Employees were not very friendly, place was dirty, a lot of the soda options were unavailable, soda machine was filthy, bathroom was filthy, no ketchup dispenser mustard only and the music was sooo loud we could barely talk over it. Food took longer to come out than any other BurgerFi we have been to. The burger was meh. My girlfriend said it sat at the window forever so maybe that's why. Fries were mostly soggy. This location is so clean. Management and staff are great. Sherron is the manager and he is a gem. He answered every question from the menu and even made suggestions. This establishment follows every Covid restriction there is. It's super clean and they have a great play list. I frequent burger fi but as long as I'm in the area I will patronize this establishment. The food was on point, it's very clean and they have a lot of hospitality as soon as you walk in the door. I'm huge on hospitality only because that's the first perception you have of a business from when you walk into the door and they have it. Extremely disappointed with this location. I got an email for a "TRIFI" deal which includes a cheeseburger, fries and drink. I ordered two of these for delivery. When my meal arrived, we only received burgers and fries and no drinks. We don't normally have coke in the house and were looking forward to this "treat meal." So, I call the location to report this problem. But- the call keeps dropping and says "call failed" - I called a bunch of times and could never reach the location. Shocked this doesn't have a higher overall rating. The service here is truly above and beyond. Kind and helpful workers going out of there way to get you GREAT food. Have never had a bad burger here. I compare it to shake shack but honestly better than shake shack. Ice cream is also always a hit with us. The food at BurgerFi is pretty good... I like their burgers and the fries are decent, so I decided to eat here tonight. I've been here a few times, so you are probably wondering why I decided to give them a 1 star rating. Since I've been to BurgerFi more than once, I trusted that my experience tonight would be consistent with my experiences in the past. Apparently, the same care and concern is not put into the delivery orders that is put into the dine in orders. I ordered on UberEats which was my first mistake (although I'm not sure HOW when the order is literally itemized in front of them.) It seems that they only care when you are standing right there at the restaurant. Anyways, the garlic aoili was missing from the bag, the onion rings were missing, the truffle was missing on top of my fries, and my burger was made incorrectly. Everything that was missing, I PAID FOR. When I called the store at 9pm and kindly told the manager about the mistakes in my order, she told me they're out of onion rings and garlic aioli and I can't remember what she said about the truffle but the point is, she was the icing on the cake for my 1 star review. I'm not sure what type of management BurgerFi prides themselves on but the manager tonight made it clear that customer service is NOT her top priority. She was very unpleasant to talk to and to be quite honest, she did not sound like a manager should sound at all. She was not kind at all, she was not apologetic at all, and to top it off, her last word on the phone to me was "ok" before she hung up the phone! She didn't even have the decency to say goodbye! THE MANAGER LITERALLY HUNG UP WITHOUT SAYING GOODBYE. She offered no type of help or concern, just unprofessionalism. How are you mad at ME because you got MY order wrong? Lmao. I am embarrassed for BurgerFi because I am almost certain I'm not the first person to experience something like this. Dear BurgerFi, I would recommend training your MANAGERS on customer service & guest satisfaction in order to avoid reviews like this in the future. Also, train your employees to GET THE ORDERS CORRECT. If the store is out of items, CALL THE CUSTOMER, don't throw whatever you want in the bag in place of it/leave items out. I also recommend hiring employees who actually care about their job because if they cared, this would've been avoided. I am extremely disappointed with my experience tonight. I would (barely) expect this at a low end fast food restaurant like Burger King, McDonald's, or Wendy's but I'm shocked that this was my experience at BurgerFi smh. Just incase y'all are COMPLETELY unaware of proper customer service.. let me add this here. I hope this helps! The manager could've simply said, "I'm so sorry ma'am!
