This place is so good and has great options for everyone!! Their vegan burger (the beyond burger) is too good it tastes just like meat! Their shakes are great too and a good place to eat with friends and family. I'm writing this review in particular because today I walked in for my pick up order and went back home only to realize my order got messed up. Two veggie burgers instead of one veggie and one beyond burger. I called in and told them what happened and they got me on the phone with the manager. The manager told me to come in tonight or any other day of the week that worked best so they could make it up and give me a free burger. I got to the store and he noticed me right away and got my order taken quickly!! The customer service was amazing! Best place I could've gotten my order messed up! My husband and I just came to this BurgerFi because we orders ahead and we were a little pressed for time. We order online from BurgerFi but this time my husband made an error (which discovered as we were sitting there trying to figure out if we messed up) when he ordered our Vegan Beyond Burgers. We got the burgers and they had cheese so he went back to see if we could remake them and was looking at the order. We could not tell right away that it was an operator order error but they quickly helped us and made two delicious vegan beyond on the fly! They apologized and were so nice and when they gave us the burgers we apologized realizing it was our fault. Thank you all for being so professional and having such kind attitudes. I loooove this place. It is my favorite burger joint in town. The breakfast Burger is like out of this world and so tasty it melts my mouth to think about it. They may take a little while to make, but they always taste fresh and are warm. They serve good amount of fries and even though they are pricy, they are worth it! We come to this place at least once a month. But today the meat had a lot of hard pieces and the fries were burned. I'm very disappointed

It tastes good but everytime I eat here (including friends and my mom) we all get sick. Once it was because they re fried the fries and they were super burnt and oily. So I came back and got just the veggie burger (I don't eat meat) and my friend got the regular burger, and we still got sick. I'm not sure what's going on back there but I'm done eating here. UPDATE: Joe, the General Manager of the Weston location, was very accommodating and reached out personally to make amends regarding this situation. On the phone he made sure to tell me that the problem was assessed and prevention of this situation happening again has been ensured. He gave me a free meal, which was very generous of him, and I was back to give the Weston Burger-Fi another go. It was definitely worth it. The food was great, it was timely and everything was definitely in stock! Thank you for your prompt service Joe and to the staff as well. Also, when we were ordering a young manager was helping the cashier (she seemed new) on how to make the call-out to the grills more efficient by telling her instead of calling out a beyond burger with no cheese and mayo by just saying "vegan beyond". Very good training by the looks of it as well. OG REVIEW: Went in to order a couple of burgers and the young man at the counter said that they were out of bacon, fries, onion rings, beyond burgers.... wouldn't it be easier to just close if you're out of product? Before I was told this, a worker that came from the back had an exchange very quietly and the man on the register nodded then we were told that the fryers were off after starting the order. Why would the fryers be off before closing? I work in the service industry at a deli that aserves hot food as well and I know that a quick excuse to deter people from ordering food is to say that the grill or fryer is off. At my job that would not fly at all, my boss would be livid if we ever turned our grills off before closing. The fryers should be on the entire time that an establishment is open. The cook David served and made my food. He was very nice and greeted me with a smile well he served me my food. The food is amazing and the place is even better! They are keeping it very safe and cautious with the current pandemic with making sure masks are on and everyone social distancing. Poor conditions!! Usually we like to come here, tonight we got there at around 9:20pm, the place was with only 3 customers, trash cans were packed, tables and floor dirty, even the station where you get the straws, ketchup, etc was disgusting, water all over the floor, my husband talked to the the supervisor in charge and showed him how embarrassing was to see such a great place in such bad shape. I am a regular patron of Burger fi, however my visit on 12/26 at 6:30pm was a great disappointment! I cannot recall getting a burger from anywhere that was this bad. Two over cooked dried up beef patties slapped between an over toasted bun with lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely tasteless. I had to toss the whole mess after one bite. Went to this location to get the $10 promo (1 BurgerFi cheeseburger and 1 regular size fry) and they gave me a "junior" fry (a kids fry). When I went back in to ask about it the person knew what they gave me (they purposely gave me a "junior" fry instead of a regular size fry). He gave me a whole story about how if they gave me the regular size fry like the promo said then they wouldn't make any money-- he also went on to tell me how their food was quality food compared to McDonald's (I'm aware that's why I came to a BurgerFi) to justify why they PURPOSELY didn't give me what I was suppose to get. I don't think it was very professional to talk to a customer about your stores finances. And at the end of the day the gentlemen did NOT even try to fix the problem by correcting my fry order because he clearly thought it was okay to not honor the promotion. Don't get my wrong I love BurgerFi but this is not a corporate store. This is a franchised store location which might be why they think they could do whatever they want and give me a "junior" fry instead of a regular fry as advertised. I love this establishment! Every time I come here, I get treated like I am friends with everyone I come in contact with. My favorite person at in this BurgerFi is someone by the name of "Joe."
