My 13-year-old daughter had a disappointing experience on a school trip when an employee was dismissive and served her burnt fries. She left feeling unhappy and frustrated. When I called to express my concerns, Cedrick answered the phone and listened patiently to my concerns, remaining calm and composed despite my initial anger and hurt. He took immediate action to rectify the situation, inviting us to bring the fries back and offering to replace them. But what truly impressed me was when he went above and beyond by serving both my daughters a complimentary meal and ensured they left with big smiles on their faces.
