    Pre-flight burger and fries

I was unfamiliar with Burgerville, but based on the big line waiting for food, I had high hopes. I liked their modern menu with plenty of options and was greeted by a super friendly worker at the register. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and a cookie. Despite the long line, I had my food within just a few minutes. The burger was a little underwhelming - a singular piece of cheese on a double burger with light seasoning just didn't cut it. The fries were pretty standard for an airport. My favorite item was the cookie, which was still warm from being cooked. All and all, this was an okay meal, but I'd be more inclined to try something else next time.

Located in the PDX airport near Gate D6. No line at nearly 8 am. Grabbed a cheeseburger and fries for the flight home. Service was fast at this airport location. My burger and fries were ready in less than a minute? Ambiance was minimal. Counters appeared clean and condiments were filled up in the containers. Food: 3/5 stars. It's fast food Service: 4/5 stars Ambiance: 2.5/5 stars

    I ate the WHOLE thing.

I had a CRAVING for a greasy (but in a GOOD way) bacon cheeseburger - and Burgerville at PDX did NOT disappoint. I had the sweet onion burger bacon/cheese burger. CRAZY Yum. My photo is of an empty bag - because I snarfed it down and thats all that was left.

I try to visit Burgerville whenever I come to the Portland area, and PDX made this really easy by having a Burgerville location at the airport (concourse D). They have the same menus as the non-airport restaurants, including seasonal specials and similar pricing (since PDX does street pricing), and it seems like they make the food fresh to order, so there is usually a little bit of a wait. We went here twice on our recent summer trip, both arriving and departing from PDX, and while it was a short wait for our food the first time, we waited over 20 minutes the second time because they kept forgetting to make part of our order. Thankfully, we had gotten to the airport a little early to make sure we could get some food before they closed (9 pm), so we weren't in a rush to make our flight, but it was disappointing after such a smooth experience the last time. I would definitely order in advance on the app if you're short on time. My favorite things at Burgerville are anything with Walla Walla onions, but they're only available in the summer. The onion rings are huge and delicious, and I was sad they were already gone on our second visit. (The next special of fried green beans was fine, but not as good as the onion rings.) Their marionberry lemonade is fantastic and has actual fruit in it, and while the burgers are good, I also love their chicken and chips. Looking forward to the next time we visit Portland to get more Burgerville as soon as we get off the plane!

Stopped by for a quick bite before getting on our flight. The line wasn't too long and we got our order fairly quick. The burgers are good, and the warm fries with their original spread. Yum!

First time trying this spot and I'm impressed!! The ingredients feel quality for a fast food airport joint! The aged white cheddar, fried egg, and arugula combo is CHEFS KISS. They made it to order and so fast.

Before a flight here at PDX I wanted a big filling meal and no other place to go than Burgerville! I haven't heard about this place before but heard it was a good local chain. It definitely impressed me with an absolutely huge and juicy burger, crisp fries, and a creamy and rich milkshake. Definitely excited to come back to the PNW to get some again!

Northwest Burger, waffle fries and burgerville spread

first burgerville experience and I was disappointed. the burger was room temp and just mid. however the fries were hot and delicious, I got the waffle fries which the guy told me were seasonal. and their spread was good. I think getting this not in the airport would be 10x better so I'm not writing off burgerville yet, everyone has been telling me to try it since moving to oregon.

I wanted to try a local fast food restaurant but was a little iffy about the bad reviews so I decided to give it a try and man did I make a great choice!!! I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, fries, and a strawberry milkshake and everything was really good! The strawberry shake was amazing!! 5 out of 5 The bacon cheeseburger had some crispy bacon, meat was very flavorful, cheese gave it a nice touch, and the lettuce was fresh and crunchy!! 4.5 out of 5 The fries were also well seasoned which gave them a really good flavor and cooked just right. 4 out of 5 The service was pretty quick and food came out within 5-10 mins. There was a good amount of people waiting for their food and a good size line but this was at the PDX airport so I'm sure it's pretty popular here. This place sells some pretty good burgers and definitely eating here again! Note: fries and drinks are sold separately

Always underwhelming so delivered as expected. Not sure the excitement people have over burgerville. Love the concept of natural and local sourced food. Just wish it tasted better and wasn't so pricey. This is the airport location. Not sure the science behind it but seems every restaurant possible somehow makes the airport version to never add up. This is a walk up location and there is community seating within the airport.

    Coffee and half pound burger

Had a half pound north western and a half pound colossal. Both excellent and really hoping they bring this chain outside of the PNW. Tastes more "homemade" and not as salty as other burgers. Would come back again.

I love going to Burgerville whenever I visit the Pacific Northwest. They now have one in the Portland airport which I was excited about. We ordered and ate w before we boarded our plane home. It was crowded but they had the food out fast.

Regular (aka small fries). Still crispy and hot.

Ok so everyone expects food at airport restaurants to cost way more than at regular locations. Today I made the mistake of packing my carry on so full that I failed to pack any snackage for my pre flight wait. I went to the newsstands. No way I was paying $5.99 for a 3 oz bag of gummies or cheez-its. Finally I picked Burgerville. I got a bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large Coke. Total cost was 16.99. This seemed to be about the same price as when I visited the location in Hillsboro. The lady working the front was very nice. I knew (after previously asking) that Burgerville doesn't have combo meals...the customer ahead of me wasn't aware of this. The fries were quite hot and crispy. The soda mix was bubbly and not flat. The burger however wasn't as hot as I was hoping. Funny thing though...even though it was kinda luke warm (if not cold) it still tasted better than a whopper or a (perish the thought) Big Mac. The quality of the beef, bacon and the Tilamook cheddar still made it pretty yummy. The dining area was pretty clean and they had some really cool music playing behind the counter, so I would call this PDX dinner a win.

Between the genuinely friendly hospitality and the flavor combinations, this spot hits it out of the park and is a must for sandwich lovers. Griddled Mortadella (5/5): An incredibly delicious sandwich that perfectly balances rich, salty, and savory flavors. It comes loaded with a generous portion of grilled mortadella and melted provolone cheese, perfectly moistened with a tangy mustard aioli. The fresh lettuce and bell peppers added a satisfying crunch to every bite. Chefwich - K-Town Steak Sandwich (5/5): A limited-time creation packed into a banh mi roll. It had a generous portion of perfectly tender and sweet bulgogi steak that pairs with their melted jack cheese. The gochujang mayo sauce had a subtle and sweet heat, while the fresh kimchi added crunch and slight acidity to balance the rich meat. Elote Tater Tots (5/5): Definitely a creative side dish. The tots were perfectly fried and topped elote style with cotija cheese, pairing well with the smoky chipotle mayo on the side.
