Stopped by BurgerFi on PGA Blvd and used my birthday reward for a shake (always a plus). I also ordered a burger, but honestly... it wasn't that good. Not terrible, just pretty underwhelming. Where's the beef? That said, the coffee shake definitely hit and made the visit worth it. Customer service was cool and laid-back, no complaints there. Overall, I'd probably come back for a shake or dessert, but I wouldn't rush back for the burger itself. read more

Good experience at BurgerFi. I pre-ordered on the app and food was ready right as I walked in. Super friendly staff member was welcoming and offered fast service. I wasn't able to eat my VeggieFi burger for about 30 mins and it was STILL delicious. This is my fav veggie burger... I even recommend to non vegetarians!! It's that good. I also ordered a cookies and cream shake. It was good but didn't have the whipped cream and sprinkles I asked for in the app... not a big deal, I forgot a yelp pic anyways! Oops. Locked the restaurant at 9:45 PM even though they don't close until 4:00 AM, and wouldn't let me inside to order my food. I stood outside knocking while multiple employees stared at me and completely ignored me until a guest eventually walked out, I was able to get inside. After I was finally able to open door, I was told I had to order online. After about 20 minutes, they brought my food out, but they had given me the wrong fries. I went back to the door and knocked again, only to be stared at and ignored for another five minutes. After repeatedly knocking and waving, one of the employees finally came to the door and asked through the glass what was wrong. He took my food back into the restaurant, then proceeded to work on other orders while I waited outside for another 10 minutes before finally receiving my correct order. The entire experience was honestly absurd. I have never experienced such poor customer service, especially from a restaurant that is supposedly open until 4:00 AM. I understand that restaurants can have policies about entering late at night, but completely locking customers out, refusing to acknowledge them, and then making them wait outside while their order is corrected is unacceptable. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or willingness to help throughout the entire experience. read more

I was delighted to find a BurgerFi in Palm Beach Gardens, a shorter drive than having to schlep to the Wellington location. Plus, it's easier to navigate to reach and enter with BurgerFi's place in a shopping plaza instead of a mall such as some other burger spots. Usually, when I go to a Burger Fi, I enjoy their Urban Fries, which are delicious. There's also their burger selection, such as their Breakfast All Day Burger and Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger. Then there are their shakes if I want to indulge more voraciously -- coffee mocha or oreo are my usual go-to's when I do decide to order one. read more

Burger was dried out and tasted like cardboard. Fryer oil hasn't been changed in a long time and the fries were brown and tasted like burnt oil. Then to top it off I saw probably one of the nastiest things I've seen in a restaurant. A stool covered plunger in the bathroom. I needed to leave this review because this location is giving a bad name to BURGERFI. The food was cooked subpar. The fries and burgers ordered were over done with an unpleasant bitter aftertaste. When I asked the manager if I can get new fries because the ones served were burnt he said he can remake the fries but in order to make them "less burnt" they would need to be under cooked. Which was not an acceptable solution. I will never return to this location and would advise future customers as this is a pricey mistake. read more

The burgers and fries were just, ok. We got Wagyu Swag burger and the BurgerFi Cheeseburger with fries. Fries are kinda bland and super close to being just burnt. But the biggest put off is that the restaurant was just filthy. Sticky, messy, icky. Especially the restroom. It was FILTH, the other was out of service. We stopped in at 5pm, not busy at all. No line, no rush. Someone could've taken time to clean and restock restroom and wipe down/sanitize the dining area. The shake was tasty- but no reason to go just for that. The veggie burger was great & the red velvet shake was the best shake I have ever had. The prices are reasonable for The Gardens area (we used coupons which gave us a great deal!) I can't believe I'm writing another bad review on a BurgerFi chain. Last week I had a bad experience at the one in Jupiter, so the manager gave me a gift card to make up for it. Today I took that gift card to the Palm Beach Gardens location and was even more horrified by the experience here. At dinner time on a Saturday they had an empty restaurant with 5-7 workers and no customers. The tables were dirty and there was no ketchup in BOTH of the dispensers. When I asked the girl behind the counter to fill them, she said "there are ketchup packets here" and handed me a few tiny packets because she was too lazy to fill the dispensers. It took me about 10 minutes and 20 packets to fill 2 cups of ketchup for me and my family to use. We didn't have enough and our fries came out burnt. The workers were on their phones, waving cash around, talking to each other, and ignoring the one request that came from their only customers. They couldn't care less about us....but sadly that's not even the worst part. I watched two of the workers go outside to a silver car parked near the side entrance and light up what looked like a blunt while on the job. BurgerFi has let me down again. Going to have to find a new burger place because I won't be back to this one. read more

I just went to burgerfi today after a bike ride, the burgers were great, the patties are quite juicy, the burgerfi sauce that comes with it is great, even though they didnt put much of it, but if you put a little bit of ketchup on it it is awesome, the place looks really cool but its normally quite empty, service was quick but the tables werent that clean, would come back, just you need to work on getting people to clean more and tidy the place up. read more
