Burgerville is the only fast food restaurant where my wife and I will eat. Not interested in the places with the clowns and the kings, etc. It's about the food, and Burgerville knows how to do food. Seasonal offerings make it interesting. It was my 1st time eating at a Burgerville for lunch. I enjoyed it. I sat inside. It is pricey but worth it. The burgers and french fries were very fresh. The parking was the only problem since I was almost hit by someone that wasn't paying attention while I was walking to the building. read more

I grew up with this Bergerville. I honestly don't get why people like it. Its really expensive for what you get. What do you get? a burger that tastes like something I made on my George Foreman grill. We took our three grand children to this Burgerville today for lunch. One grandson ordered a regular burger with fries and a small shake. Another grandson ordered a reguloar burger and a large shake. The granddaughter ordered a reguloar burger and a small shake. The next order was two regular burgers and a fry and a water. The next order was the featured burger with the carmelized onions, a combo changing fries to onion rings. burger with the carmelized onions in a basked, The service pretty good, based on the fact that they were very busy. The bill came to $41.18. Pretty steep bill for hamburgers. Didn't check the receipt until we got home. We were charged for a Colossal Burger and a triple berry shake which we did not order. I called and spoke to a lady named Bonnie, who aplogized, and said we needed to bring the receipt in, so she could take care of the mistake. read more

What a shit show. Ordered online, gave them 30 minutes before I even left the house, because i know how slow they are. Get there. Food still isnt done, whatever, i expected this. I stand there and wait patiently, as I'm doing this I'm observing, the workers. And can see clear back into the kitchen and back room. Absolutely disgusting, trash riddled the backroom, everyone is standing around trying to figure out who ordered what, it takes 5 workers to stare at a screen to figure out what's going on, as there are several customers in line, and two managers, who do absolutely nothing, about any of the cluster fuck. One of them managers is strolling around the back counter with a French press making herself coffee as if she is the queen of burgerville. I finally get my food and of course forget my drinks. Great. Anyway long story short, if u want half ass food for a big price(30 dollars for 2 kid meals, and two adult meals) and shitty service this particular burgerville is just the spot for this kind of bullshit. This place deserves no stars. I've been to many burgerville around oregon, and this one by far is absolutely garbage. Been to this one 3 separate times and had the exact same experience. Dont reccomend the drive through, once waited for 30 minutes in the drive through waiting for a God dam ice cream cone and somehow fucked that up and gave me the wrong shit. Stopped by for a burger and cross cut fries, and a drink. People in front of us in line were to be kind chaotic. And needed a lot of attention. It took time just to order. Then those chaotic people caused a lot of the employees time with messed up confusion. We were amazed to get our food in a quick timed manor. Correct orders to all of us. The management came to our table with apologies for the delay, and a 10 dollar gift card. A delay we never noticed. And a pleasure to stop and eat. Everything was clean, including the restrooms. While we were eating someone was constantly cleaning the eating area. read more

Disappointing. Ate there yesterday, it took 14 minutes for the cashier to bring our order, which arrived lukewarm and soggy. Then she hung around and asked several times if she could clear our basket or refill our drinks, creepy. Almost $8 for a manky cheeseburger, think not. I went to Monmouth-OR facility and ordered shortcake with strawberries. When I looked for strawberries I found one teaspoon of syrup. I complained. The cashier and other staff told me: Strawberries are there....I said: "Where?"..... well, is just there they replied. Short story about shortcake. Wasn't there at all. Skip the burger, you can do a lot better at Five Guys. However, the milkshakes are fabulous, and the onion rings are really good! We visited the Monmouth location at the end of August, had a Tillamook cheeseburger, totally meh -- the meat tasted like warm beef-flavored cardboard, the cheese slice was so thin you could see through it. No flavor at all. BUT the marionberry milkshake was the best part of the meal. Friendly service, though, but we really won't go back unless we're in the mood for another milkshake. read more

Taste-wise Burgerville stands above any other fast food burger joint. Whenever I go, I always try a different milkshake (my last one was their Northwest Cherry Chocolate and it was heaven in my mouth!). However, this place is very pricey for fast food dining and the portions aren't very large. So if you're extremely hungry and don't want to spend a lot of money, try someplace else. read more
