    Loaded Truffle Fries

After leaving the movies, my wife and I were hungry. I hadn't had Burgerfi in years, so I figured we would give this location a try. The customer service was excellent! I ordered the CEO and an order of loaded truffle fries. They are a bit pricey, but they use quality ingredients. The food came out pretty quickly. The burger looked amazing, and the fries were completely covered in sauce. The burger was really good, the candied bacon jam was the best part of the burger. The fries were kinda hard to enjoy due to how much sauce was slathered on the top. My wife and I found ourselves playing Jenga with the fries. Next time, I think I will stick with a regular order of fries. CEO Burger 1-5=4.5. Truffle Fries 1-5=3. Customer Service 1-5=4!

Not worth the money. Service was poor, fries were cold and the junior cheeseburger that I got was subpar.

The burgerfi junior burger was quite good, and is enough for an adult. My wife ordered the patty melt, and said she really liked it. I liked the garlic aioli fries, but my wife thought they were too dry. We both agreed that the churro shake flavor was too strong of a cinnamon taste. This is a pretty good place, and they have a nice patio.

Very disappointing. The fries were undercooked, the burgers ok but underwhelming for the price. If we needed to find a positive, the onion rings were big and crispy.

I really enjoy the food at BurgerFi. Since I don't live close, I really don't get it often. They have burger options for all, including vegetarian and vegan. I personally think their VeggieFi burger is amazing. It's got some crisp to it, but not to much and it's got quinoa in it. My son had the CEO with Waygu beef and enjoyed that as well. They have sides of onion rings and fries. They also have a bowl of both fries and onion rings which is what we got. It was really good and the onion rings are bartered and not breaded which is my absolute favorite type. You can have different flavors of fries if wanted as well such as Cajun or Parmesan herb. For desert, you can get their custard in a mixer or shake format (possibly more options in store...but limited to that for online ordering). My son tried the Carmel and fudge mixer and said it was very good. Great foods here....I recommend.

This is a great burger joint in a great location so I was eager to check it out. It offers up a handmade, well crafted burger that is highly customizable. The restaurant is clean and bright and the staff were very friendly. We had two different employees check on us which really speaks to how much they focus on the customer. Very good!

Found my new go-to burger spot in the area! I will be honest, I can't believe they weren't packed, with how good everything was! The scene- the restaurant is set up much like shake shack, or five Guys, in that you wait in line, go up to a counter to order, then they bring the food out to your table. The vibe is kind of a comfortable, relaxed industrial feel. There is a giant fan overhead to keep you cool. What we tried: - The Breakfast All Day Burger: this was actually my least favorite of the three we tried, but still really good. The egg makes it. It was a bit dry though with the potatoes on it. It needed more sauce. - The CEO Burger: Very unique flavor profile! The Swiss was a perfect compliment to the candied bacon tomato jam. It was a new and fun flavor combo. - The Cheeseburger (Double): Such an amazing classic flavor! It's your stereotypical American cheeseburger in the best way possible! I love that the buns are branded as well, it was a cool little touch. - Urban Style Fries: The Parmesan was great on the fries, but the garlic aioli was a bit overbearing if you got too much. I kind of dig from the bottom and dipped into the aioli. - Chili Cheese Fries: Maybe my favorite thing on the menu! The fries themselves are perfectly cut and fried, and their chili has such an AWESOME flavor! Goes perfectly with the nacho cheese sauce. Highly recommended! - Red Velvet and Oreo Milk Shakes: Their milkshakes have to be mixed with crack, because they are ADDICTIVE! Perfectly creamy with just enough bits of Oreo or cake to give you a bite/crunch every so often. And not too thick that you can't drink it. Was the best way to wash down all that great food. Overall- 5 stars, hands down. Give it a try!

I can't think of one thing this BurgerFi could have done better. My service was approximately timed for fresh cooked to order. The place was clean and the employees were pleasant. I just don't understand why the BurgerFi in Nashville isn't like this.

They have a taco Tuesday thing but it's not a discount it's 3 tacos and you can mix and match from what they make. Which is not really a special in my opinion. The place has a nice patio and inside can fit an about 10 tables of various sizes. And the bar has seating. Cute place. I see it can get crowded on a Friday night or Saturday night. We got the green bean app for the table. They are cooked perfectly with teriyaki glaze and some tempura but not a lot. They have a sauce that has a bit of a kick but not bad. These are good and good to share. Good portion. I ordered the steak and gruyere sandwich and chips. Sandwich was good. Not big but very flavorful and good. Would have liked a bigger banquette for the sandwich. Ok amount of meat. It was good. The chip side was very crunch and good amount. But to me the chips were a bit greasy tasting. Needed more salt and a bit of flavor. It was a ok meal. The friend that suggested the restaurant got the Ohio burger. It was huge. She cut it into 4's and only ate half. It was big! She also got the chips. Again chips were ok just a bit oily tasting and need salt. The dining area is loud. Lots of people in close proximity talking. It's hard to hear and sound is bouncing. That was a bit of a bummer to try and talk over all the noise. Server was good very attentive and helped with suggestions. Bill for 3 sandwiches, including a burger, a water, coke and cider with green beans appetizer was $81. Not including tip.

I usually wouldn't give a place 5 stars if I was just there for a drink, but this pistachio martini was just too good, and I'm still thinking about it days later. It has been on my list for ages but it isn't close to my house and the wait is always long! But in March 2026, my bf and I braved the wait so I can finally check this place out! Overall, it is clear why Blue Door is always packed - the food, while overpriced, is delicious and made by a team of talented chef and bakers! I'll say this was a 4.5 star experience. We were quoted a wait for about 45 minutes but we were seated after 30. The case of baked goods were enticing me the entire time but I resisted! Our waiter, Steven, was funny, helpful, and had a great personality. The place, obviously, was packed, with little room in between tables. We saw quite a few patrons order the incredibly indulgent horchata French toast ($24) and I don't think I witnessed anyone finish it! To start, I got a coffee from local coffee roasters, Angel Falls, for $3.50 and my boyfriend treated himself to a fancy hot chai $6.50. It was pretty good local coffee! I wanted to try their famous croissants so I ordered the croque madame croissant sandwich with breakfast potatoes ($21). The croque madame was incredible! The breakfast potatoes could have benefited from an interesting seasoning. My boyfriend wanted everything on the menu but decided on getting the "special menu" loaded baked potato breakfast burger with salt+vinegar brined house chips (aka fries) for $24. The potato inside was a large potato latke. This heavenly creation kept him full for hours. In the end, our bill was pretty pricey for a brunch but we enjoyed every bite. I'm not sure if I will be able to come here again since we got lucky with our wait, but they keep changing their menu and something might entice me so much, I'll endure any wait!

The chicken and sauce part of the chicken and waffles were amazing the corn beef hash dish was great. The waffles lacked real flavor and tasted odd. The coffee was great. The food was pretty expensive. We spent 70 bucks as a party of two. They definitely had large portions which is nice for the price however after moving here from Columbus, we've just had better for less for brunch/breakfast so that's why I needed to knock off a star. Still a good place but now where that we'd go to regularly because of the wait times and the price not making it feasible.
