Okay I wasn't even going to post but I see so many bad reviews for this place that I had to talk about my experience. I went to this particular location all of last weekend and my experience varied on food time so yes sometimes they get the food out slow. But these are humans we are dealing with here and every time I looked in their kitchen I saw people working hard to get the food out as fast as possible. Now one thing that was certain was that the staff was very helpful and friendly. My second time there the manager josh I think his name was already remembered me and welcomed me by name. The other employee who called himself China (not sure if that's his real name) was amazing throughout my whole experience. I could tell he loved his job and he cared about my happiness. So I did have a bad food time experience at this location but when the food did come out right (thanks to josh) lol it was delicious and worth the kind of over the top prices lol. read more

Absolutely absurd. As I write this, it is 730 and my order was placed for pick up at 6 45... my food is still not ready and the lady working on the buns with the dreads literally said, " too bad, they gotta wait. Not my fault".. the manager? Almost nonexistent and not very helpful. I have 2 children in the car with my spouse, a baby crying and a super hungry 10 year old. This is unacceptable service and workers should watch their language when guests can hear them. It should be noted the workers were all fighting amongst themselves and using foul language. As I finish this review it's 7 58. We got our food finally at 7:33. My burger was made incorrectly and I could barely eat it because of the sauce on it. The only good things? The huge problem with Burger FI on Collins Ave is the customer service. I will never go back to that place again. Their "i don't care" attitude is absolutely intolerable and pushes me to forget about the good fries and the late night business hours. Here are few examples: - One day, they will greet you with a sentence like "Welcome to Burger FI! Is it your first time here? After going there several time, they still don't recognize you and say the same sentence. - Several times, i had mayo in my burgers despite asking specifically "no mayo" - One day, someone cut me off on the line and the cashier said nothing despite acknowledging it. - Once, i had to re-order 3 times because it wasn't what i asked for.. read more

Great burger joint. Very busy, but it's worth the waiting. When we arrived at the restaurant the line was all the way to the door but they had good music, and we were really hungry. Great service by Jacuana. She explain our order when we picked it up and also helped us with the coke machine that had lots of choices. celiac the fries have cross contamination with onion rings in the same frier,do not try is gluten free for people with no celiac ...so sad nobody think on us.
