First time at the Weston Florida location. I almost didn't stop because I had read some bad reviews, but wanted a burger and in Weston for a couple hours. Not a good experience. Busy for 8:30 on a Saturday night, one cashier backed up because they were out of Veggie burgers and guest trying to make daughter happy with other choices. Cashier far from friendly, spoke so quiet lucky to hear her. Food came out in good time, but not happy they only have bottled ice tea ' nasty. Tried the Burger Melt special, nothing special, dry not worth a second try. Not a very clean restaurant (floors & tables). The 3 guys in kitchen were hard at work and doing overall good job. Front suddenly had 4 employees but no teamwork, no organization. I am guessing one I watched was Manager/Team Leader as I saw him have other staff sign a piece of paper. Other than that he walked around, didn't help expo food coming from kitchen, no leadership or direction. Saw three guest orders sit in window while he stood by milkshake machine staring at it, and kitchen called for export help. One of kitchen guys came out to help, girl working was taking orders and other 2 guys were awol. read more

Impeccable staff. Everyone has a great attitude and I came in with friends a few mins before closing on a Saturday night and they were nothing but kind! Me and my friend accidentally switched up our orders and I was so embarrassed to go back to the front and tell them what I had done but they just smiled at me and laughed and fixed everything. We've been to this location three times over the past two months. The food is decent, but the chronic mistakes with orders and related attitude from staff have us questioning any future visits. I find it hard to believe that we're the only patrons to have this experience and I've definitely noticed the crowds shrinking over the last month. Yesterday was my first time visiting Burgerfi and I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries, onion rings, and a custard! The food was all awesome, but what made the experience outstanding was the customer service from a young lady named KENNEDY, she helped us from the beginning to the end of the experience. Good location. Plenty of seating. Good selection of burgers. They are tasty but even their upgraded patty fails when compared to places like Knucklehead Burger in Davie. But in this part of town BurgerFi is the best choice. Try the BAD (breakfast all day burger)... made with a burger, cheese, fried egg, thick slab bacon, hash browns and maple syrup. It comes by default with ketchup but its better with mayo and mustard. Fries and onion rings are good. Garlic Parmesan are good on the fries. Ask for the (secrete) garlic aioli sauce and BurgerFi sauce for dipping. They offer custard cones, shakes and concretes (their version of a Blizzard). They are OK but I'm not a huge fan. Definitely a lot better places for ice cream around town. read more

This is the best burger in Weston, with the best service, staff is knowledgeable and very nice, the sweetest girl Ana, at the register did some awesome recommendations and we had the vegefi burger greenefied (lettuce bun). Reviewing all aspects of my rather pleasant visit to burgerfi. Upon arrival, the restaurant was very clean and organized, and easy to maneuver around. Although it was my first visit and I had no idea what to get, my meal was nothing short of excellent; however, I truly believe it wouldn't have been nearly as great was it not for the help of Sara. Sara was more than happy to tell me all the options as well as recommend her favorites and what she thought I'd enjoy. She also recommended the custard, which is really good. The service provided made for a very pleasant meal and I will most definitely be returning. Hopefully, Sara will be there to recommend a different meal other than the vegetarian burger, which was also superb. Great restaurant, amazing service. read more

I recently tried Burgerfi's veggie burger and oh my is it amazing! I'm a total meat lover, but the last two times I have eaten here I have opted for the delicious veggie burger made of a crispy quinoa patty. I definitely recommend trying it, even if you're not vegetarian. read more

I witnessed a very bad attitude from Joe or Joel who says he is the owner of the store. Mistreated and Uber eats guy that was there to pick up an order. Made him wait over 10min just to throw him out of the store and telling him the order was going to be cancelled and to never return to the store. To me, it seems that it was discrimination because the Uber was was not very fluent in English. I will never go to this location again. We tried to go there tonight and it's 53° here but it feels like 51. I asked them to close the doors because the restaurant was freezing and they said that they are not allowed to because the owner doesn't want them to close the door because people think they are closed if the doors are closed. I had my 82-year-old mom with me and it was just too cold we couldn't stay there so we left. I find that ridiculous. Get a sign that says we are open! I did not like this place at all. I couldn't even eat my burger! The service was pretty bad the staff was really rude and unattentive.

We waited and waited for our food...super slow service; place wasn't even 30% full. Nowhere near the taste and quality of Shake Shack. Fries were soggy. Burgers were not as tasty as Shake Shake; toppings were weak and sparse. On a positive note; it was very clean. The presentation of the burger is more satisying than the content. Prices are also more expenaive than others. Amazing burgers and fries, although slightly pricey compared to other burger joints. I had the all day breakfast burger(which was one of the better burgers I've had in the past couple years) and I shared a large fries with my family(great deal for fries, it was like a bucket full), so the deal on the fries makes up for the price of the burgers. I would recommend this if you need some food for less than crazy price. Also, the aesthetic of the restaurant is really nice, perfect mix of old school and modern architecture. read more

Delicious burgers are easy to come by these days, but the most impressive part of this location is the hardworking gentleman at register, Isiah. He was handling the lunch rush today like it was no sweat, you could imagine the amount of people but he was all over the spot helping everybody. Very good burgers, pricey but worth it in my opinion. If you don't fill up easily go for the double or the triple, the patties are not that big. The fries are also very good. But the best part is the custard, and if you check in to any social site and show them you get one free. I would recommend visiting it. Decor is very cool and ambiance is pleasant, specially a wooden table in the middle of the dining area that sits a lot of people. read more
