$18 and some odd change for a cold burger that tasted like it was a day old. Stopped in while I waited for my sisters appointment to finish, placed my order, food came out maybe 5-10 mins later thinking that they're making my food fresh. Fries tasted ok but were also cold. The strawberry lemonade was watered down with huge chunks of strawberries in it making it hard to suck out of the straw. The gentleman who took my order way nice and helpful, he is the only reason why I'm giving this any stars at all. Location is old, bathroom could use some cleaning. I will not be back to this location.

Best fast food burger joint! Everything is super fresh and not bad for the price. Service is usually quick. We are outside in the parking Lot as we were on our way out of the city so the trees surrounding made for a peaceful setting.

RIP vegans Burgerville killed off the "Plantville burger" which was tasty, affordable, and had a ton of protein! Now they have the "vegan cheeseburger". A veggie patty made from... beets? and other veggies. Nearly no protein & tastes like we're back to 2009 vegan options. $13.25 with a small fry and no dipping sauce. womp womp. 2/10 vegan options 10/10 workers (for the record) pls bring back the plantville!

I love to visit local fast-food chains when I travel so I was hyped to try Burgerville. I was impressed by some of the items and ingredients listed on the menu, like tilamook cheddar and halibut, but was ultimately let down by the halibut fish sandwich. The fish is on the small side and I didn't care for how it was fried, or maybe it was the type of bread crumbs used. I would give it another shot and try their veggies burger, or salads. There seems to be a lot to like about the menu.

Oh Burgerville! How I have missed you! From your burger sauce that makes almost everything yummy-licious, to your milkshakes to your strawberry shortcakes in season! You make everything better! I walked into this location and had to wait a hot minute to place an order at the counter. Prices are still reasonable. I took a seat, and my food was brought out to me. Everything was just as I remembered.

This location is now open for dining inside! Looks like they took out the old party wallpaper and jukebox, but now it is more spacious. They may still be transitioning because ketchup stations etc were not set up yet. Anyway, the Northwest Burger (aka Tillamook Cheeseburger) is a great item to start with, or a bunch of regular cheeseburgers for larger parties. Summertime they have the raspberry shake special, which is both tart and sweet. Don't forget to grab a jar of their famous burger spread!

And, as expected, the sausage McMuffin and iced coffee were made exactly the way they should have been. And the frozen Coke was very tasty. I was happy to see that the machine was working. What I found unique was that they announced when lunch was about to start so people could get final breakfast orders in. A facility note: only one of the two stalls in women's bathroom locks. I never have been by here during the day and it seems like this is pretty consistent. This is not a commentary about the houseless and just that it genuinely is a swarm. I go through here a lot due to delivery driving. Just the other night I had one guy who kept slamming his walker into the ground saying 'Can I ask you a question?' harassing me and trying to stand in front of my car while I was in the drive through. I was the only female, from what I could see, in the line. It is just a lot of anxiety as someone who grew up dealing throughout Portland with me and various friends getting attacked for zero reasons by people. If you do need to drop into this spot just be cautious and aware that there are usually people with signs and asking for money and food up against where you are placing your order in the drive through. The staff does try their best to keep it clear and to not have folks walking into the line of cars in the drive through but some nights it is very ridiculous. They have a walk up window which is usually pretty full so sometimes the folks in that will harass the drive through line.

On a Sunday at 11am, the line was already about 15 parties long. I ordered the Yolko Zeppelin, which comes with pesto, fried eggs, and sausage patties in sourdough. Took around 45 minutes from waiting in line and ordering to finally getting the sandwich, but wasn't in a rush so it was fine. The workers inside are super friendly and energetic! There's outdoor seating to sit down and eat at. They make the sandwiches fresh on the spot, so it came out toasty and warm. At first I was like, how good can an egg sandwich be? But I can see why there's hype. The sausage patties were crazy good, charred on the outside but tender and soft, super aromatic. A satisfactory pit stop in Portland!

The staff at the counter was friendly and helpful. It was fairly busy on a weekend afternoon but they seemed well staffed. Everything moved along quickly. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a nugget combo. One of the combos included a pie as well. Everything came out quickly and served hot. My favorite side with chicken is always mashed potatoes with gravy and these, fast food style potatoes covered in gravy, didn't disappoint! Great flavor in the gravy! The nuggets and sandwich were both very good. Not overly greasy and not buried in breading. I'm not a fan of hot pocket type pies but my husband said it was very good. With delivery and tip, our total was about $79...which seems steep, but realistically their "sliders" are about the size of a standard Popeyes chicken sandwich with a HUGE piece of chicken. We got 4 sandwiches, fries, mac and cheese and the five piece mozzarella "slabs" (they're not sticks lol), plus I ordered a large ranch and Dave's sauce (like a better version of Chic-Fil-A sauce) and a small hot honey and Reaper ranch...so price pretty standard for the amount of food. The food traveled well and these were literally the best chicken sandwiches we've had. Chicken was juicy and crispy and a dry season that was insanely good. Slaw was crunchy and pickles were tangy. I added hot honey and Dave's sauce to mine and they were amazing. Fries are standard crinkle cut, but well seasoned and crispy. Mac and cheese was good, pretty much the exact kind you'd want as a kid...gooey and Kraft like flavored but with shells and a little wetter. Mozzarella "sticks" were good, I got them in Mild and if anything they were seasoned with the same seasoning they use for the chicken and very good, but surprisingly a bit too salty for me...I'd probably stick to the sandwiches and the fries to be honest. OKAY, but for the HEAT LEVELS: I debated for a while on which to order because I'd say we have a decent spice tolerance...like habaneros are my favorite, but I find them spicy. Buldak ramen is hot as heck, but manageable. To be safe, I got us each a Mild and Medium the first time and we noticed very little variation between the two, and maaaaybe a small spice kick on the back end with the Medium. That being said, we both agreed we'd like a little extra spice next time and considering the jump between Mild and Medium was so minimal, we figured Hot or Extra Hot would be good for us. WE WERE SO WRONG. We ordered again on Sunday. Two Hot sandwiches and one Extra Hot to share...and I highly recommend ordering either of those if you enjoy pain, anguish, are looking to smell colors and taste sounds; because I'm pretty sure we both almost simply passed away. I used half a large container of Dave's sauce on my Hot sandwich as well as an ungodly amount of honey...and by the time the tears in my eyes cleared I realized my fiance was just walking laps through the house in between bites. The flavor is still there, but at what cost? About 20 minutes after eating we both resigned to carrying the fireball in our stomachs to lie down and wait to succumb to our choices, only to awake 4 hours later with hiccups and burps that would make a fire breathing dragon envious. Just be warned if you like spice, you won't find it in the Medium except for at a totally normal amount, if you love spice...you'll find it and then hate that you did at the Hot or above amount. Suffice to say, we'll be returning often...or ordering (whatever)...but we're sticking to Medium even if that makes us wimpy. And if you know someone who chooses Extra Hot or Reaper for enjoyment, you should not only fear them, but get a restraining order...because something ain't right if you can enjoy that. And if you're chaotic like us and STILL want to try a higher spice amount, do yourself a favor and just order a single tender first to try the different levels so you can enjoy your meal fully without being surprised at how one level can increase the spice by 1% and then the next somehow jumps it up 50%. I wish there was a way to get a Medium-Hot one, but I'd still rather take the less spicy, more flavor. Anyways, perfectly cooked chicken, fast service and I'd highly recommend!
