Super yummy and fresh quick lunch. There were four of us: 2 kids hotdog meals (with fries and a drink)- really good dogs. Adult cheeseburger and Adult CEO Burger, both in the lettuce wrap for 60 cents over the bun. Crips, flavorful (that bacon tomato jam) and yummy. Side of the Urban style fries (parm, herbs, aoli) and side large and good onion rings- not super greasy. Roped off with IPAs. Meals were reasonable, about $35 each for one adult and a child with a beer. Food was fresh, super flavorful. We ate in and the food came super quick- kid friendly. I did ask for a side of honey mustard and American cheese instead of Swiss, which didn't happen, but it actually was great anyway and I didn't correct. We did get a side of the burger fi sauce and jalapeño ranch- both great.

I've been at this place probably around 2 ago and when I went was ok, but the service at least around that time was a little better than now. Today I than decided with my family to visit out there and it wasn't a even good experience at all, place really heavy and low in terms of energy, I know we go out there to buy and eat the food that those strangers people would be cooking for all of us, what they should at least have or demonstrate is the kindness up front before order your food. Sunday, I did mentioned to my wife! It's weird that this place hasn't to many people eating inside, but even that, I told my wife, let's given a try because it hasn't been a long time we didn't come down here, she says ok. Well, by walking through this place I felt that something wasn't right, but than when I went to order, than I seem why this place is really bad now, the one brunette girl that was there was very rude and didn't know what she is doing at all, how someone (Corp) put an unprepared person to represent their business? That's crazy! Girl was taking the order was look on her phone while taking, crossed hers arms, making faces, making some many errors until an assistant manager or whoever was asked HER what happened, she did her version, this assistant manager you can tell that hasn't leadership at that store at all, oops, she also on the phone too. I also seen their laughing and playing at restaurant between a cooker and this rude girl. Assistant manager didn't say anything. I did brought that up the incident to her attention and she heard but you can tell that she doesn't care at all. Ok, about the food, burger hasn't tasty at all :( Not quality, fries want warm enough and not enough portion either for the combos. When I did mentioned about the burger doesn't tasty is because didn't tasty at all, I cooked a lot Durant a week and my food tasty. Told my wife that this place I'm not coming at all ever, I erase the app on my phone and she did also ( she was just downloaded) For the price that I paid for the kind the treatment and the food wasn't worth it at all. Please do a favor to yourself if you seem this review, go to some other place.

I love coming here with my family. Customer service always good. Today was my third time. It's always cold inside so we sit outside at one of the 4 tables. Every time I've gotten the Beyond burger with an egg. Today was the first time my s/o ordered a double and was still somewhat hungry afterwards. First time getting a milk shake and everyone loved their.

This is a great place to grab a quality hamburger in a chill atmosphere. They offer several types of burgers as well as chicken and hot dogs. They also have shakes and offer beer and wine. There are televisions inside and outside on the patio. You can order at the self-serve kiosks. Unfortunately, we went through the process on the kiosk only to have it tell us that our order couldn't be processed so we had to repeat it at the counter. It went quick as they weren't busy so not really an issue on this visit. I had the Prime Time which is a new item and is a prime rib burger. It comes with Au Jus and I recommend getting some extra to dip it in. The fries are potato cut and were very fresh. We had some onion rings which were ok but some are large and therefore greasy. The burgers are angus beef and you can add or take away from the items on the burger which is nice. The price is a bit above average for a hamburger and fries but the quality is good. We enjoyed our dinner at BurgerFi.

It's a burger, reminded me of nothing like Waygu that I have had previously. Onion rings were the saving grace along with the frozen yogurt shake. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Young lady serving, looked as if was the end of the world and had a bland look. Try smiling. Not first choice, at that price. Would have taken 5 Guys over this.

BurgerFi is in the busy town center, but it is on the far end, which helps reduce some of the traffic getting there. It is also next to Cooper's Hawk, which makes for a great pairing when we want to do a wine tasting with a more casual burger or even a hot dog. All of the food is delicious, and we've tried everything on the menu; therefore, you can't go wrong with whatever you decide to pick. I would say that you shouldn't skip the milkshake though because it makes for a great combination. While the restaurant is a smaller area and counter ordering, they still provide a quality experience and the staff has been friendly every visit. If you haven't had a chance to check it out yet, definitely add it to your list for the next burger craving!

The staff were friendly but super busy due to inside volume of people. The food looks good and the steak was cooked fine, but the chimichurri had too much oil & fries were super salty. Like it was fried in it and topped off with it... I had let the person who brought the food out know (who works with the chef), and they never offered to bring me different fries. They just said they would tell the kitchen but didn't offer anything and so I didn't eat the fries at all. This plate being $38 before tax, I mean you want good fries....For the drink I got one of their mocktails which honestly was not up to par at all tasting like water and cucumber and nothing else, and I ended up ordering a soda... Again staff are friendly, but if management could pay attention a little more even when they're busy, it would help a lot, especially if someone is not happy with their food. I will not try this place again for a while as there are other places better than this that have similar dishes. Again when people are eating alone or in a group, make them happy with the food please...

Upon being shown to our booth, the floor by the table we were seated at was extremely slippery. At first I thought it was due to a fresh mopping and they had just forgotten a sign, but it stayed extremely hard to navigate the entire meal. Let's get into the highlights: some of the freshest table side guacamole I've ever had. Made right in front of you and you get a ton for what you pay for. My lunch portion of my Yucatán Quesadilla was only $9.99 as it was a Friday and it was just okay. Unfortunately, I did have to cut it myself. The "small" margarita for $12.99 is absolutely gigantic. In fact, every drink I saw come out was of ginormous proportion and seems to be the main draw here. Unfortunately, I was a bit let down by both the salsa, as even though there was a full bar, none of the options were all that tasty. The biggest detractor was honestly the service. Our server was extremely nice on the surface, but every opportunity was used to upsell by every member of the staff. A bigger drink, another appetizer, another drink, handing us their card and asking for a review following paying. I normally never have issue with this but it became overwhelming at a certain point. This restaurant absolutely feels like it has potential, but might suffocate over its mistakes in an extremely crowded Town Center/Southside Market.

One person in our party asked a question regarding an entree on the menu and he was met with a smart remark and little to no detail explaining the entree. Later on in the night when the whole table is done eating - we all decide to help out and clean up the table as best as we can. Frenchie decided it was a good time to make yet another smart remark about stacking the plates on top of each other. She continued to say "Have you ever been a server before?" and before really answering she cut me off to say "well then you should know not to stack the plates because you don't know if the server can handle that many plates" ... as she continued to take the pile of dishes out of my hand. If she can't handle too many plates in her hands, then she should've just waited to clear the table or politely say "i'll come back for those plates in a minute" by the end of it all , the entire table felt very uncomfortable by her demeanor towards us - of course we still tipped because we understand what it's like to make a living off of tips but to have a sour attitude and continually reminding us that you're here for tips isn't a great way of having customers coming back.

Recent years I have not gone as much; a few visits (not to this location but in other states) were not quite what I remembered. Nonetheless, we were in town for the night, and this location was within walking distance from our hotel. We arrived slightly before our reservation and were seated quickly. Our server came to the table and was very polite, took our drink order, and quickly returned. My wife had a glass of red wine (I can't remember which), and for me a Vodka martini with olives. My drink was good and exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. For appetizers, we ordered the Avocado Bomb, ahi tuna, crab salad, crispy wontons, and the fire-grilled artichokes with rémoulade. The artichokes were just okay, and honestly I'm not sure how much was the restaurants fault or the fact that artichokes are a pain to eat and theirs nothing to them but chewy leaves (the rémoulade was good though!). The Avocado Bomb was very good, although one critique was that, while, yes, it was crab salad at the bottom, the crab was nearly shredded, but overall a good dish! I opted for Prime Rib (as rare as they could get it to me), with au jus and smashed potatoes. My wife decided on the Carolina Crab Cakes, jumbo lump crab, chili mayonnaise, mustard sauce, French fries, and Southern coleslaw. I also opted for a side of horseradish sauce per our server's recommendation. I will say that I've ordered prime rib before in similar chain restaurants (some of them chain steakhouses), and without fail they come out nearly well done. The excuse is always because "it's precooked and it is cooked to a certain temp...blah, blah, blah". Yet, I ordered it here, and it was cooked exactly as I wanted it. Now, I won't claim it was a great cut of beef, but it was good and did the trick. The potatoes were good as well. The horseradish sauce, though, had far too much mayo in it and tasted like it. But still a dish I would order again! My wifes crab cakes were very good as well, a great amount of lump crab meat without the filler you see so often. The coleslaw was typical coleslaw, tasteless and pointless when you have a dish at market price. But the fries were good! Overall, we had a good experience; the service and food were very good. If in the area again, we would certainly return, and this may have me visit other J. Alexander's during my travels elsewhere.
