First timer!! I have been here twice already! I went last Friday with my coworkers and we loved it! Last Friday I had the burgerfi burger with herb and parm fries and everything was amazing! We even had one of their M&M custards which were amazing! Today I had another burger with urban style fries and again was delicious! I just woke up from a 3 hour food coma nap! Mika, their assistant manager was amazing on my first visit! She was so kind and provider superior customer service and made my first visit great! I would highly recommend the food and this location. This place has gone downhill. They don't even help you anymore. You have to order on the screen, no one attending the counter. The menu on the screen didn't have all the options that are on the board. I'd rather go to Shake shack at the gardens mall. read more

This was our first time at Burger Fi and It was delicious! I had the chicken sandwich with yummy pickles. My husband had the Burger and the kids ate free since it was Tuesday. The staff was very friendly and we finished our meal with yummy ice cream and shakes. Very family friendly, would def recommend. read more

I go here for the onion rings, which must be pretty good because I keep going back in spite of the not-so-good service. I understand sometimes mistakes happen or it's just super busy, but the service has been consistently poor. If you order online to pick up food, don't expect it to be ready when you get there or anytime soon after you get there. I've literally waited over 40 min to have them tell me they ran out of what I ordered. I went back, like an idiot, and again waited over 20 min for a pick up order that was supposed to be ready. I know it's not just me too...everyone in there is in the same boat. It really frustrating! The manager / owner of this place needs to figure something out. read more

I don't know what has happened to this place! It's just sad. Last few times we've been the floor is so sticky and dirty your shoes STICK to it! The staff could use cleaning themselves not to mention none of them, girls with long hair wear their hair up to avoid contact with food etc. The tables are never wiped down. the staff sees you wiping a tables with a paper napkin and no one comes over to wipe it. From the time you walk in the Staff are all busy on their cells. They take your order, not looking at you or greeting you but talking to each other about their plans and life. G-d forbid you ask for a nothing such as an extra try with your food cause you are frowned upon. It truly is sad to see this cause we have been to many Burgerfi's throughout South Florida and none are like this. Hope Management does something. read more

I ordered over the phone through like doordash or something and they completely messed up my order. I didn't get the drink I ordered and the food was ice cold. I called the location and spoke to the manager Mika, who was amazing and helped me out greatly, she personally brought me my soft drink with a refill, furthermore had all the food remade and brought it to us personally, as well as gave us a full refund. The customer service is truly amazing at this location, and even more whenever I come into the location it is always spotlessly clean!! read more

I almost didn't come here because of the bad reviews but my son wanted to so I did. We walked in and there was fun music playing and the place was very clean. The staff where friendly and polite too. They even got us our food in two minutes! I have no idea why these people are writing bad reviews, but they need to stop! read more

Extremely slow service and distracted employees. Shuffling around and on their phones as we waited well over 20 minutes from our pick up time for 2 burgers in a dinning room with only 2 other customers (already eating) seated. Dinning room looked grimy with garbage on the ground right before dinner rush and still employees are just hanging out in the back. Got home and my quinoa burger was burnt and audibly crunchy. The spicy wagu burger was not like it usually is at other locations either. Also paid for an extra burger fi sauce and got a container that was maybe filled 1/5th of the way at the most. read more

The staff at this location provided the best service. There was a very small discrepancy in my order. They simply ran out of something. Had a terrible experience at the new Gardens location. Ordered the food to go, took forever and once we got home the burgers were dry, overdone and just not edible and the fries were soggy and saturated in oil. Hope they get their act together because right now the service & attitudes suck! Waited 45 minutes for my order. When I inquired, Tina the manager took my receipt and said, "Ooh that's been a while." Looked for the order then turned to the kitchen and yelled, "Drop a Beyond NOW!" 45 minutes and the didn't even drop it yet?! So I asked for a refund which is when Tina and her cashier unleashed major attitude. She says, "I called yo name!" Sadly the music is loud, the restaurant was full, the cashier is yelling orders to the back kitchen and her mouth was muffled by her mask! I explained "that the purpose of these gigantic numbers you hand out do YOU can find ME!" The refund process was done with intentional slowness and apprehensiveness. Never once saying, "We're really sorry how can we make it better?" Then they try handing me a sack of cold food that was sitting on the ice cream station. I looked at Tina told her to keep it. First time customer here. The burger meat is very good. The new PGA BurgerFi is clean and new. Employees are friendly and helpful. We got there late afternoon and the sun was setting with western exposure. A lot of sun in the dining area. However, AC was freezing cold and they run fans so you have frigid air and breeze inside. My burger was sent to our table and was already not hot and was border-line cool to cold along with my wife's food. The french fries are great but with the fans running they just cooled off almost immediately. The place does have outside seating but all the seats in shade were taken already so we sat inside. The burger was Just barely warm enough to start eating. With the fans running breezy and the food is already cooled off I can't give PGA BurgerFi 5 stars. I know they make a decent burger - just not hot enough for me. The custard shake was delicious. They do offer beer however the place is so new they are still working on getting the beer available to public. I am thinking they don't have their license yet. read more

Ordered take out from this location. Prices are pretty outrages for the quality. I ordered a burger and onion rings. The burger was burnt and soggy when I received it. The onion rings were good and hot but unseasoned. Also the concrete I ordered was quick small for the price. All in all not worth the $21.00 they charge. read more

I was excited to finally get a burger fi near me after going to the one in Tallahassee when I went to fsu. Needless to say, I was thoroughly disappointed by the lack of covid precautions. The staff all had their masks on under their nose while taking orders and preparing food. An employee on his break was also sitting inside at a table without a mask in sight. As someone taking the pandemic very seriously I was shocked to see this at an eating establishment. My family will not be returning until management enforces basic covid policies for their staff. read more

So helpful and kind, I placed an order online and it wasn't ready when I got there, a server came out to my car with a note pad and pen to write down my order and try to fix it, I ended up realizing my order was declined and went in to tell them, they were SO understanding and sweet and got my order ready right away to help me out! I had a great experience picking up food on a busy Friday night. Hands down my favorite veggie burger and the shakes and fries are amazing too. They were very organized and the food was ready when promised. The manager was great - very friendly and she provided excellent customer service double checking that everything was perfect.
