Just minutes from Michigan Adventure we tried this place. VERY casual. Diverse menu - breakfast, hamburgers, sandwiches, dinners mexican, soup and salads. Nice children's menu. Nothing fancy. We all enjoyed our meals: grilled chicken salad, full order lemon pepper wings, smothered chicken breast with swiss cheese, onions and mushrooms choice of potatoes and salad. Coleslaw or apple sauce. I have lived in the area for several years but never heard good things about The Full Moon but I wanted to try it for myself. Unfortunately I left dissatisfied. I had the prime rib and it was very thin and not flavorful. The color of the meat looked dull. I was disappointed knowing the price of the prime rib versus what I got. In regards to the ambiance, the restaurant itself provides a rustic, country feel which I really enjoyed. The interior is very nice. The restaurant kind of has two sides- one side being people drinking and the other side people dining. I prefer it this way to keep things a little more quieter when dining. It is your typical bar food saloon, and there is nothing that is calling me back to visit again. read more

When given the opportunity to help support veterans in need, and their families, let alone supporting a fellow local business ,that is female and disabled owned and operated, they declined to host a vendors for veterans charity sponsored vending machine. They do not hesitate to take money from veterans on a daily basis, selling their food and drink to them, however. NOT A GOOD LOOK. Food is ok, most waitresses are nice. (Not Shelly) read more

SLOW SLOW SOOOOOO SLOW! Waitress was very nice and got to us quickly. But i wonder what the 2 cooks in kitchen are doing? They need a lot of improvements on service in the kitchen. We ordered the smelt and burrito. Both were good, but it should not have taken 45 minutes to get our food. We saw another couple wait almost an hour for one pizza. I wouldn't bring friends here because it would be embarrassing for the time we wait from order to table. I was watching thru the opening window to the kitchen and it looks like they mix up the newest orders with the oldest orders. They really need John Tapper from Bar Rescue to come in and get them organized. read more

Perch Dinner is consistently a great value. Friendly waitstaff. Regular stop on Friday nights for Perch or Walleye Dinner. Burgers are juicy and hard to beat. Ribs are meaty and saucy. Food is always hot! Homestyle cafe feel, family and kid friendly. Bar is off to one side, with pool table. Drinks are reasonably priced. A casual place to enjoy some great food. We have come here many many times. Regulars as some would say. Average food at a good price but the last few times have been just horrible. The last time we went which is on burrito night my wife's burrito was literally stuck to the plate and rock hard. It was pretty much inedible and the sauce was disgusting. Some nights the service is soooo sloooow. it's really comical how slow they are. We once waited a hour for a pizza. There are other average places that serve better than this. not again. read more

Have been going to the full moon for a couple years now. Food is always good people are always a good time just a good environment to be in. Nikki Seevers is probably the best bar tender that I have ever had. She makes the drinks perfect and always remembers who you are she is such a sweetheart. Food is great and so reasonable! Coffee is free with breakfast The food is delicious and consistent. I've had their omelettes and also their cheeseburger and fries when it was the daily special for $5. I ordered my fries well done and they were perfectly golden and crispy on the outside. I'm pretty sure the burger was fresh meat and not a prefab patty and the lettuce and tomato were nice and fresh. I sit on the restaurant side and there is usually just one waitress in the morning, but service has always been great! This is our go-to breakfast place! read more

This place is great! The food is delicious and the prices are low. My understanding is that the owner is also the cook and she does a fantastic job. The only negative I can give is that the dining area doesn't have many tables. We've only been there three times and it will now be our primary "out to eat" restaurant. read more
