It's was not a matter of the portion size and there was plenty of food. Something about the flavor was just off it was almost tasteless for both of us. The other thing I was bothered by was that they brought water to the table. Unbeknownst to use they put a charge on the check for the water. I'm not being petty, it was only $2.00 but it was not bottled or fancy water. When I ask what the charge was for, they immediately took it off the check. Are we at this point not. Cold water is a now being charged when they just bring it to your table. It comes down more to greedy owners.

This is the best gourmet burger place I know!! I love to get the white cheddar green-style burger and it is always spot on. I love how they have the soda machines with a plethora of selections. Concept is great but execution is lacking. We recently moved into the area from out of state and this was supposed to be the burger place to go to. We went on Friday during lunch and were very disappointed . We ordered at 12:50pm and our buzzer did not go off until over 24 minutes later (see photo). Then I had to send it back because they didn't get the order right and left all the produce off my burger. Took another couple of minutes and by then we just ate the cold food. Not sure we will be giving this place another shot which is sad because it is so close to home. read more

Why 3 when the burgers were excellent. Here's why: The Today show this morning announced today is National Burger Day and to make it better they said At Burger Fi to celebrate the day, buy a cheeseburger and get a second burger for $1.00. The only item left out was @ participating locations. Guess what? Weston wasn't one of the locations. Moving forward: Giving an order is slow the only thing slower is making and delivery of the order. After we made the order it took almost 20 minutes for the food to arrive. May not return. read more

The service was great. I got my food within 5 minutes. My cashier's name was Devin. He was very respectful, helpful and kind. We were able to have a nice conversation and he always made us feel welcomed. As I mentioned earlier, the service was incredibly fast. The food also tasted very good. I ordered a cheeseburger, a drink and fries. The fries had the perfect amount of salt. The cheese was melted to perfection. The burger was warm, and the bun was soft. BurgerFi doesn't care! Very disappointed that employees at the Weston Florida location don't wear face masks, none of them. I assume the safety policy of this company during Covid19 PANDEMIC is not to protect the food that goes to customers, including kids and elderly. I do take out 3 to 4 times a week and every restaurant follows the basic mandatory safety guidelines.... EXCEPT BurgerFi. Unreal, very disappointed!! Great that there are other choices, places that care about employee safety and customer safety. read more

This is by far one of the better BurferFis I've ever been to, the cashiers treated every customer with amazing service and even if I had to send back my burger they made the experience as smooth as possible, extremely friendly and helpful cashiers help me make my order every time I go. And don't even get me started on the food, I reccomend the CEO burger, the mix of ingredients kills me every time I cant get enough! I recently visited BurgerFi and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was unusually slow--we waited a long time just to place our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally did, the burgers were lukewarm and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for too long. Probably the best burger and fries combo in Weston! I love how they have a Coke Freestyle machine - probably the best thing about this place is that you can mix and match your own soda. Went were seated in the bar area pretty fast and a hostess was provided upon arrival . I started with the ultimate buttery croissants which was always a fan favorite and definitely still lived up to the hype for me. I did try for the Texas margarita raspberry it was pretty OK nothing too particular. For food I went with the combination platter which included the steak in tenders and broccoli casserole. Cheddars is definitely a place that is with good pricing for a sitdown restaurant you can enjoy with friends and family so I don't expect it to be amazing but everything was pretty good.

Our pleasant server brought out warm croissants within two minutes of our arrival. I munched on one. It was pretty good. Next we ordered chips and queso dip. We added beef and that is complimentary. This was a great appetizer but filling. By the time I got to my meal, I was already somewhat full. The fried (classic) chicken sandwich was good. It is a good size and the fries were ok. I like Cheddar's and plan to visit again. I would like to try the burger next time.

The atmosphere here is standard for Chilies. It is open with comfortable seating and the restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. We ordered their fajitas that came out without having to wait too long. The food wasn't over seasoned and tasted good. We also had their chips salsa but we were not happy with that. The salsa was very watery and the chips were with a lot of oil. When it came time to pay they have a device on the table that you can conveniently pay when you are ready without asking for your bill. This place is a very good and popular family restaurant with reasonable prices but nothing special. The noise levels are perfect for conversations. It is easy to get in and out of here if you are in a hurry. This is a convenient location with plenty of parking.
