My expectations coming into this place were very low, as I explained in some of my other reviews, burger joints are popping up all over the place and for the most part are not concerned about the actual patty but what can be placed on it or what other items can be put on the menu. Here we now have BurgerFi which I have heard about for quite sometime but just didn't care to warrant a visit. Since being in the area, I opted to have a quick lunch, the decor and ambiance is nice and very laid back with about 4 hightop tables and several regular tables ranging from 4 seaters to 8-10 seaters (long tables). They also have a flat screen on the wall to enjoy movies and sport games. I opted to try the following.... Wagyu Beef Hotdog - Medium in size but packed with quality beef flavor, it's a hotdog so I don't have to go into detail but I would recommend when ordering this to get it well done, maybe even ask if it can be char grilled a bit. Fries - Man, dont pass up on these, they are crispy and served hot. They were so addictive and are served in good quantity - dont forget the ketchup. BurgerFi Burger - Two patties grilled to perfection, they say it's never frozen and I believe them, the taste in quality was there. It was JUICYYYYY, well done and made with delicious flavors that made you wanna slap yo mama (jokingggg). I only wish that it was bigger as i find it on the small side. Red Velvet Milkshake - This was a nice way to end the meal, I read alot of reviews that the red velvet concrete is the way to go but I was too full so I'll try it next time. The milkshake was nicely done with whip cream on the top and made with actual red velvet cake. It was yummy but nothing extraordinary (IMO). Overall it was a great meal and the chill back vibe made it even better, I will most def be back! read more

Great place! We have been there so many times! The food is amazing and the customer service too. People complain about the wait, but if you think about it, it is nice to go to a place where your food is being prepared after you ordered it!!!! I gave a five star for simple reasons. 1. Food is delish 2. Ambience is great 3. Employees are friendly 4. Last but not least, I placed and order for pick up a couple of days ago. When I got home I noticed they forgot to add one burger. When I called Manager Leticia was so nice, she apologized for the inconvenience and let everyone know that I had a credit. The service at this location has deteriorated so much since it first opened a few years ago, it's pathetic. I now associate Burgerfi with incompetent service and overpriced mediocrity. Bummer. Every time I return to this location, the experience falls a notch or 2. This last time- I totally lost it and will never return. I waited more than 25 minutes for 4 burgers. Ok. Busy place. We shall wait. Then our little device buzzes and we are told there are no veggie burgers. I heard someone in the kitchen say this while I was waiting but that was about 15 minutes before. Whatever the case. I was told my order was incomplete and then the server just walked away and everyone else had their heads up their Burgerfi. I became invisible in the midst of a long line of other customers waiting too long for their orders. Left and right people had some issue or other with their order. No apologies were offered, no attempt to remedy the situations- nothing- just a bunch of incompetence layered with rude cluelessness. I yelled too loud and am embarrassed that I flipped but even that yielded nothing but blank stares. They must be immune and numb to unhappy customers. Seriously - skip this Burgerfi. As a non red meat-eater, my burger options tend to be more limited than that of others - usually restricted to turkey burgers or veggie burgers. But I do have to say, Burgerfi's veggie burger (the vegefi) is a darn good one! The quinoa patty is flavorful and juicy and doesn't break apart like some black bean burgers at other places do, and I like that you can add whatever toppings and fixin's you want to customize your own burger (I like to add grilled mushrooms and sometimes a fried egg). The fries there are also quite good and there's lots of different sauces, toppings, or seasonings you can eat them with. The big downside, however, has got to be the price for the portion you get. The burgers are no bigger than anything you can get at mickey d's, but about 3 times as costly. A standard vegefi burger is about $8 with no sides and the burger alone definitely doesn't fill me up; I can probably finish it in a good 4 bites when really hungry. Nonetheless, food tastes good and the menu is very friendly for those who like having a lot of variety and customizable options. Just be prepared for prices to add up. read more

Having a late lunch. Was Served by Anthony Sophia and Alex. They worked incredibly seamlessly behind the counter as a team and had my food ready very quickly. It's disappointing to give this place 2 stars since they get so much right but fail at the core of the matter - their burger. Let me explain. The fries were crispy just as requested, the beer was cold (and they had a couple of craft beers so they get extra points for that), the bun for the burger and veggies were great - but the actual burger meat tasted like nothing. It's as if the meat was cooked with absolutely no seasoning at all (I had my "Burger Fi" sauce on the side). I would like to come back, but it's hard for me to want to come here when the burger itself can't stand up to the competition of a Shake Shack / Five Guys or even Elevation Burger. read more

I am a big burger fan and usually try to stay away from commercial burger joints. When I saw the reviews, I decided to come check it out. I was so glad I did! This place is extremely spacious and plenty of seating. The service was below average but don't let that stray you from coming here. I got a regular cheeseburger with fries and a soda. The soda machine is amazing! It's so fun to see the different flavors of my favorite soda. When I got my burger and took a bite I was amazed at how fresh & delicious it was! My husband and I LOVE BurgerFi! We usually order burgers but once in a while a chili or Chicago-style dog and it's delicious. I love that they use all natural ingredients...makes me feel a little less guilty about burgers and beer ;) The fries are nice, I like them "well-done" (crispy) and with Parmesan, herbs, and garlic aioli on top. Not to mention...the CONCRETES! These are frozen custards mixed with your choice of goodies- I'm partial to the Key Lime concrete. Creamy, sweet, but not too sweet- such a nice texture and flavor. Oh, the best part? SO inexpensive. We can order burgers with toppings, a huge helping of fries, and beer and our bill will be about $20. Yes, please! I'm so glad that I live in the 21st Century. Not because of the medical advances that have lead to cures and treatments for horrible diseases..not because of advances in computing that have changed almost every aspect of our lives..but because we are living during the burger renaissance, a time when our insufferable craving for delicious mouth-watering burgers can be satisfied by a large number of fine burger establishments. This is one of them. This location is a bit hidden away but once you find it you are in burger heaven. The staff was knowledgable and very friendly. The burgers were delicious and reasonably priced. I tried the Cajun fries based on Yelp recommendations and found them to be okay. Onion rings were huge and a bit greasy--kind of what one expects from fried breaded onions. Very disappointed. I heard yelling from a man behind the counter at the grill. (Found out when I asked, his name is Joe). He's the boss or manager. Yelling at the workers very rudely and disrespectfully. Everyone in the dining room could hear him. He specifically said to an employee "don't talk to me, talk to someone else. If you can't follow directions go home." Then he said GET OUT." I observed this and that employee was calm, polite, and soft spoken. When I left the restaurant I saw this employee outside and I asked what the man's name was who was doing the yelling, and I was told his name, Joe. Upon arrival it is in a big parking lot with lots of parking. The menu is located on the wall and contains burgers, shakes, hot dogs, fries, and onion rings. I ordered a veggie burger. The cashier was extremely nice. After I paid she handed me a beeper. The burger was 6.97$ I found a table and sat down. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with young people hanging out. They do offer beer (bottle and draft) and wine. After about five minutes my beeper went off and I went back to register to collect my food. The burger was quite small but extremely tasty. If you are a big eater you will need to order two burgers or an order of fries. The veggie burger was made of quinoa and came with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It is usually topped with their specialty dressing but I asked for bbq sauce instead. Overall I enjoyed my experience but will the burger was a bit pricy based on the size. read more

When I'm craving red meat I always go to Burger Fi. Their hamburgers are so delicious. So are their hand cut fries and onion rings. If you actually have room for dessert after all of that, I highly recommend the custard. I also was very impressed with how friendly, helpful and polite the employees were. Okay, I think BurgerFi might be one of my favorite spots for a classic, yummy burger! It's convenient, the ingredients are top notch, the burgers aren't super greasy, and the shakes are AMAZING. I love how they are out in Weston which is right next to my house. The staff is great especially Mitch who made our experience that much better, which is unusual for a burger joint. I absolutely completely love burgerfi!! just the quality, the scenery, the fries are filled with potato not just air,it's actually crispy & seasoned just how I like it and the veggie burger is on point and a juicy nice texture. Overall I love burgerfi I go every now and then. The only thing I would suggest for burgerfi would be to make smaller onions rings but no punintended, to keep the large one for the burgers though.
