes with me struggling to decide what to order. The service is really attentive without being overbearing. The use of both servers and food runners allowed for the process to be quick while not feeling rushed at all. Our server also gave great recommendations and was helpful throughout the night. While the price of things may feel high, I do think the ambiance was pretty worth the cost and the food was enjoyable! I'd definitely come back.

We had reservations and did have to wait about a half an hour to be seated, but we were brought to a table in an intimate little nook which made the wait worth it. To be honest, you shouldn't have to wait that long when you have reserved a table as a specific time. Russell was our server and greeted us immediately. Other staff members actually brought out the food we ordered but rusted check on us occasionally. He was personable and friendly. We started with cocktails. Hubby had the Penicillin cocktail substituting in bourbon. I had the non-alcoholic Orange Creamsicle. I love that Max's had a few NA options among their huge cocktail list. We shared the wonton nachos as a starter, which had huge cubes of tuna on top the lightest wontons along with wakame, jalapenos, edamame, avocado, and pineapple salsa. Amazing! For dinner hubby had the drunken noodles, black garlic chicken thighs with cabbage, brussels sprouts, carrots and peppers on top of rice noodles with peanut sauce. I tasted his dish, and it was so flavorful and the chicken was very tender. I ordered the tuna poke bowl, sushi rice surrounded by wakame, avocado, carrots, shallots, and edamame then topped with poke sauce. So good! I did have to send it back, though, because the tuna came out with furikake after I told our server that I don't do seeds. The kitchen flubbed up, but they were happy to make my dish seed free. This restaurant was definitely a fun visit and it reminded me of Kon-Tiki-Ports in Chicago. If you're in the Grand Rapids area, I do recommend stopping by for dinner or sit at the bar for one of their cocktail creations. The atmosphere is fantastic!

I was in contact with Amy for a few months leading up to the date, and she was so easy and pleasant to work with. Hardest working woman in the business! Noah and Carolina were our bartenders and they were fantastic! They helped keep our party private and were super fun to work with. Carrie was on food duty and she was so thoughtful to box up the leftovers for guests to take home easily. Michigan summer weather can be tricky but we absolutely lucked out. The venue right next to the boats and docks was so lovely; we could not have asked for a better summer evening. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Coral Gables for your next party! (Also: there were several bachelor/bachelorette parties happening in the various bars at Coral Gables, which made our post- dinner clubbing upstairs so much fun!)

There was live music playing which made the vibe lively and fun. They accommodated for a lot of large groups there, saw quite a few bachelorette groups. Our server was really sweet and our food was really good as well. The crab ragoon was so creamy on the inside and perfectly fried on the outside. The fish and chips was served super hot and the fries are pub style. The hot chicken sandwich was also so fresh and crispy with the perfect amount of heat. Definitely worth stopping by, they are open late and also have The Annex- another late open bar. Atopt of it which was one of the most fun piano bars.

We had a party of 8 and no reservations. As I drove up to the establishment I was taken by the great views of the lake and the public beach. They have two outside patios with one being a 2nd floor observation deck with a bar, beautiful, if you can get a seat as it is very popular. They accommodated us quickly and we were seated within 5 min without a reservation. Servers were attentive, helpful and friendly. The menu is large and varied and the prices moderate. The Ruben, a house special, was recommended and I ordered it. When it arrived I almost lost my mind, it was huge and delicious! Easily enough for two. Everyone in the party also really enjoyed their choices as well. Cocktails were on point. The one outstanding surprise was it had a bowling alley attached, but the noise from bowling was not discernable and what a cool thing to do perhaps during a winter visit. We will defiantly be back and I strongly recommended it even if it is a fair drive in from the expressway. Worth it.
