Nothing but great things to say about INO. Whichever location you go to the food is fresh, service is great and the overall experience is next level. Burgers always taste the same with the same high quality I remember as a kid growing up in California. Thank you INO for always being the best in town.

In-N-Out is a West Coast institution. But after a 45-minute wait for a burger that lands in mid territory, I have to be honest, the legend outpaces the reality. The burgers are exactly what they are. Nothing more, nothing less. The veggies are genuinely fresh and crisp, which is a real bright spot and worth acknowledging. The staff? Cheerful and efficient, no complaints there. But those fries! Ugh! Limp, pale, and tasting like cardboard. The real issue is simple math. 45 plus minutes of your life for food that's average at best just doesn't add up. If the line is short, sure pop in and see what the fuss is about. If you've never had it. But if you're staring down a wrapped-around-the-block queue, ask yourself if you're hungry enough to wait for mid. Friendly staff and fresh produce can only carry a meal so far.

I stopped by on a thursday at 11:15am. Zero wait... and they were very helpful. I am hard of hearing so they even said they would deliver my food to me in case I did not hear them call my number. Ordered a 3x3 animal style and water to drink. Food was brought to me quickly, and as always... a delicious burger. Lots of cheese, which I love! Service was great... staff is wonderful!

A week after opening, we bravely entered the drive through at 12:55pm on a weekday. Traffic directors kept the line moving By 1:25 we were exiting the line with our meals for 5. This time I got the mustard grilled burger. That will definitely be my new standard. It's exactly what you expect from In N Out. If you're not familiar, look up the secret menu before you go. In my party of 5, everything came out exactly as desired. Traffic was well managed. I call this a success!

One of the quickest In N Outs I've been to. They are running a great operation at this one as of now.

It could not have been better, as this was our first visit. We also brought a VERY negative person of In-N-Out, and was a Chef in his working days. He was leery of the craze. He loved it. Very clean and the team was upbeat and extremely friendly and engaging. I had the double double cheeseburger animal style, well-done fries and a great vanilla milk shake All were perfect. I am anxious for the one in Tanasbourne area to open as I will be a regular. I have been to In-N-Out now four times, and each time the attention to the food and service and is noteworthy.

There are like 100 employees here. They get the job done. The food comes out quicker than other PNW locations. Busy but manageable line at dinner time. Good food per usual!

Grand opening day! It really is quality you can taste. I always stick with their double double cheeseburger with onions and a side of fries; this combo can never go wrong.

BUSSIN !! The wait isn't that long, went on a Friday night, waited in the car 15-20 mins. FYI- order animal style fries! You wont regret -ex Califonian

Happy to have enjoyed a very delicious double-double and fries at In-N-Out on grand opening day here in Vancouver, WA! Being from SoCal, I've been waiting many years to have my favorite burger chain come north to my city and the familiar iconic burger was worth the hour wait!

I want to give a shout out to the second window guy who is really nice and respectful. He made it feel like a movie scene of just perfect customer service. He definitely deserves a raise. I think his name was Guillermo, but I wasn't wearing my glasses so don't quote me on it. To be honest all of the stuff here are really nice.

Decided to go in on the second day and see what the lunch crowd was up to. I much prefer to dine-in and I arrived at 11:40. I was done eating and out the door in 30 minutes. I didn't have any trouble parking as there were people coming and going constantly. I opted for a double single, no tomato, add pickle, whole grilled onion and extra toasted bun. It was exactly like I expected it and have had it at other locations. I normally don't opt for fries and a Coke, but wanted to have a full meal this time for the experience so I went all in. The staff was amazing, greeted me coming in, and even asked me what my number was so they could bring my food to the table. Super cool people working there. The great thing is the value though. For 12 bucks, I was more than satisfied. It's not uncommon to spend well over 20 dollars for the same thing at other burger joints. Other establishments in the area will have a hard time matching or beating that and I imagine you'll see a decline in burger business around the area for some time as a result. Will be interesting to see how this plays out in the next year or so. Since it's not right next to the freeway, perhaps it won't be as crowded as Ridgfield or Kaiser. I was a little apprehensive when I heard it was going in at this location despite being close to my home, but after what I experienced today, not too worried about congestion. I guess they did their homework. Lastly, gotta mention the ice cubes. They are always the best! I hope patrons continue to use the drive thru...because it means there is more room in the shop for us dine-in folks. Besides, it's beautiful inside!

Went here at 8pm on Memorial Day and it wasn't that busy nor was there a long line. Took less than 20 min to order and get my food.

It was my favorite pizza! And even an emotional, yes emotional connection to this pizza. If you've ever had it, you'd know just how incredible this pizza is. Welp, fast forward 40 years. I've lived all over. Settled in Camas, WA. Never finding a pizza that is even close to HomePlace.... Well SOB!! I found it at Barrel Mountain! I took a bite... All my childhood memories rushing back. The crust, the flavor, the crispness and fluffiness in the crust. A tear is shed as I look across the table to my wife as she asks... well, similar to HomePlace (for the 109th time). OMG.. it's the same babe! Ahhhh! just overjoyed! The server (Desere) comes around... how y'all doing? I shed another tear and ask... have you ever been to Silverton, OR? Yes! she replies. I ask - you ever been to HomePlace Pizza? She responds, yes!! and did you know that Don who is the owner of HomePlace taught us EXACTLY how to make that pizza here?!? He taught us how to make the crust, the cooking time, the sit time and even the oven! My jaw drops! I knew it! It is HomePlace pizza! Long story short... Desere is an AMAZING and the friendliness server! And yes, hands down best Pizza on this side of the river! My soul is complete

We both agreed this is the last time we'll come here. We came in and were greeted and immediately seated by the host. He was friendly and welcoming. They weren't super busy, but busy enough for a Saturday lunch crowd. It took him awhile to get our drink order, so when he finally came to take it, we went ahead and ordered our food as well. We decided on the bacon cheeseburger with chips, and the reuben with fries ($3.50 extra for fries). I've never understood the extra cost for fries vs homemade potato chips?! The chips have been hit or miss in the past, so we usually order fries for one entree just in case. Our food took about 45 minutes. Seemed way too long. Our server never came back and asked for refills on beverages during our visit either, which was disappointing. My burger looked good, but super greasy, even the bun was greasy on top. Maybe it was brushed with butter?! The burger dripped with grease while eating it. The chips were saturated in grease as well. Some of them so much they weren't crispy at all. Our server was nowhere to be found or I would have complained. They were left on the plate. My husband didn't like them either. He ended up sharing his fries with me. My husband liked his reuben, but the bread was burnt on the bottom. You couldn't tell at first look, only once it was picked up to eat. It had plenty of meat, cheese, peppers and onions. He enjoyed it overall. The fries were good too. Much better than the chips. The restaurant was clean when we walked in, but during our visit many tables were left dirty for far too long. Not sure if they were in the middle of a shift change, but it seemed like no one was around to clear plates or refill beverages. Someone from the kitchen eventually came out to get us our bill. Our plates were still on the table when we left. Overall a disappointing experience. There are far too many restaurant options in this area to spend $65 on lunch for mediocre, at best, food and service. We will not be returning.

We grabbed seats at the bar & ordered beers from the tap, then perused the refrigerators. There was a smaller selection that I had anticipated but there were numerous beers and breweries that I didn't recognize so I appreciated what they did have to offer. We sat back at the bar and a few mins later, the bartender let us know it was last call for the kitchen. We didn't get food so I can't speak to that but there were a few things on the menu that I would order next time. I thought the service was fine, nothing to write home about. Music was playing, the back wall was stacked with board games and card decks, people seemed to be having a nice time. I'm sure I'll be back to see what new offerings they have in the cold section. Note - it will cost extra $ to have them open the beer you purchase from the fridge. It's totally common practice for a bottle shop but can be off putting if you don't expect to pay to drink the beer you just bought. Cheers!
