We came here because we recently ate at Burgerfi in Boynton and it was pretty good. I ordered a conflicted burger with ONLY ketchup and I asked the girl if they had Pepsi. "Oh yeah, we have Pepsi" At the one in Boynton we ordered a large fry and it was Humongous! So we ordered a regular fry. After waiting for 20 minutes for our food my husband went up, waited at least 10 more minutes and finally came back. The fry was one fifth of what we got in Boynton, calling it small would be too generous and cold. They put everything but the kitchen sink on my burger so my husband (bless his heart) went back. Another fifteen minutes later I finally got the burger the way I wanted it. Never again! read more

Do not! Do Not! Waste $40 on burger fries and shakes!!! The dining area was dirty, poor young girl trying to clean up dining room didn't have a mop to clean up a spilled drink. The young man that took our order seemed bothered. BY us asking our burger to be a meal and upgrade to a shake. We could barely hear what he was mumbling to us and when we asked him to repeat he rolled his eyes at us. This store is obviously in need of better management. Avoid this place if your doing take out food! We placed a order for dinner for three tonight. It wasn't sealed safely when the Uber eats driver dropped it off ( 2 seals and open to the world in the center to see the food) he took off before I noticed anything. I called the store and spoke to the manager Eugene, I told him the situation. He was not friendly at all. Very patronizing. He asked what did we want to do? I offered to drive it over so he could see what happened and he agreed to remake the order. My wife went in with the bag and he was so rude and mouthy about us bringing it back. It was important to us to show him what we received. They didn't seal it right. They are supposed to use three seals. They used two. He gave us the replacement order and it was better. When we arrived home to FINALLY eat DINNER, the chili for the fries missing, my burger was made wrong and it was soggy. Over $33 for burgers and fries and all of this attitude from a manager. they got our entire order wrong. I am vegan and asked for the beyond burger "vegan style" like it says you can on the menu. just to double check I said that doesn't have cheese right? and they looked at me like I was crazy and told me to read the ingredients. it also says this burger should come with lettuce tomato onion ketchup and mustard this burger came with pickles and mustard that was it. another one of our orders was a beyond burger with just lettuce and tomato as the person who ordered it can not have dairy or onions. this burger only came with cheese and nothing else. the bathroom smelled awful, maybe a sewage leak or something. read more

Love this place, never fails. Ordered the app and food was ready when I arrived. The cashier seemed a little flustered because he was alone by himself and there was a line of people, but he seemed to handle it. The burger was made to perfection, only down side is my side of garlic aioli is always forgotten. Terrible customer service; shows no care for customers. Was the only person there at 1130am, made eye contact a couple times while waiting at the register but was ignored. I have gone to this Burger Fi location twice in the past 2 months. The first time, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, I attempted to order 2 VegeFi burgers but was told "we don't have any". The second time, after ordering the same thing and asking how long it would take, I was told "20 to 25 min". Both times, the Burger Fi employees showed zero signs of caring about it and were very obviously apathetic. I will certainly not ever go back to that Burger Fi location again and after experiencing poor customer service in other locations (Ft Laud 17th Street and Hallandale Beach) I won't go back to any Burger Fi. It's a shame because the food is good. The only reason that I gave 1 star is because there is no way in this review to give zero stars! read more

We love Burgerfi! Throughout the pandemic most food an beverage establishments took a beating with staffing and other major mile stones they had to over come. We have not been to Burgerfi in awhile due to this matter. Although they are back on the right track with a very hospitable team. Mike was at the front making sure all the pick up orders were taken care of, as well as assisting with some of the new team members at the register. You can see the natural leadership in him. I have been to many Burger-Fi's and this location is the worst. The Service is terrible. You wait over 30 minutes for your order then when you ask for the Manager YaYa she says "This is not fast food". What does that even mean. I asked for my money back and she did not want to refund my money because supposedly the card number did not match on the receipt. I used Apple Pay and it is masked through apple pay to prevent fraud. If you are going to accept a form of payment you have to know how it works. I am very disappointed with this location.
