I delicious smell is what prompted me to eat here for the first time. I waited in line 15 mins to order take out and another 20 mins for the actual $9.00 burger. The burger was just okay and not worth the $$$. The burgers were thick and the bread slid around. I only got 2 pickles and a teaspoon of onions. I expected more food for the $$$$! Being a vegan is tough in this town but not when your at your favorite neighborhood burger fi. Typically this chain is amazing but the location on Collins really needs help. I've been there 3x in the last 3 weeks of moving to the beach. Alfonso the cashier has constantly messed up orders. One was incredibly awful. We ordered 3 meals and one kids meal. What came out was our 3 meals then 4 kids meals. We paid with a card so no refund per Alfonso. So after paying 60$ we thought what could be worse than being stuck with 3 extra kids meals we did not need. The next 2 visits equally as messed up, he placed out burger orders as plain, no toppings, did not notice until we got home? The sweetest classic date night spot if you're going laid back. I'm vegetarian as is my beloved and it's rare for me to enjoy veggie burgers but these were juicy, delicious and just filling enough. They felt healthy and the employees have such a kind demeanor. Michael was so hospitable. I usually order a lot from this place, as I love the veggie burger they offer. We had to call 13 times for them to answer our phone call and once they answered, they placed us on hold. Well, the disaster didn't end at please hold. We were on hold for 20min and i could here them taking other people's orders. I also tried calling from other phones and no one never answered and the call kept being dropped. This has been a horrible experience today trying to order from this place.
