My wife, my mom, and I ate here for lunch yesterday for the first time at a BurgerFi. As we just beat the rush of the lunch crowd, the order taker was very patient in explaining the menu to us. The reason I cannot give Five Star review is simply because the prices that they ask for extras on the burger are ludicrous and simply must be changed for this chain to really gain some traction. $1 for organic ketchup?? $2 for freakin mushrooms??? Mushrooms are not gonna make a $6 burger into an $8 burger.. I'm sorry.. but no. I got the BurgerFi Burger w/ Garlic Aoli and all the free fixing I could get, and it was pretty stellar. They enjoyed their singles and we all shared a large cajun fries for a great lil $20 lunch. Can't complain about that! I definitely enjoyed the ambiance over Shakeshack or 5Guys, and the burgers and fires are easily as good if not better. The bun that BurgerFi uses is the tastiest of the three. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area and hungry. With a few small changes (reasonable add-on prices and deeper condiment cups) this is a five-star burger joint. read more

Great concept. Clean good location, Loved the soda machines. But burgers are mediocre @ best. Rarest you can order is medium well which is way too cooked for me. Burger had no flavor Fries came out cold. Waited 10 minutes for replacements then asked for a refund. I hope I caught them on a bad night. read more

Ok food. Fries were soggy. If I was the owner of Shake Shack....I would be looking for a lawyer. Mediocre at best. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to the real Shack. read more

Love the burgers here. Soooo tasty. Very happy there is one in Aventura since I don't get to make it to shake shack so often. Fries are killer too. Burger wraps are great as well. LOVE the coke machine. read more

First Time here and will be our last time at this location. Burgers were good and the bread was very soft which is important when eating a burger, however what I didn't like was that it was a hangout spot for the workers, they spoke broke English and they found it kool to prank each other while people were eating and waiting for their food. Burgers are delish. If I had my way, I'd be here every night and gain 40 pounds. Burger is terrific, meaty and fresh, the fries genuinely from French fry heaven, and the onion rings from somewhere above. So many toppings to choose from, and you can get rid of the bun and feel wholesome with a lettuce wrap. If you're not stuffed, custard desserts are nice, especially topped with red velvet cake. This is no plain burger joint. Great staff, great menu, great food. Had the Ulitmate Cheese Burger and what a fabulous combination of taste; prime meats, blue cheese and swiss; this is a cheese burger a cut above the rest. Best onion rings I have had in quite awhile. My wife had the vegefi burger and she was blown away. Who would think that a place that has terriific burgers could also pull of a melt in your mouth vegi burger but they do it. Received a flier in the mail,so we decided to pay a visit since it's 5 min from home. Upon arrival, 2 girls behind the counter,1 was counting money and ignored us completely and the other was yapping with another emplyee that was on our side of the counter. Also ignored us completely for about 5 min. When we ordered, we asked for the "natural sugar" sodas at the counter...4 varieties...the lady said they had none of them. Then I said...how about the beer recomendation that the brochure talks about,what do you recommend? She just pointed at the bottles in front of her and that was it. The burgers were not to bad, they wete pretty small though. Worst of all, 95 degrees outside and 100 + inside. Guys we're in Miami, some a/c won't kill anyone. Will not go back, bad service very uncomfortable place due to the heat...no thanks. I'll find a place that sells burgers and HAS a/c. read more

Food was decent. Service was lackluster. The woman behind the counter talking loudly on her cellphone about silly personal nonsense was particularly annoying. I'll go back in a few months. My son and I ate here before catching a movie at Aventura mall. We had a great burger experience with little or nothing to complain about. The burgers were excellent and the fries came out fresh, hot and tasty. BurgerFi will be added to our burger favs list from now on. read more

Nothing special, not worth the extra money. Had the veggie burger and it was ok, not impressive. The fries didn't taste any better than burger-king's. If you're around here, Salsa Fiesta is 1 minute away and it's definitely a much better choice if you'd go for some Mexican food. read more

Very friendly staff, after I was done eating some kid came and grabbed my tray for me. They also checked in with me to make sure everything was tasting good...which isn't something I expect from an order-at-the-counter type places. The fries were fresh and crispy. The burger (made my own double cheese, chili & grilled onions) was pretty good. I really like burger joints, and I've been to some truly excellent places. BurgerFi is food-quality-wise, on par with Five Guys. And I like Five Guys, but I wouldn't take a date there. The ambience is a lot nicer than Five Guys here, but I probably wouldn't bring a date here either. Seems like a nice family place, to get a good burger and relax. I don't expect this to be in any foodies greatest hits list, but it's good. read more

Love this place! The burgers are amazing but it also has ambiance, makes a great hang out and is open late! The workers there at this location are really friendly too. They have the best veggie burger i've ever had and the add ons like fried egg are so good and not easy to find in other restaurants. The burger was smaller than I expected, but very good. Nice and juicy with a soft bun...similar to shake shack (my fav.) The fries are awesome. I love thicker cut fries and they give you a ton. Enough to have on their own. The red velvet shake was delish. We'll definitely be back. read more

I can't convince myself to give BurgerFi less than 5 stars, it meets all the quality criteria for what it is. A great burger (with its special sauce), good fries, well priced, and nice atmosphere. If ever in Aventura stop by BurgerFi, I would recommend the quinoa burger even if you don't typically go for vegetarian options, it's very good. read more

The food lacked flavor. I love organic/free range food and have eaten at many conscious driven eateries and this was a major disappointment. The food were $$. About 12 $ for burger and fries. However, the burger was very small, the meat lacked flavor and it was overpowered by the cheese. I wouldn't recommend the place. But it is beautiful to sit outside on a nice sunny day. read more

They are pretty quick at night and are very friendly. Highly recommend the fries with Parmesan and garlic!!
