As far as better quality fast food buger places go, this place is near the top of the chart (if not the best..Shake Shack rocks as well). I had the hamburger (a double patty) with L&T, fried onions and a fried egg. While I prefer a larger patty served rare, not an option here but the burger was delicious. The fries are incredible as well. Hand cut perfection. Also tried my daughter's veggie burger made with quinoa. Tasted really good but I can't pass up a real burger when I am in a place like this. My daughter also had a concrete, which was ice cream blended with peanut butter, bronies and chocolate chips. Incredible. We were all putting our spoon in her cup! Great concept. Be warned: their burgers are organic and they are not very large. We had a burger that was about 3oz of meat and in the protein world that is not enough. I'm a Keep It Simple kind of girl. So when I stopped in earlier this week, I got the BurgerFi Cheeseburger. FINALLY.. a burger with FLAVOR! The meat wasn't dry and flavorless like it usually is at all of these gourmet burger joints. It was sinfully juicy and delicious. And the cheese was melted perfectly. I had ketchup and mustard to put in my burger but was so excited to finally eat a burger with flavor that I completely forgot to include them. I used them for the fries instead. Quinoa Burger in the lettuce wrap, absolutely AMAZING. Ask it grilled for a little less calories. The fries are also really good. My first time coming to this place was about 5 years back, and I have been there a lot of times since. Almost everything is pretty good about the place, including the food, the atmosphere, and the fast service. Their burgers and fries are really tasty and filling, and their onion rings are a must-have. Nothing else can be said about this place since it is only a fast food franchise, but I deducted one star because of sanitation issues. I don't think that the metal trays that the food is put on are ever washed, the thin paper sheet on top is just removed (some of them soaked with oil and grease), and the trays get reused again. So you could be eating from a tray with the same grease and crumbles on it from who knows how long ago. read more

My husband is a huge fan of their burgers and when it was time for his birthday he knew he wanted to go here to celebrate! I was concerned about how they would accommodate 20-40 people walking in on a Sunday afternoon, so I gave them a call the day before. The manager was very happy that I called. The Sunday came and the restaurant was spotless it was like we reserved the whole place! The staff allowed us to move tables around, they were fast with placing orders and getting the food out! They brought out custard samples for us to try. One of the managers even went out of her way to grab a to-go container from a neighboring store when we had too much left over cake!
